The room was convenient and clean. Location is excellent for events at the university. Enjoyed the restaurant several times. there was a long way to check in, but it was because Staff was handling multiple duties at the same time.

Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible.
