Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist sehr positiv. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam und das Frühstück lecker. Das hotel verfügt über einen großen Pool und ein eigenes Restaurant sowie ein paar eigene Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Wir selbst haben da immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. An unserem Anreisetag hat es sehr geregnet. Das Hotel ist anteilig offen und der Boden besteht aus zahlreichen Fliesen. Da war es unglaublich glatt, aber einen anderen Weg zum Zimmer gibt es nicht. Zimmer verfügt über einen Tresor. Alles in allem gut. Das Hotel liegt in dem Ort Manuel Antonio. Vor Ort gibt es ein paar Läden, aber aber an sich ist es sehr klein. Quebos ist größer, wirkte auf uns aber weniger touristisch. Die Soda El Angel ist sehr zu empfehlen in Manuel Antonio. Gut und günstig.

Pros: Property was clean and well kept. Staff at the hotel were great, friendly and breakfast provided was good. There is a public bus stop at the end of the road if you want to take the bus anywhere. We took the bus back from Manuel Antonio Park, very easy - just get out at the soccer field stop. There are many restaurants walking distance from the hotel at various price ranges. Also grocery store nearby for snacks or beverages. We stayed in the 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Great if you are 2 families or a small group of 4 to 8 people and want to stay in adjacent rooms, but not connected. They are alone on the top floor with nice balconies overlooking the pool. Rooms we had were very spacious, quiet and beds were comfortable. One room had a small dining table which we used to play cards at night. Very handy. Small cons: very limited seating around the pool, only 6 loungers. Didn't bother us since we were out and about all of the time and when we were at the pool, we were IN the pool, not on the loungers. If you are a light sleeper, or want to sleep in, the rooms we had were above the kitchen/dining area so you might hear noise. Again, we were up early each morning as we had activities planned so that did not bother us at all.

Beautiful property. Meticulously taken care of. Staff was so nice and helpful. Smiles all day. Breakfast included was great. Angelo was our host at breakfast and he is very hospitable, friendly and funny. Location is good. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores yet tucked away for a peaceful stay. Bus was easy transportation. It’s about 70 cents a ride. The hotel is a distance from any beach access. It’s a 30 minute walk on a road that has a lot of traffic and doesn’t always have sidewalks. Bus is the preferred method even though we love walking. Ocean water is walk in warm which I love. Water not clear at all, but nice. The hotel is an easy. Bus ride to the national park. We saw monkeys in and outside the park. Seems to be the place in Costa Rica to see monkeys. Hotel pool area is a cool place to hang out, I wish they had pads for their lounge chairs. Loved our stay!

Amazing small hotel. So pleased with absolutely everything and all the staff. Natural setting pool and oversized spa were beautiful. Can’t say enough. Room was very modern. Best of all, when we caught yellowfin tuna on a charter boat, the chef prepared a wonderful dinner for us.

Hotel is almost new and super clean. Excellent complimentary breakfast. There is a very nice pool, although we did not use it. Two cautions: It is very hard to find. The directions say to turn between the church and school but when it is close to dusk it is difficult to see the "street". There are no street signs and no sign advertising the property. Our GPS kept leading us around in circles. Caution 2: This is not a handicap friendly place, there is no elevator and the rooms are "uniquely" designed, the bathroom is raised three steps above the sleeping area. There are no hand rails on the steps. It would be very easy to accidentally step of the side in the dark.

Less than a dozen parking spots for The entire hotel. Hard to park as there is badly any place to maneuver. Only one two-seater sofa in the lobby.No complimentary coffee. Small congested room. 3 people were packed into this room. No coffee or dining table in the room. No coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge in the room. No cupboard with door. No place to put down luggage. Only one room key for 3 people which has to be inserted into a slot in the room to maintain electricity supply to the room. This does not allow people to come and go separately. No exhaust in the bathroom. A retractable line is available that can be drawn across the shower area to have clothes to dry. This makes it hard to take a shower once the clothes are hung.

