De kamer was prima in orde, enkel het balkon was eigenlijk geen balkon. Dat lag naast de parking waar gewerkt werf maar vooral niks van meubels, geen stoel, geen tafel, geen parasol. Dat hebben we gemist. Het zwembad was prima maar de prachtige zwembaden die op de foto's staan zijn extra te betalen. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en mochten daarom maar 2 dagen in het zwembad. Je kon dus noet dag van aankomst of dag van vertrek ook nog zwemmen, jammer. Verder wel een heel proper hotel, lekker restaurant en mooie tuin.

Tutto bellissimo, unico neo con grandi inconvenienti riguarda la spa non sicuramente all'altezza della struttura, da ripristinare alcune postazione e la manutenzione scarsa, nel bagno turco c'era un odore stagnante,sgradevole e insopportabile , non sono riuscito ad usufruirne .

La struttura è ben fatta, moderna ed accogliente. Le stanze sono pulite. La colazione è ben rifornita di dolci e salato. Parcheggio comodo interno gratuito. Personale gentile e disponibile. nell’ insieme è un ottimo hotel comodo per raggiungere MATERA e altre destinazioni senza dover incontrare il traffico locale.

We experienced several issues during our stay. The staff came across as unfriendly and arrogant, and the ongoing construction site at the hotel created a very unpleasant environment. Our room was also downgraded, although this was later compensated with a lunch. We also encountered problems charging our Tesla – the hotel did not provide complimentary charging, which is unusual compared to many other hotels around the world. Instead, we were directed to an external charger, which we had to pay for ourselves. Even though I asked several times, we were never clearly shown where the hotel’s own Tesla chargers were located. Housekeeping was also poor. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Hotel meraviglioso, interni curati e piacevoli. Stanza bella e pulita. Ristorante con piatti studiati e materie di qualità. I camerieri cordiali si sono rivelati un plus, Filippo e Lorenzo sono persone davvero speciali e di cuore. Un saluto ad entrambi , allo chef e allo staff che è sempre risultato cordiale e di compagnia. Buona permanenza a chi vorrà pernottare qui!

Nice reception, helpful restaurant staff when we were trying to work out the special dinner. Room was nice but could do with a recoat, re varnish of the surfaces that were quite marked/scratched. Decent selection at breakfast but bacon was always hard and overdone. Overall the service was good.

La struttura distante 10 min da Matera centro, offre una buona soluzione per un weekend last minute. Pur essendo un albergo a 4 stelle, sono rimasto scontento per la pulizia.. nella mia stanza c’erano 3 dita di polvere sia sui suppellettili che sul parquet, non vi dico sotto al letto!!!! Mangiando poi uno snack in camera sono corse anche subito le formiche, essendo la mia camera posta al piano terra lato parcheggio. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, consiglio comunque questa struttura.

Les +: pas trouvé. Les -: loin du centre ville, à 7km dans un endroit improbable au fond du zone industriel et commerciale. Les piscines sont belles en photos mais une seule est accessible… avec des bonnets de bains vendus 3€! Ce doit être le seul établissement d’Italie et d’Europe qui exige des bonnets de bains! En plus c’est du vol de les vendre 3€. L’eau de la piscine n’est pas pour autant clean, le nettoyage laisse à désirer. Catastrophiques petits déjeuners. Et avant de donner des leçons aux cheveux des clients, tachez de proposer des chambres propres dans moisissures et qu’en parfait état de fonctionnement, sans taches et sans déchets. Bref établissement à éviter

La location si presta sia come business hotel ma da il meglio come resort. 5’piscine ottima ristorazione , bar eccellente molto al di sopra di qualsiasi aspettativa. Servizio e personale assolutamente ottimi rendono piacevole il soggiorno, e la proposta gastronomica e’ di alto livello . Peccato che nelle camere, Seppur spaziose , risieda un arredamento non all’altezza del resto della struttura. Prezzi adeguati al servizio ed alla stagione

