The property was gorgeous. My only complaint is the location. From our room nothing was actually walkable. The restaurants aren’t on the same property as the rooms. There is not direct access to a beach. This was only a problem for us because we have very young children.

Staff is incredible and this is a gorgeous hotel. I appreciate how accommodating everyone is here from the front desk, the shuttle drivers, the housekeepers, restaurant staff, etc. We had a Jungle view split with a great look at the ocean and never missed a sunset. This easily stood out as the nicest hotel in the area, and you'll also see so much wildlife from your room and as you walk around the property. 1,000,000/10 experience

Staff was nice. Food options are great. Location is great. Room was stinky. Should have upgraded. Very small room. Not what was pictured online. Door/lock was difficult. Pools were clean. Monkeys at breakfast.
