The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The carpet was faded and discolored giving the room a shabby look. The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down when the evening temperatures dropped. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a bedroom and a second room with a massive conference table Nd 6 huge heavy chairs. I would have preferred keeping my double room with a view. The location was wonderful, just yards away from the Crane.

Actually a 4.5 out of 5 and the only drawback was that the rooms are somewhat dated. But staff was great, breakfast was excellent quality and great that there was an exercise room. All in all, a good place to stay.

Spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff came in each day and did an amazing job. All the staff we spoke to were kind and lovely. The location is great. Felt very safe and was an easy walk to the sights. Our double glazed windows kept any street noises out at bedtime. Kettle and a coffee machine in the room.

This is an amazing hotel and so conveniently located to the shops, bars and restaurants. We were lucky enough to get a room facing the water, fantastic views of the eye and ship!! Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Gdansk!
