Great beds. Included breakfast is good and attendant is friendly. Lost power twice-no generator Lost cable for 2 days Pool heater broken for our entire week and sign appeared old and tattered indicating a long-term issue. Non- functional receptacles despite breaker reset. Overall this new-ish property seemed poorly maintained and staff appeared disinterested.

Breakfast space is so tiny, 1 slow waffle station (clubbed with oats) right after the toast section.. so you are lining up !! And for a long time! Also the eggs refill was barely done- only got 1 egg each for me and my partner when we reached for breakfast at 9 am! Its the holiday season (thanksgiving weekend) when the prices are high .. like literally over double.. so at the very least you should make sure you have enough food for the guests.. The rooms were clean but again in terms of privacy,poor coz you can literally hear every word spoken, every door opened/ shut in your floor passage so if someone is up at 6.30/7 and talking in your passage. you inevitably will wake up. So that needs to be managed way better! Also the pool : from 2-4 feet only- quite tiny. So was the gym. A poor to average experience! Wouldnt go again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The staff were nice and respond prompt to needs. The building is clean as well as the rooms. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We wished we had enjoyed the pool a bit more, since it’s small it’s hard when there’s other people specially kids. Do note the water temperature is on the cold side!!! Don’t expect a warm pool.

Thought this hotel was brand new due to how clean it was. In perfect condition! Apparently has been open for a few years. Was dissapointed bar in lobby isn’t open yet. Breakfast was great and coffee machine awesome! Comfortable beds, only complaint was walls are paper thin and had to call down to front desk to complain of noise from adjoining room even though they weren’t being terribly loud you could hear everything.

The linen in room were not fresh, you can smell them as they were not changed for a while. There were multiple visual spots in room that had dirt and dust. This is unacceptable if you are paying a hefty amount for staying a night in such a named hotel. Couldn’t expect this to happen. I raised the concern at the hotel reception and they mentioned that the hotel management will revert.

The property is new and the decor was lovely. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned or replenished from day to day. No coffee or cups, no clean towels, bed left unmade. The desk staff never acknowledged us as we came & went. They never looked up from their phones. Breakfast was good.

As soon as we finished our check in process and paid the full amount , that’s when the host at the front desk then told us that there’s currently so cable or satellite for the televisions in the rooms of the hotel.. if I pay for a room that comes with a “ satellite tv “ I expect nothing less of that. But was really surprised me was there was no discount or apology for it. If I knew prior to paying that I wouldn’t have a working tv all night I would have went to another hotel.

Our suite was ready for us at check-in and the receptionist was friendly and prompt. We found that the room was quiet with only occasional hallway voices. King beds are comfortable and room climate control kept the set temperature perfect. A bathtub sized shower area is easy to access, and a backlit mirror added some extra class. The only thing that I really could complain about, is that the hallway door does not have a door sweep at the bottom of the door. The hallways are very well lit and that light floods the room from under the door. I'm easily awakened by light, which I resolved by putting a rolled towel at the bottom of the door. Breakfast was great, pretty much most things adults and children would have for breakfast, except bacon. I'd recommend Parry Sound Best Western. Thanks for a nice stay.

When we arrived we found staff ok. Went to our room and tv wasn’t working. Staff member came and couldn’t figure out why. Front desk said Bell was out. Online Bell had no issues in the area. Family we were visiting had no issues with same service. Finally back on our last night. Breakfast area was good!! Lady working was wonderful!

The staff was lovely and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy their work. Everything is neat and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I slept for 9 hours which is very rare for me. Kudos to the manager for a very nice experience.

I had a great time. The first night was nice I stayed in a handicapped room. The second night was not so good as I had people above me that were super loud and they kept me up all night and I didn’t get to sleep. I finally phoned the front desk and I had to leave a message and no one got back to me. I asked for a discount in the morning, but the manager wasn’t around twice and they told me to leave and she would call me. They called me and told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I should’ve come back down in my pyjamas and said something or kept phoning and it was basically my fault and that they could only give me a discount if I came back and I hung up on them. The front desk said there’s problems with noise in that room before so I thought that was pretty harsh. I wasn’t asking for a full day discount. I was asking for consideration that I didn’t get to sleep and I had a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of me in a winter condition conditions

I’m annoyed with this property. I stayed on December 3rd and December 6th. Each time paying a $250 deposit ($500). Neither has been returned to me. And it’s not the credit card company because Hilton and Holiday Inn return the deposit for incidentals within a few days. And $250 is too much in that area.

We booked an accessible room, however it had a tub the room we switched to also had a tub and not a roll in shower. Furthermore i complained about the annoying noise the heater/ ac made. She called back to tell me its due to a change in the westher. Nlt impressed change in the weat. We asked to be switched and they weren't able to accomodate

Very clean and comfortable hotel, located right on the edge of Parry Sound. It’s brand new and it shows. Staff are friendly and the included breakfast was much better than you average hotel breakfast. You can’t walk to the town but it’s a very short drive and the highway is also easily accessible. There are a bunch of chain restaurants and stores nearby if you need something.

The location is less than appealing, with a lumber yard, old gas station and a Walmart surrounding the hotel. However, the hotel is very modern, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

It’s good. Only one thing that not perfect. I stayed on Monday morning and it’s thanksgiving so it’s a holiday. That said breakfast time for holidays is 7-10, but they ended at 9:30, and they said because it’s Monday.
