The bed is bouncy, hard. Toilet uses less water to flush so it will flush your waste but not the toilet paper. So easy to clog. Pool is chilly but well lit. Great stairs into pool. Hot tub is not too hot and there is a control panel that has 2, 5, 15, 25 minutes option for bubbles. Very nice. Clear readable sign in elevator to which floor the amenities are. Breakfast was delicious. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, cereal options, coffee, tea, yogurt, boiled eggs.Check out was a breeze. Staff is very friendly, but you do have to ask about this swimming pool hours. They won’t tell you unless you ask. Would stay here again.

The room was not what we reserved - two queen beds instead of a king, the hot tub was not working and even though we mentioned that was what we were most looking forward to when we checked in the representative didn’t mention it. There was live music playing directly outside our window as we attempted to sleep and the air quality in the room was so poor we really wanted to open the window. Even after the music stopped loud voices continued outside and in the hall until 2am. There was mold on the air conditioner fins which probably explained the smell to which my partner was sensitive. It seemed the hotel was relying on its fabulous location alone. The most irritating part of it all was that we were in town for a funeral and thought spending the extra money to book a Radisson brand hotel would ensure an excellent worry-free stay. After spending over $200 for that brief and disappointing night, we checked out and spent the rest of our trip at the lovely Country Inn where we actually had a king bed and an in-room jacuzzi for half the price. I’ll not make the mistake of trusting the Radisson brand again.

We stayed here because we had a livestock show close by. The parking lot was not big enough for a truck and trailer so we had to take our animals to the fair grounds and leave them for the night. We were not aware that the parking lot would be so small. Everything else was great! And we really appreciated the fact that the breakfast was out early so we could eat before we left for the show!

It is really difficult to rate a place higher than a 1 when you pull the bedding back to go to bed and there are dark stains on the sheets where you would climb in to sleep! No person could make a bed and miss this- when spoke to front desk the night gentlemen was nice enough to bring sheets up so we could make our own bed before going to sleep! Morning desk person said nothing she could do as Expedia has already paid them for the night! NOTHING you can do? You just said you were paid and now you cannot credit me for this unacceptable inconvenience when you have your money! We paid $300 for the night and this is the cleanliness of the room!

While staying here we encountered the most disgusting bedding we have ever seen. After a long day the last thing you want to find when you pull the bedding back is dirty sheets. Multiple blood spots about 4”-5” each assuming from menstrual bleeding on the fitted. Not like that wasn’t enough. More brownish stains on the flat sheet. The staff member at the front desk was very apologetic and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, there were not more suites available so we had to downgrade to a double full room instead. Then of course we check the room before moving our things. And what do we find? Another bed without fresh bedding. The front desk staff was quick to act and yet again move us. But, before doing so she checked the room with us. Of course there were complaints made. We were in the end compensated the entire cost of our 2 night stay. THIS IS ONE PLACE I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.

Our room had not been cleaned in a very long time! Mold in the bathroom, all surfaces were very dirty and sticky. There were flies and when we killed them more showed up but we don’t know where from. Stains on sheets and blankets. Bed headboards were FILLED with imprints and were sticky

Hotel is in need of updating. The toilets flush VERY slow, water was brown when first turned on and the furniture in the room is very worn - made it appear dirty. The best part is the location is within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops.

Very noisy during waking hours. Could hear doors slamming, people talking in their rooms and music from restaurant patio next door. Fortunately it quieted down after 10pm. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Breakfast was great!

All around it it a great property. Only snag was that we asked for our room to be freshened up mid-stay. Understandably there is no need for daily housekeeping; they only provide it upon request. We did request after the second night, but somehow the request was not passed along. We survived, but it would have moved the needle to the 5-star level.

My wife had to go to the hospital because she was not feeling good i was at work and we have a family dog with us the staff watched the dog Dixie and made her feel safe. The staff did a great job with Dixie. I have the utmost respect for all the staff here great job guys and thank you you are all superstars

Drove for 4 and a half hours to get here. We arrived around 12:30 pm. Our check in was at 3:00 pm. We were told by the hotel clerk that The hotel rooms were all booked or not ready by the cleaning staff just yet. We were happy that the hotel clerk was able to check us in an hour earlier which we were running late for a wedding party anyway. After the wedding and a long day of driving the hotel stay was wonderful and comfortable. The hotel staff was great. Thanks for a wonderful long day and stay.

Every person o came in contact Siri g my stay provided excellent customer service. Super friendly and in good spirits! Awesome outdoor patio/tiki bar with massive and delicious bloody Mary’s and “basic brunch” meal was fabulous!

The hotel was easy to find and had convenient (free) parking in a garage accessible with our room card. We ate at Junior’s, the hotel restaurant, for dinner and both the food and service were good. Our room was spacious and clean, though the decor and furniture were a bit dated. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall, we had a good stay.
