We loved the indoor pool and the staff was super helpful

Very convenient to 6 Flags, lots of dining options within 10 minutes, good breakfast but long waffle wait with one unit. The room was very nice with except for the sofa which has seen better days. Pool and guy were great.

I was very pleased with my stay. Staff were more friendly then in the past. Was very glad they replaced terrible treadmills with new ones.

Friendly staff, clean and nice pool!

I have been going to this hotel on and off for a year to visit my parents. I complained about the exercise equipment not working properly. Both treadmills were broken and the elliptical makes noise. I gave a bad review 6 weeks ago but at the time one of the treadmill ls worked now both broken. I can go somewhere else but the hotel is super convenient. I went to the front desk to complain in person. They said they would call maintenance? Pretty sure they need an outside help or new equipment. I will now call before I book because I am runner and it is not safe to run outside.

I liked that they had 2 washers and 2 dryers available to do your laundry. No charge , you just had to supply your own detergent or softeners. They did have these items available for purchase on site.

Comfortable property, clean, large parking lot. The pool is indoors. When we went to the pool there was a young woman there giving swim lessons which was weird. The young woman said she worked for the company that serviced the pool and they set up swim lessons and she shows up and uses the pool. So my family was not really able to enjoy the pool as we had to worry about younger children swimming across the pool. The pool was not very large so it was uncomfortable and we decided to leave the pool.

Property is in a good location. Activities for both adult and children outside of hotel. Breakfast was decent. Pool was decent. Food not too far from hotel. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Got checked into a room that had not been cleaned. Pizza all over the wall and ceiling. Front desk then changed is to another room. Card then stopped after one night as didn’t realise we had booked two nights. Again rectified by the front desk. Breakfast very different when crowded - weekend (poor), when limited guests - weekday (good).

Bed bugs!!!

Staff were friendly, the room is beginning to show signs of wear, scuffed walls and bed base. Shower had mildew along the bottom caulk line. Bed comforter was thready abd loosely fit. Breakfast was ok.

The rugs coming out of elevators on our floor needed to be vacuumed. Run in my room had frayed areas. Plus the bathtub when standing to take a shower was very slippery no gripping on tub. My family had 3 rooms ant the conditions were the same in all rooms

The employees were pleasant, I haave to say that. BUT, the place needs a major cleaning and updating. The door to our room wouldn't open all the way without force because the tile floor was buckled, probably from a leak in the bathroom. In speaking with another customer, they said the same was true of their room. The overstuffed chair in our room was filthy. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it. The trash cans at the entrance were overflowing the entire three days we were there. Never emptied. The hallways weren't vaccuumed for the entire stay. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I don't normally comment, and let things go, but this location is in poor condition.

Everything was great except for teh significant mold in the shower

The room was clean and comfortable. There was feces on the elevator, and on the third floor next to the elevator.

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. I saw other comments about bed bugs, I checked my room and it was clean and no bugs. Good stay for my family.

I had one room with a sofa bed and a king size bed. The sofa cushions look like it was time to replace them. It didn't look like the sheets were changed in the sofa bed because of all the wrinkles. I had the confirmation when I saw crumbs between the sheets. But I still give them the benefit of the doubt because it's a sofa bed. The rest of the room was clean. There was a bug in the room that bit me and my son but again we could have dragged in from outside or it came from the hallway even though we were on the second floor. The rest of the hotel and room was clean. 24 hrs coffee was great! Breakfast was good. I did appreciate the hotel making a list of restaurants in the area that they recommended. Not far from Six Flags. Convenient to Manor road and a big Quick check that also has food.

Was a really nice stay. Really quiet area so was easy to get some good sleep. Only thing I didn’t like was my room was next to street lights and I couldn’t close the blackout curtains. Made it harder to fall asleep with all the light but it’s a minor issue because I was able to sleep good once I fell asleep

Very clean, nice, and comfy suite. Suite had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Plenty of room. Good price too. Very happy with our stay after a very long day at 6 flags walking around.

Location is great, right near I 95. Check in fast and efficient. Room was ok. Pillows lumpy. Mattress very comfortable, though. Heating system fan was very loud. Nice sized fridge but no microwave. Breakfast excellent. No housekeeping services received nor was any offered to us.

I have stayed here before because it was comfortable, clean room, great staff. This time I was disappointed by the lumpy bed, and flat pillows and terrible sleep. The hotel needs to invest in new mattresses and pillows.

