When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Gerald at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. Has such a great personality! Every Wednesday, they offer a social for their guests with food and wine/beer/lemonade. We enjoyed ourselves. Overall, we loved the amenities especially the basketball court, pool, fire pit, and gym. There is something for all ages to do! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Based on this experience, I joined Hilton. This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at and some of the amenities were a new experience for us. We will definitely come back and share our experience with our friends and family. Job well done!!!

Staff was great but golf clubs were broken and outside fire pit didn’t work and basketball was smooth no grip. Amenities could use an upgrade. But gym was nice and pool was nice wish pool was open 24 hours I Iike going to gym then swim at 3 am.

This was awesome. Loved the way the doors to indoor pool was wide open to ventilate the fresh air from outside and the chlorine smell from inside. Was awesome. Beautiful emenities all around this facility. Thank you

It was a perfect spot for our son. Close to 6 Flags. And we played basketball on the half court, played mini golf and played basketball in the pool before and after the park. The pool was small but big enough for basketball though not to swim.

The only three things that threw us off was that there wasn’t any towels in the pool area every time we went, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the water from the water fountain outside was green. The staff was great, friendly and very welcoming.

We booked a 3 night stay in a double queen suite. Having a kitchenette, table and separate living room was an added comfort. After touring the Six Flags parks during the day, we were able to come home and play board games while eating dinner with the kids at night. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. There were walking gardens, a firepit, a covered grill area and outdoor activities, like cornhole and putting greens. The pool was open late which was a nice option for families that visited the parks during the day. Breakfast was delicious with a different menu every morning. And the staff…they were amazing. Our only complaint was that you could not connect a gaming console to the internet and the TVs were a little outdated. Our favorite part of the hotels offerings, the managers reception. They served appetizers and beverages for all hotel guests in the lobby. The atmosphere was uplifting and cozy, you felt at home. It was truly a great experience. Thank you to the staff for helping to make this trip a wonderful family vacation.

The hotel property was beautiful, a lot for the kids to do- basketball, golf, swim. The gardens are pretty and nice to explore. A lot of outside seating and fire pits. The breakfast was wonderful- great options and the women running the breakfast kept everything clean and the food full. The only issues I had were with the actual room- the first room I was given had some mold in the bathroom, coming with kids that needed to shower I had to ask for another room so we didn’t breath it in. The second room still had mold but not as much, and the room smelt like animals. One of my kids is allergic to animal fur and we just pushed through the smell but by the next morning I regretted not saying something again. We were given a room right next to an exterior door so I’m guessing that one is used for people traveling with pets. Some pet scratches on the couch and scratches at the door. If I didn’t have kids traveling with me I definitely wouldn’t have minded, bedding was nice, comfy and clean and quiet building.

Our room did not have clean towels when we arrived at 3:30pm. Towels hanging that look like they had been used. Linens and pillows appeared dingy. Silverware in kitchen was visibly dirty in the utensil drawer (food stuck to it). Door jams, door handles/locks and mirrors looked dirty.

The staff was awesome. The front desk crew. Unfortunately we were put in a handicap accessible room which was weird for my children. Additionally the room was dirty and lacked supplies including body wash. There were dirt and old rice on the sofa bed. Maintenance had to come and change it he even took pictures. The sofa had what looked like frosting on the back of the couch and under the cushions. It was dirt underneath the beds. My kids said it was disgustingland the pool was dirty. The front desk staff were great and switched my room to an appropriate one. We stayed the whole weekend.

Our room was dirty, there was actual dirt under the sheets and there were live cockroaches in the dishwasher. My daughter didn't sleep all night (before a huge tournament) because she was scared the cockroaches were going to get into her bed. Disgusting.

Good location, great room size (we had the 2 bedroom suite which was awesome and huge). Carpet needed to be replaced with basic tile/wood flooring. The rooms could have used an update. Cleaning was not great by staff at all, but front desk extremely nice.

The property was clean and beautiful. Our room however was outdated, had damage throughout. Bubbling wall paper from water damage. Dried, Red melted candle wax all over the kitchenette cabinets. Broken/missing one panel of black out curtains. Bathroom door would not stay opened and there was no fan/ventilation resulting in very steamy shower. Shower spout seems as if it may be falling off wall. Just not kept up well.

The property is nice and clean. Amenities are good - heated pool, gym, basketball court, table tennis, miniature golf, outdoor grill area, fireplace . Self parking was easy and there is wifi. Hot breakfast in the morning. Dining area is nice and spacious. Multiple places on the first floor where you can hang out. You do see some wear and tears in the room. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, with 2 queen beds, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There’s a couple of stains on the curtain, carpet and sofa. The shelf in the refrigerator in the freezer has rust. The bathroom mirror was broken at the corner, wallpaper near the ceiling were coming off.

False fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night an hour apart. Try sleeping after that! No apologies and repeated attempts to reach a manager were fruitless. This is the WORST run hotel imaginable. In addition, the breakfast if you can call it that was disgusting. Try Marriott the next time.

Checkin disappointing: Digital key did not work - had to go to the front desk and get a card key; despite requesting two extra pillows and towels in my Hotels.com booking AND sending a message to the hotel directly AND speaking earlier that day with the front desk, our room did not have an extra pillow or towels. The front desk clerk told me that they do not have any extra pillows (good grief! The king size bed only had two king pillows and two lumpy standard pillows) and he handed me some towels. I found an old blanket and a very gross old pillow (with no pillow case) in the closet. There was not a waste basket in the bathroom area. The breakfast buffet is rather blah and no one was around to help. On the upside, the building is nice, the shower in our room was great (excellent water pressure) and the hotel is fairly close to the Hamilton Train Station.

During check-in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping while I was staying with them. I said sure how about on Saturday. The concierge wrote in on the pad for cleaning, bedding and towels but housekeeping never came and at check out they never asked how was my stay. Very unprofessional.

The environment was a peaceful getaway for a great price. The pool temperature was great and there were plenty outdoor tables and chairs that were kept clean. The rooms were also very very clean :) it’s in a great area too. 6 mins away from Hamilton Shopping center that has ShopRite, Walmart, McDs, Chik Fila, Chili’s and much more !

From the front desk staff to the catering staff to the room, everything was excellent. Clean sheets, towels, living area and bathroom. Fresh smelling room. Delicious breakfast. Delicious/boozy evening reception. Super friendly staff. Not one issue the entire stay. Special shout out to the early am breakfast crew. Will be back when visiting six flags again.

Breakfast Menu was very limited. No pancakes /french toast or waffles. Took my kids to Dunkin’ Donuts across the street every morning. Staff was very polite room was very clean however we stayed directly outside the elevator and it was loud at times early in the morning. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and would highly recommend.