Estaban en construcción y me levantaron desde las 7am con los ruidos. Nisiquiera dieron tapones para los ruidos. Se escuchaba todo lo del lado de la habitación, hasta cuando empujaban las camas del lado, se sentían en mi habitación. Habitación muy incomoda, no tenia ni donde colocar la maleta, la tuve que trepar en la mesa de noche y sacar la lampara. Muy caro para lo que es. Mucha foto linda, pura pantalla.
Estaban en construcción y me levantaron desde las 7am con los ruidos. Nisiquiera dieron tapones para los ruidos. Se escuchaba todo lo del lado de la habitación, hasta cuando empujaban las camas del lado, se sentían en mi habitación. Habitación muy incomoda, no tenia ni donde colocar la maleta, la tuve que trepar en la mesa de noche y sacar la lampara. Muy caro para lo que es. Mucha foto linda, pura pantalla.

Trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro non ho utilizzato le offerte come SPA e piscina. Ma, l'hotel è molto confortevole, possiede un vasto parcheggio gratuito, è ubicato in periferia (cosa che in una città piccola come Matera è realmente ininfluente) quindi senza le problematiche della ZTL e del traffico mattutino urbano. La colazione è ottima e variegata (potrebbe migliorare se le bevande calde fossero preparate a richiesta e non con la "macchinetta", che non fa un caffè o un cappuccino di qualità adeguata al gusto di un cliente italiano). Stanza confortevole, ampia, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (apprezzato l'angolo di lavoro con scrivania degna di questo nome, poltroncina ergonomica e punto luce). Menzione di lode per la qualità di materasso, cuscini e biancheria del letto. Un filino rumoroso il climatizzatore.

An sich große, weitläufige und moderne Hotelanlage. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Bett war zwar größtentechnisch von einem Kingsize-Bett weit entfernt, allerdings trotzdem bequem. Das Frühstück hingegen war hervorragend, frische Kuchen, diverse Müslizutaten und der Pancake-Automat war ebenfalls ein nettes Gadget. Allerdings darf man bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel auch ein freundliches Personal erwarten, dies war hier leider nicht der Fall. Der Herr, der uns willkommen hieß, hatte entweder einen schlechten Tag oder war mit seinem Job völlig unzufrieden, in jedem Fall absolut nicht kommunikativ, erklärte uns weder, was in unserer Buchung enthalten war (angeblich ein Besuch im Schwimmbad, der sich komplizierter gestaltete als gedacht, da er laut Buchungsunterlagen wohl vorher telefonisch oder per E-Mail reserviert werden müsse), leider klärte uns der Herr am Empfang hierzu nicht auf, weshalb wir bei unserem eintägigen Aufenthalt auch weder Zeit noch Nerv hatten uns genauer damit auseinanderzusetzen, Auch sonst hatte dieser Herr keine freundlichen Worte übrig. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber so schlecht-gelaunt abgefertigt zu werden, das schickt sich für ein 4-Sterne Hotel wirklich nicht. Sehr schade, daher auch die Abzüge.

Nice reception, helpful restaurant staff when we were trying to work out the special dinner. Room was nice but could do with a recoat, re varnish of the surfaces that were quite marked/scratched. Decent selection at breakfast but bacon was always hard and overdone. Overall the service was good.

Hotel meraviglioso, interni curati e piacevoli. Stanza bella e pulita. Ristorante con piatti studiati e materie di qualità. I camerieri cordiali si sono rivelati un plus, Filippo e Lorenzo sono persone davvero speciali e di cuore. Un saluto ad entrambi , allo chef e allo staff che è sempre risultato cordiale e di compagnia. Buona permanenza a chi vorrà pernottare qui!

