Stayed for two weeks, I had a good stay, staff very friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and very helpful. Liked the bar and the pool area for working and relaxing. Excellent WiFi speed, had no problems whatsoever with the connection. Walking distance to and from the Metro station, quick Metro ride to The Mall of the Emirates. Carrefour and some restaurants nearby. The gym is a bit small with limited equipment, it could be bigger.

A nice modern hotel that we chose as it was close to a Metro Station, the marina and the Palm beaches. The hotel also provided free shuttle buses to the beach and a shopping mall. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant was excellent showing lots of sports and the food and beverage menus were good and reasonably priced. The only slight niggle was the pool wasn’t very big and appeared crowded with only a few people in it.

Really couldn't have asked for any more, the breakfast was one of the best (selection / quantity / quality), the room as generous, everything very modern and the staff bent over backwards for room service, freebies and service The roof top pool was never going to be outstanding but 12-6pm happy hour and a pleasant vibe was all we needed

Bed was too hard. Pillows old and either lumpy or too hard. Carpet needs a good clean. Air con system not great. Noisy car and street noise. Rusty bin in bathroom. Staff lovely and very polite. Room cleaned well. Area not very nice.

Extremely pleasant stay in a really nice, well maintained and extremely clean hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. The rooms were cosy and the sleep was relaxing along with excellent WiFi. They have a pool, which is small but still good. The staff are very friendly especially Himanshu who went out of his way to help whenever he could. The area is nice and very close to the Metro station Internet City (10 min walk) short ride to the malls and Burj Khalifa city centre way And Palm and Marina area opposite way. Jumeirah beach is also close (taxi). There are a few convenience stores around and food places too. Really great stay and very reasonable.

It’s a new Premier Inn with all the newer decor, so it looks really nice and the bed is really comfortable. Like most Premier Inn’s, it’s a no fuss approach to a hotel, ticking all the essentials well and this hotel does all this. Can’t really ask for more for the star rating and price point. Don’t know if I would pay extra to be at this particular Premier Inn to others, I had to be in that part of Dubai so spent the extra but if I didn’t, I don’t think I would and just choose one which is more convenient for me.

Staff very helpful and gave us a connecting room as per our request, which is subject to availability. Rooms faultless and as per description. HDTV was very compatible with our kids electronics devices so we could watch on big screen. Bottled water daily. Restaurant staff very accommodating and helped us with buffet option which we combined as some of us wanted a La carte. Very good value buffet. Fresh and new daily options for buffet though vegetarians should check daily if they happy. Good location for Aquaventure which is best reached by taxi. New year at the pool terrace was a bit anti-climatic as the hotel is surrounded by buildings 2-3x taller and couldn’t see any fireworks or displays. I guess if you want to see these, you just got to be where it happens!

Absolutely brilliant. Cant fault anything. Great hotel. Mr Toads was fantastic. General manager Fillipe was incredible along with his team of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They always remembered our drinks order! What more could you want! The pool and pool bar was brilliant. Pool towels provided I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and to be honest the premier inn was the best value for money. We will definitely return. Girls trip already olannwsbt

I did not rent a car this trip, so it was convenient the Premier Inn is an easy walk to the Dubai Metro. Mr. Toad's restaurant is top quality and the breakfast is great.

Hotel located in barsha heights . Little rough lots of call girl flyers scattered around the streets which surprised me. Still feels safe and is very central . Lots of taxis available . Lots of local restaurants. Seven stones restaurant near by has amazing food and very cheap to eat. No alcohol as not attached to a hotel . But nice authentic food and nice people.

Really enjoyed our stay here as it was not far from anything. Everything was conveniently accessible such as shops, malls, restaurants, money exchange etc. 10- 15 drive to down town/ Burj Kalifa/ Dubai mall. 5-10 minutes to Dubai Marina and Burj al Arab. Highly recommended

The place was clean and easy to find. The staff manning the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. Distance from the Metro is a good 10 - 15 mins walk but there are shuttles provided as selected timing. If taking a taxi, it is extremely convenient. Overall, a superb stay and enjoyed it.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, the room and facilities were excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily with free bottled water topped up. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach etc. On the negative side, the pool is small and often full, beds are limited. The nearest metro is a 10m walk. Taxis are available and most attractions need transport planning. The breakfast is excellent as is the onsite pub. For some reason the hotel had almost 3/4 russian guests. They were certainly rude, breafast was a cattle market, the russians took loads out of the room and literally took full advantage of the buffet. I would recommend but please take time to understand the size of dubai and the travel needed to visit attractions. A great piece of advice, buy 2-3days of the hop on hop off bus as a great form of transport assuming you want to go to the attractions on the routes.

Evita did outstanding checking me in and insuring my stay would be pleasant. She answered all of my questions about the city and was very helpful. The hotel is close to the metro which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the pub was excellent in the evening after a full day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again 👍