Beautiful and spacious room. Front desk ladies were very helpful and nice, answered all our questions very quickly. I even messaged on what’s up from the beach the hotel to ask them what the bus options are for returning back to the hotel and i got a response within 1 minute. The hotel itself is about 2 miles from the beach so not walking distance but it’s very clean and quiet, I would stay there again if visiting.

The property is very, very cute and the staff were wonderful! Everything was very clean and the location was great. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, sodas, and markets. Near many beaches and Manuel Antonio park. Angelo was a great host every morning at breakfast! The only reason I did not give it a 5 was the rooms were a bit small and very basic. Also they were not very sound proof. The doors to other rooms slammed every time someone came in or out and you could hear noise from other rooms. Thankfully things seemed to quiet down between 10-11pm each night. I am a light sleeper so I do look for this kind of info in reviews before I book somewhere. If you are not though, then you may love this place!! It was really a gem!

Excellent stay, the room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and large rainfall shower. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was tasty. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool as I only stayed for one night. There is plenty of parking and it’s a short drive to the beach. Overall a great stay and a hidden gem. Thank you.

Music (from the pool?) started very early in the morning. The walls also seem to be very thin (we could hear everything that was going on on the hallway). Nevertheless, overall very good hotel. Would recommend!

Very pretty, clean, fresh, with friendly and hospitable staff. The room we stayed in would not be good for an individual with a wheelchair, as the bathroom was 2 steps up, so inquire if they have ADA-accessible rooms. The only issue we did not like was the rooms were not so sound-proof, and the entire hotel circles an outdoor pool (courtyard style), and we thought it was a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

This is a modern hotel with huge rooms. Very comfortable. The closet is in the bathroom which is an interesting peculiarity considering that the living and sleeping area could easily have accommodated it. Safe works. The flora is austanding. Breakfast is good. Plenty of tasty coffee and tea. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was spacious. Bed fine. Wifi good. Front desk helpful and efficient.Restaurant and breakfast good. Parking available. Secure. Lovely pool area. Quiet. Reasonable price compared to similar in area. Mercado only 150m away. It has high walls around it so it is not like there is a lot of wildlife in the courtyard if that is what you want. But, I have zero complaints.

Agradable y limpio. Las habitaciones dan a un patio interior, por lo cual hay que mantener las cortinas cerradas para tener privacidad, y en ese caso no entra luz natural. Por la disposicion de las habitaciones, el transito de personas que pasan por delante de la habitacion hace que se escuchen conversaciones y transporte de valijas.

Great location. Front desk not the friendliest. Oscar who serves breakfast is very pleasant n provides excellent service.

This hotel is a hidden gem. You can tell the property is new, and I love that it’s so small. Only about 18 rooms, so the employees got to know you and your breakfast preferences. Everyone there was beyond nice and attentive. They were helpful in ordering taxis for us, answering all our questions, and accommodating requests. The hotel is located conveniently close to a couple of supermarkets in case of emergencies, and it’s only a $10 ride from Manuel Antonio beach or the Quepos area. Super clean pool and room, good happy hour, big breakfasts included. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our stay was peaceful and felt luxurious at this hotel. 10/10 would recommend and return.

Beautiful property. Meticulously taken care of. Staff was so nice and helpful. Smiles all day. Breakfast included was great. Angelo was our host at breakfast and he is very hospitable, friendly and funny. Location is good. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores yet tucked away for a peaceful stay. Bus was easy transportation. It’s about 70 cents a ride. The hotel is a distance from any beach access. It’s a 30 minute walk on a road that has a lot of traffic and doesn’t always have sidewalks. Bus is the preferred method even though we love walking. Ocean water is walk in warm which I love. Water not clear at all, but nice. The hotel is an easy. Bus ride to the national park. We saw monkeys in and outside the park. Seems to be the place in Costa Rica to see monkeys. Hotel pool area is a cool place to hang out, I wish they had pads for their lounge chairs. Loved our stay!

