Breakfast to expensive

The hotel is near the bus station, not close to old town, but is ok to get there. Condition is good, has to go to another building for check in and breakfast though.

Rent och sjysst hotell till ett bra pris. Helt ok frukost, som man tyvärr inte kunde boka som inkluderad i priset på hotels.com utan som man bara kunde köpa på plats och då var den inte helt prisvärd. I övrigt väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal i både reception och restaurang.

Well designed room, nice restaurant for breakfast, good food Could be open until 10h30 on week days like in week end's, public transport easy, will be better soon when the new tram is finished

We stayed for 2 nights; cleaning was on request & I found this out when I told staff that the room didn’t need a service after the first night. Also, the radiators were at setting 2 so it appears they can’t be turned off. Regarding air conditioning, the temperature can be set to 18 c or above. There also is a fan facility on the console. It can also be set to OFF. So my assumption is that there is no air conditioning, just a heater and a fan. It was not possible to open the window. There was a small fridge. The double bed was big and comfortable. TV was fine. Good shower. The shower/ toilet/ sink room was small but no problem for us. The hotel wasn’t busy so it was quiet and insulated against road noise. Breakfast was substantial and nice. Tea/coffee/juice was self-service. The plate of cold meat, cheese, bread, tomato and cucumber was table served as was the hot food of scrambled eggs & sausage, yogurts etc. A very good breakfast and a nice breakfast area. Friendly staff too. Very good value breakfast for €10. We picked the location as we were visiting family nearby. But if you’re interested in the city centre, it’s not that close. The area looks very safe and clean. Lots of cycling tracks and I liked the area. Very residential.

Calling it Wilanów ( after Palace Wilanow) is a bait. It's a run-down fascility, carpets in hallways fithy, leaky shower stalls. Incompetent staff. The restaurant and bar has a very limited menu. Other closest places to eat are McDonalds and a gas station.

Hotel was very clean and quiet with excellent food and friendly helpful Staff. Would highly recommend. Close to both the Airport and Warsaw old town

Short stopover on a 1.5k mile mile journey. A very new hotel, really polite and helpful staff, a very comfortable bed. Excellent position just off the through route! Two minor issues, the electrical distribution / breaker box emitted an irritating continuous buzz and there was insufficient paved parking resulting in my ending up in a mud patch with soiled shoes. No doubt these kinds of bedding in issues will be fixed.

The size of the apartment was good. Comfortable bed. The floor in the bathroom shower too slippery 😢 Parking per night very expensive. No balcony.

Dirty carpet. Rude front desk. Zero stars. 1 start rest stop. Does not dignify the name of an hotel. Bed hard. No proper fitted sheets. Not fit for a dog to live in. But I am sure I was given the worst room. #205

The room was spacious and well lit. The bed comfortable enough for a hotel bed. There was a reasonable supply of dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies. The only problem I noticed was with the degree of cleanness. The bedsheets seemed clean on top, but on the other side there were small stains. They did not feel like freshly washed sheets and pillow cases. In the bathroom, there was clearly visible mold on the edges of the shower cabin. The glass of the shower cabin wasn’t well cleaned.

Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein und unbequem, das ganze Studio eher zweckmäßig und lieblos ausgestattet. Es gab kein Frühstück, die Reinigung des Zimmers muss man extra bestellen, die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, einige Gegenstände nicht funktionsfähig (Lampe am Bett) oder abgenutzt. Das größte Problem war die Belüftung, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, irgendwann war die Luft im Zimmer komplett verbraucht. Wir werden das Hotel mit Sicherheit nicht wieder buchen.

Hotel sostanzialmente buono. Abbiamo pernottato 2 noi non hanno pulito la camera, non fatto i letti.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Zimmer hatte auch eine Küchenzeile. Umgebung war ok.

Bra rum till fantastiskt pris. Det finns goda möjligheter att fixa enkel lunch eller frukost själv. Kokplatta, kastrull och stekpanna. Kyl och vattenkokare. Tallrikar och bestick. Bra säng. Bra vc/dusch. Ac man kan justera själv.

Ett helt okej boende med luftkonditionering på rummet, prisvärt, med frukost. Det som inte var toppen var ljudisolering det hördes samtal från anda rum under hela natten. Det fanns även tecken på slitage på rummet. Rummet var varken rimligt eller jättetrång. För mig var det något att acceptera men vi alla har olika behov.

It is a nice and clean hotel, our overall stay was excellent but oh boy, the reception people should definitely look for a new job, they were miserable, just not the right people for this job, huge turn off for me… the person at breakfast was super nice though.

Staff wasn’t very friendly until my Polish daughter in law arrived. The requested bedding was quickly provided even though it was late in the evening.

The property is all you need for 1 night. Basic but not much more needed for quick stay. Located with easy access to transportation. Very unfriendly staff unhelpful. Rooms are spacious and provide the basic amenities you need. It’s worth is priced below 200PLN per night otherwise I would recommend others choices around Warsaw.

Probably one of the cheapest hotels i found in Warsaw, and it compared to all the other ones i stayed at which were 3 times more expensive. Perfect location near airport

We were three friends traveling from Norway/Denmark for the Eras Tour in Warszaw. Thebstaff was vey friendly and welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacefull and modern - nothing fancy, but minimalistic and good quality for the price. We requested an extra bed, since there was no rooms available with three actual beds. The extra bed was probably 80x200cm and a bit softer than an actual bed, but I found it very comfortable to sleep in during our three nights stay. I could easily sleep in the bed for a whole week or more if necessary. I am 161cm tall and average size in generel. The nearest public transport was 10min walk from the hotel. Here you could catch busses to Chopin airport og to Warszaw city center. It was also very easy to travel by Bolt to and from the Hotel. The location was nothing speciel. A few shops and cafés near by, but no shopping stores. Would recommend the hotel, but because of the location I give ir 4 stars.

Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut und gleicht in Teilen einer Baustelle. Vielleicht nicht schlecht, denn der Teppich war voller Flecken. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, weshalb es frische Luft nur über die Klimaanlage gibt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enttäuschend. Zwei Sorten Wurst, zwei Sorten Käse, nicht gerade schmackhaft. Das Brot pappig, keine Brötchen. Rührei hatte eine seltsame Farbe, von daher habe ich gleich darauf verzichtet. Kaffee scheußlich, kein Wasser oder Saft.

The food was great, the staff was helpful and friendly especially for me not knowing Polish. My only complaint was the location of my room. I had the room right next to the fire escape and constant traffic through the doors at night.