We have tried out a number of affordable hotels near the Six Flags Great Adventure area. As a Hilton Honors member, I love booking at a Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, or Hampton Inn. This room was giant! It actually seemed like there was a bit of wasted space as they could have added a table. The kitchen area, with a spacious countertop, fridge, and microwave were near the entrance. (This threw me as most hotels have the bathroom near the entry!!!) A comfy sofa bed was on one side, a divider with a TV and desk area (with room for two). It was the perfect spot for the Easter Bunny to set up the kids Easter baskets. Other side of the divider, two comfy queen beds. Then the bathroom, with the sink area separate which is so convenient. The hotel desk staff was great and brought up bedding for the sofa bed right away. Obnoxious kids in the pool, but that's always a thing. And there is a pickleball facility next door with lawn chairs and fire pits. This is shown on the Expedia listing but it made it look like the firepits were AT The hotel. They are not. As I was sitting, sipping a beer and waiting for my teens to go to sleep so the Easter Bunny could finish, I was wishing I could be down by a firepit. (The dancing flames always put them to sleep!) The pool was heated and my kids had a blast -- no towels in the pool area though. Shower was great. It's like 11 minutes from Six Flags. Nothing is walkable though -- not a WaWa or gas station or anything.That's a downcheck.

I asked for a quiet room and we left in worse shape than when we arrived. We didn't sleep at all with the truck noise from 2 highways, noise from the air conditioner and people slamming doors all night long. There was one tiny bottle of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner for 2 adults. I had to ask at the desk for a bottle of each. I had to call the desk to get the WiFi Password.

Second time staying here.. This place is perfect.. Indoor pool.. friendly staff.. complimentary breakfast is always on point! The only thing that annoyed me was there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room..

The room was old and some of the furnitures were not in good shape. The inner curtain was torn. I hope they can improve these problems.

The hotel was lovely- rooms were small. I wasn’t aware there wouldn’t be a refrigerator. Which was tough when traveling for sports as a family we need to bring food with us. Overall the stay was fine. Small rooms but pleasant.

Very nice hotel and great staff and breakfast.

Everything was great until the end of the trip. As natural things happen, the power went out due to a wind storm. Two hours later the whole hotel came back expect my room. I asked what could be done about this and I was told nothing and to ask for a manager in the morning. I reached out to a manager in the morning via phone as they were not yet in when I had to check out. I was told I would be given enough points for a free night stay. This never happened and now I have not yet been able to find someone to help me. Lack of management and help.

Overnight stay as part of road trip. Have stayed here previously. Love the hotel, location, service and staff.

Staff were difficult to locate when needed

Due to flight delay, I had to check in late, so I called ahead to let them know, and the staff was super friendly helpful at 1:30am. Very clean facility, warm staffs, very satisfied stay!

I had a serious case of coronavirus but was unable to get cooperation from management to reschedule.

I did have to change rooms at 11 something at night because they placed me next to a college bowling team that was rude and loud. But Priscilla took great care of me .

Customer service was terrible, non friendly and very rude. No room help, no room cleaning during 3 days stay. Breakfast was good but on second day coffee ran out and no one was there to refill.

I was here for work for Mercedes - Easy check in - room was all the way at the end of the hallway for convenience of coming and going when I’d please out of the staircase. Location was superb. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel. Polite staff. Breakfast could have had rotated options in the morning (Western omelets and turkey sausage 2 days in a row.) There is a pickleball arena across the parking lot with great amenities to check out. 15 minutes from the Hamilton train station.

This hotel is quiet and has some extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff. They serve a nice breakfast with plenty of options, and the hotel is clean, modern, and quiet. It is easily accessible from the freeway. What I didn't like was how remote it felt. It was rather removed from restaurants and other places one might need to stop at while traveling. You won't be able to walk to grab a bite to eat. With that said, though, the staff are quite knowledgeable about restaurants in the area and can recommend some places for you to order delivery from or take a cab/ride share to. The only problem I had was that the tv kept turning off while I was watching it and my bathroom light kept turning on in the middle of the night.

Close to six flags, why we went

I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway to Six Flag's Great Adventure. The hotel really impressed me. I only chose this because the rates were more reasonable in comparison to everything else that was around. Frankly, I think even these rates were ridiculous, but more affordable than the alternatives. The hotel was in a great location, quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I will definitely return.

This Hampton Inn has a new property feel. It is at the NJ Turnpike Exit 7A, very convenient to reach. We stayed there while visiting the spectacular Hindu complex in Robbinsville, which is about a 15 minute drive from the property. I would stay there in the future

Its one of the closest options for a trip to Six Flags Great Adventure. The breakfast was good and the "gas station" across the street has some amazing sandwiches and food.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was above average with many options.

Clean and very hospitable staff. I only stayed a night here. Highlight was their free breakfast. Different waffle batters. Lots of options on the hot items. The spread was unlike any other hotel I stayed at that week. We were on a road trip so we stayed at a few different hotels over the week. This was the best.

Hampton Inn and Suites was very clean and had perfect customer service. The hot breakfast was delicious which including a waffle station. Will absolutely stay here again.