Hotel fuori dal centro di Matera ma carino ed accogliente con una buona SPA, che scelgo quando vado a Matera. Di solito sono soddisfatto ma in questa occasione non ci siamo proprio. Già dopo aver fatto la prenotazione di una stanza doppia superior non rimborsabile, mi arrivano dei messaggi in cui vengo informano che la SPA è chiusa per lavori. Ne prendo atto ma avrei preferito saperlo prima della prenotazione. Questa mattina scendo a fare colazione chiedo un cappuccino alla signora che rassettava dei tavoli e mi viene indicato il bar e mi viene detto che mi devo alzare a prenderlo.... Ma stiamo scherzando sono in un Hotel a 4 stelle od alla "bettola dello zio Tom". Lasciato sul tavolo cornetto e succo e dopo aver informato di quanto sopra la reception sono andato a fare colazione ad un bar esterno alla struttura dove, guarda un po' che lusso, sono stato servito al tavolo. Assolutamente non va bene se scelgo e pago un hotel prestigioso esigo di essere coccolato e servito.

Trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro non ho utilizzato le offerte come SPA e piscina. Ma, l'hotel è molto confortevole, possiede un vasto parcheggio gratuito, è ubicato in periferia (cosa che in una città piccola come Matera è realmente ininfluente) quindi senza le problematiche della ZTL e del traffico mattutino urbano. La colazione è ottima e variegata (potrebbe migliorare se le bevande calde fossero preparate a richiesta e non con la "macchinetta", che non fa un caffè o un cappuccino di qualità adeguata al gusto di un cliente italiano). Stanza confortevole, ampia, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (apprezzato l'angolo di lavoro con scrivania degna di questo nome, poltroncina ergonomica e punto luce). Menzione di lode per la qualità di materasso, cuscini e biancheria del letto. Un filino rumoroso il climatizzatore.

La struttura è ben fatta, moderna ed accogliente. Le stanze sono pulite. La colazione è ben rifornita di dolci e salato. Parcheggio comodo interno gratuito. Personale gentile e disponibile. nell’ insieme è un ottimo hotel comodo per raggiungere MATERA e altre destinazioni senza dover incontrare il traffico locale.

Les +: pas trouvé. Les -: loin du centre ville, à 7km dans un endroit improbable au fond du zone industriel et commerciale. Les piscines sont belles en photos mais une seule est accessible… avec des bonnets de bains vendus 3€! Ce doit être le seul établissement d’Italie et d’Europe qui exige des bonnets de bains! En plus c’est du vol de les vendre 3€. L’eau de la piscine n’est pas pour autant clean, le nettoyage laisse à désirer. Catastrophiques petits déjeuners. Et avant de donner des leçons aux cheveux des clients, tachez de proposer des chambres propres dans moisissures et qu’en parfait état de fonctionnement, sans taches et sans déchets. Bref établissement à éviter

La location si presta sia come business hotel ma da il meglio come resort. 5’piscine ottima ristorazione , bar eccellente molto al di sopra di qualsiasi aspettativa. Servizio e personale assolutamente ottimi rendono piacevole il soggiorno, e la proposta gastronomica e’ di alto livello . Peccato che nelle camere, Seppur spaziose , risieda un arredamento non all’altezza del resto della struttura. Prezzi adeguati al servizio ed alla stagione

Un hôtel digne des 4 étoiles : magnifique. Vous êtes accueilli par quelqu'un pour que vous puissiez garer votre voiture chose qui ne se retrouve que dans les 5 étoiles généralement. L'entrée est somptueuse. Le petit-déjeuner reste bon : il y a du choix en sucré mais il manque un peu au niveau salé et de la région

On a beaucoup aimé le cadre, l'emplacement proche pour la visite de Matera.L'infrastructure est magnifique bien que la vue de la chambre sur le parking pas top. Pt déjeuner formidable, beaucoup de choix; juste les jus n'ont guère de goût. Et le repas pris au restaurant a été décevant, mon compagnon a pris le filet de veau, juste 3 pts morceaux pour le prix de 28 euros, un peu exagéré; heureusement que l'on avait pris une entrée.

Breakfast was among the best things , very complete and delicious. Is located in the outside of Matera but is better for parking there. You must have a car because if not is not walking distance. Service was ok we had a problem with the air condition which didn’t work and the baby was sweating is a pitty because is a great hotel, they didn’t offer even a change of room or a fan