This is an excellent little hotel. Great for relaxation. Great pool area, and amazing service from their Reception and Waiters (especially Monica and Angelo) They were both very helpful! I forgot to ask the name of the guy who helped us with our luggages when we arrived, he is also the gardener! He is awesome as well. Thank you Naoz, we loved our stay in your hotel.

I loved it!!!!! I loved that the hotel was so open with everything centered around the courtyard. The staff were incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. I really appreciated the escort to my room on the first day and having the TV and air conditioning remotes pointed out. That was a nice touch to be walked into my room.

FYI: They don’t tell you at the beginning when you check in but you must return all keys when you checkout or you will get charged $20 US per key. Towels are $40 US or they will charge you so make sure you count the towels and make sure to return them. We found out when we were checking out! Now the hotel itself it’s a beautiful place, Our booking included breakfast which which was great The service personnel in the restaurant were very kind. Cleaning crew were super nice and very lovely people. The ladies at reception were nice as well, except the men, very rude. They do have laundry service at reasonable prices and return them the same day so very convenient!

Hotel Naoz is really cute. It feels like your own secluded paradise. The road that it is located on was hard to find initially but we settled in quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that cooks breakfast was spot on every morning. I really couldn't believe how perfectly she cooked our breakfasts. We stayed on the second floor, which is only accessible by stairs. It also happened to be right above the kitchen, which was loud each morning. They did have a water outage while we were there. It lasted half of the day and was pretty inconvenient. Overall we liked the property and would book it again.

We loved the location/proximity to great restaurants but hidden in a quiet area away from traffic. Beautiful pool area and friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included and great value for money. We enjoy walking and loved our hike to the beach everyday but for those wanting to ride are a very easy walk to the bus stop that takes you to the beach or to Quepos town. Great value for money. I stayed here last time I was in Costa Rica and will stay again.

Pros: Property was clean and well kept. Staff at the hotel were great, friendly and breakfast provided was good. There is a public bus stop at the end of the road if you want to take the bus anywhere. We took the bus back from Manuel Antonio Park, very easy - just get out at the soccer field stop. There are many restaurants walking distance from the hotel at various price ranges. Also grocery store nearby for snacks or beverages. We stayed in the 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Great if you are 2 families or a small group of 4 to 8 people and want to stay in adjacent rooms, but not connected. They are alone on the top floor with nice balconies overlooking the pool. Rooms we had were very spacious, quiet and beds were comfortable. One room had a small dining table which we used to play cards at night. Very handy. Small cons: very limited seating around the pool, only 6 loungers. Didn't bother us since we were out and about all of the time and when we were at the pool, we were IN the pool, not on the loungers. If you are a light sleeper, or want to sleep in, the rooms we had were above the kitchen/dining area so you might hear noise. Again, we were up early each morning as we had activities planned so that did not bother us at all.

I even messaged on what’s up from the beach the hotel to ask them what the bus options are for returning back to the hotel and i got a response within 1 minute. The hotel itself is about 2 miles from the beach so not walking distance but it’s very clean and quiet, I would stay there again if visiting.

Hotel is almost new and super clean. Excellent complimentary breakfast. There is a very nice pool, although we did not use it. Two cautions: It is very hard to find. The directions say to turn between the church and school but when it is close to dusk it is difficult to see the "street". There are no street signs and no sign advertising the property. Our GPS kept leading us around in circles. Caution 2: This is not a handicap friendly place, there is no elevator and the rooms are "uniquely" designed, the bathroom is raised three steps above the sleeping area. There are no hand rails on the steps. It would be very easy to accidentally step of the side in the dark.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Naoz. The food and drinks were fantastic, especially the mojitos made with fresh ingredients. Everything was incredibly fresh and although it took a little time because it was all made from scratch, it was definitely worth the wait. The free breakfast was a great bonus. Our room was spacious and always clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I would stay at Hotel Naoz again! Thank you!

The pool it’s lovely. The staff incredible. My only complaint is that they turn off the lights at 10:00PM and when you return after that, have que walk the property without any lights! If they add motion sensors the problem it’s resolved
