Room was very small for 3 single beds. We could hardly move around. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were very helpful. They let us store our luggage after check out so we don’t have to drag our luggage around. Our train was departing at 4:40 pm.

We were told we would be met at the train. The train was late, so they decided to not meet us. I did not have internet, but, thankfully, my son did. We had to find our own way. The place is clean. Fresh linens, towels amd hot water. However, everything seemed damp including the towels. The sink, the toulet, and the shower leaked. Just felt like all the dampness just clung to me. Breakfast was extremely simple. I had a banana and a roll. Because we were early getting back from MP, they let us stay in the lobby until we were to catch our train. This, holding our liggage, and giving us a water bottle when we checked in, was very kind of them. The bed was ok and did the job as we were only there for one night. The location to the train and bus stop is ideal.

It's a pretty simple hotel but the staff are nice and helpful. They accommodated every request and gave me a packed breakfast for my early morning tour. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast. There is no heater, but they will give you super heavy blankets if you ask. The wifi in the rooms is pretty nonexistent but the signal in the lobby is good, so I ended up working in the lobby for two days. It's fairly quiet with a little street noise. FYI, the address on Expedia is incorrect, it's a few streets over from the map directions. You might want to contact them to get right address first so you don't wonder up and down streets like I did.

This is a great little nice hotel and nice bar on top flor but the neighborhood is just like in the street market area and people selling their stuff near the hotel. But not bad. Nice church next to the hotel.

The property is small and very unassuming but we only stayed for one night so it worked for us. The staff were great at check in and with any other additional requests. We asked for a heater and they brought us a radiator immediately which made such a big difference to the stay. The breakfast was laid out at 5 am and again had a variety that was just enough for the early start with fresh fruit , cheeses, cold cuts, tasty breads. Everything was fresh even the juices that seemed to be freshly squeezed. It really was value for money at the end of the day.

Honestly, this hotel has no real advantages — not even the location made up for the rest. I had booked a double room, but was given a room with three single beds squeezed in, leaving almost no space to move. At first, they gave me a room without a window, which I refused. Only after some discussion did they “manage” to offer me a room with a window — as if that were a luxury. The room itself was extremely basic, even borderline unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The soundproofing is terrible — you can hear absolutely everything, and the place feels chaotic and noisy. The breakfast was a disaster — almost nothing to eat, and certainly nothing enjoyable. To be fair, the staff were friendly — probably the only positive point worth mentioning. Otherwise, this place feels more like a very basic stop near Machu Picchu than a hotel offering any real comfort. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all — unless you truly have no other options.

O quarto possuía um bom tamanho, a cama não era tão confortável, mas o espaço e a roupa de cama estavam muito limpas. Funcionários gentis e agradáveis. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. Perto, a pé, do centro de Águas Calientes. Banheiro limpo e com amenities úteis ao viajante. Recomendo.

Although we booked a queen size bed, we got 2 single beds. The rooms are very noisy and the curtains don’t block the light. Be advised, this is not sunlight (there is no window looking outside) but light of the hallway. As people go to Machu Picchu early, from 4AM there are a lot of people walking beside that window and using the stairs. There is NO warm (let alone hot) water. Breakfast is from 5-8AM They promised they would make a to-go breakfast, but that was not the case when we had to go to the bus (5AM).

Nice room with plenty hot shower. The staff are all kind and friendly. Only thing we missed was unstable WiFi in the room third floor. Fortunately, there WiFi at the reception area is strong and stable.

It’s a nice and affordable hotel. The hotel team is very friendly and you got the possibility to get fresh after the machu pichu tour, even when you’re already checked out. 10/10

The property is small and very unassuming but we only stayed for one night so it worked for us. The staff were great at check in and with any other additional requests. We asked for a heater and they brought us a radiator immediately which made such a big difference to the stay. The breakfast was laid out at 5 am and again had a variety that was just enough for the early start with fresh fruit , cheeses, cold cuts, tasty breads. Everything was fresh even the juices that seemed to be freshly squeezed. It really was value for money at the end of the day.

We were told we would be met at the train. The train was late, so they decided to not meet us. I did not have internet, but, thankfully, my son did. We had to find our own way. The place is clean. Fresh linens, towels amd hot water. However, everything seemed damp including the towels. The sink, the toulet, and the shower leaked. Just felt like all the dampness just clung to me. Breakfast was extremely simple. I had a banana and a roll. Because we were early getting back from MP, they let us stay in the lobby until we were to catch our train. This, holding our liggage, and giving us a water bottle when we checked in, was very kind of them. The bed was ok and did the job as we were only there for one night. The location to the train and bus stop is ideal.

L’horaire est très accommodant pour le check in. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23:00 à cause du retard des trains et il n’y avait pas de problème. La personne a l’accueil nous a aidé pour les billets d’autobus et nous a conseillé sur l’heure que nous devions y aller. Le déjeuner commence tôt (5:00) vu que la plupart des voyageurs vont au machu picchu très tôt. C’était très accommodant.
