The hotel is located within walking distance of Lavender MRT. A supermarket is located across the road as well as a food centre. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Access to the main lobby is via stairs. There is a ramp to the side of the building but I did not see sign postings. I am unable to open the window for fresh air (not that you need to due to Singapore's humidity). The room is not big, suitable for solo and couples. It is a "budget" hotel after all that is conveniently located. The room is not very sound-proof as I can hear the neighbours. Also, when someone use the showers, I can hear the water running down the drain. Although there is blackout curtains, I still get sunlight through the bathroom window and bathroom door thus the room is still lit if you try to sleep during the day. My room is located on the main street but it is a quiet main street so traffic noise is negligible for a four level hotel.

Das Zimmer war zu klein und hatte keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Uns wurde bei der Buchung automatisch ein Zimmer OHNE Fenster zugewiesen. Die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Das Toilettenpapier wurde erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Keinerlei Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Zimmers- außer im Eingangsbereich, welcher zum Ein- und Auschecken besetzt war.

Leider war augenscheinlich das Fernsehgerät kaputt da trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation es nicht möglich war auf einen anderen Kanal umzuschalten während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Außerdem wurde vergessen das Wasser nachzufüllen. Habe meine Unzufriedenheit mit dem Manager durchgesprochen und dieser hat mir auch ein Entgegenkommen zugesagt nach Prüfung.

Quartier où vous trouvez toutes les commodités et commerces, la piscine eau 4eme etage est correcte, mais l'espace est très petit pour être à côté de la piscine. Ma chambre, sans fenêtre, était convenable, literie ok, salle de bain petite et douche moyennement pratique avec souvent très peu d'eau chaude. le personnel est agréabe est répond aux questions et besoins. un bémol sur les tasses mises à dispostion qui ne sont aps nettoyées plusiurs jours de suite après les avoir utilisées. Bémol sur le bruit également, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Si vous avez un sommeil lourd, c'est parfait pour y passer quelques nuits sans s'attarder à l'hôtel

Don't recommend this. The Expedia mentioned as washer available in the property but it was not. The rooms are small and no sound proof. We can hear the next room people talking. The staffs were good but the property conditon is average

Not a 3 star hotel. Bathroom's floor gets wet after a shower because there is no shower door. They only provide one liquid that serves as shower gel and shampoo.Towels are thinner than most of 3 star hotels. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. It is close to subway stations. Many food choice nearby.

We booked for two nights (room without windows). The first night we were given a room with strong sewage smell, and the toilet didn't flush well. We were told the smell was "normal". After complaining to the front desk, we were given another room (upgraded to a room with windows) on the second night and it was much better. So it seemed like the lack of windows were giving rise to those sewage smell? Anyhow, we were fine with rooms without windows, but we never expect the smell so if you are booking for the no-window rooms, be prepared.

A localização é ponto forte: 3 minutos da estação Lavander do metrô, perto de supermercado, perto de um centro comercial com cafés, restaurantes, fast food e nosso amado 7 Eleven. O banheiro tem cortina de plástico e o isolamento acústico entre os quartos é péssimo, se houve tudo, até quando o vizinho toma banho.

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Fenster, das ist zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es keinen Schrank. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut für einen Start in den Tag.

The room had no window! Or cupboards. It was really tight but considering the price compared to other hotels it was okay. Close to MRT and buses as well as supermarket and other shops

I arrived in the early morning after a long flight and was very grateful that I was able to check in early at 12pm. The app is easy to use and they update you once the room is ready. The area is near two local shopping centres with plenty of food options. The room is spacious with plenty of room to put things hangers, big comfortable bed too. There's no window which isn't a problem for me. The only down side is that the shower does splash everywhere even though there's a curtain, although the ventilation is strong and does dry up quickly, I did unfortunately slipped when walking out of the bathroom. Might be worth bringing an extra pair of slippers and be extra careful.

Hotel staff very helpful making our stay pleasant. Hotel is very close to Lavender MRT which makes getting around Singapore easy. Room was basic but good enough for our 2 day stay. Only downside was the breakfast which was a bit grim.

The receptionist was really friendly even at late hours checking in about 10 guests all by himself. Clean, basic accommodation.

The room I initially received had no windows and felt isolated. However, when I asked Mages for assistance, he was able to quickly find me a room with windows. Chris was also very helpful throughout the process. The breakfast served was good, and the front desk staff were friendly and very attentive. I recommend checking the room before you book it.

The check-in staff were helpful & friendly on 23Nov. However the toilet was leaky & the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel was informed on the next morning but nothing changed & got worse with frequent flushing noise till we left on 26 Nov. Every night sleep was bad.

I arrived in the early morning after a long flight and was very grateful that I was able to check in early at 12pm. The app is easy to use and they update you once the room is ready. The area is near two local shopping centres with plenty of food options. The room is spacious with plenty of room to put things hangers, big comfortable bed too. There's no window which isn't a problem for me. The only down side is that the shower does splash everywhere even though there's a curtain, although the ventilation is strong and does dry up quickly, I did unfortunately slipped when walking out of the bathroom. Might be worth bringing an extra pair of slippers and be extra careful.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Lavender MRT. A supermarket is located across the road as well as a food centre. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Access to the main lobby is via stairs. There is a ramp to the side of the building but I did not see sign postings. I am unable to open the window for fresh air (not that you need to due to Singapore's humidity). The room is not big, suitable for solo and couples. It is a "budget" hotel after all that is conveniently located. The room is not very sound-proof as I can hear the neighbours. Also, when someone use the showers, I can hear the water running down the drain. Although there is blackout curtains, I still get sunlight through the bathroom window and bathroom door thus the room is still lit if you try to sleep during the day. My room is located on the main street but it is a quiet main street so traffic noise is negligible for a four level hotel.

Hotel convenable , bien situé pour pouvoir naviguer autour. Quartier où vous trouvez toutes les commodités et commerces, la piscine eau 4eme etage est correcte, mais l'espace est très petit pour être à côté de la piscine. Ma chambre, sans fenêtre, était convenable, literie ok, salle de bain petite et douche moyennement pratique avec souvent très peu d'eau chaude. le personnel est agréabe est répond aux questions et besoins. un bémol sur les tasses mises à dispostion qui ne sont aps nettoyées plusiurs jours de suite après les avoir utilisées. Bémol sur le bruit également, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Si vous avez un sommeil lourd, c'est parfait pour y passer quelques nuits sans s'attarder à l'hôtel

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Fenster, das ist zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es keinen Schrank. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut für einen Start in den Tag.

Close to MRT and lots of bus lines. Easy to get anywhere on the island and lots of food and shopping. The property attracts budget travelers and youth group who can be Rudy in the hallways so ask for room away from these people. Level 2 has no privacy from the street view so keep curtains closed most of the time. Bed in room I was given was hard as a rock and work bench to work on computer chair is also very uncomfortable. Otherwise area is safe and good for budget traveler not looking for luxury accomodation.
