Sehr schöne Suite mit 2 Badezimmern. Etwas dunkel und überheizt. Insgesamt sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Frühstück zu dem Preis etwas optimierungswürdig. Lademöglichkeit direkt auf eigenem Parkplatz auf der Straße vor der Eingangstür, allerdings keine weiteren Ladesäulen an anderer Stelle.

Quite a disappointment as it’s not a proper 5-star hotel but rather “serviced apartments”. But there’s no pool, no spa, and no nightly room service so how they can have 5 star rating is a mystery. My apartment was in worn condition, as was towels and bed linens. Need a through renovation and make over. Also, the smell was not so nice.

After waiting for 60+ minutes after the regular check-in time opened, we received a different room and it's not entirely clear it was the same standard. The condition of the room wasn't perfect: one of the wood tiles on the floor covering the heating vents was broken in half and left there as is. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and a non-functional plug. After letting the staff know about it, they promised a discount on the stay that we didn't receive while checking out. During our stay one of the glass ceiling windows in the common area shattered and the staff simply taped the area so people wouldn't get under it and left it like that. Could have been the perfect stay, but it looks like the management is not keeping up with maintenance.

La camera grande purtroppo in quella principale la finestra proprio vicino al letto lasciava entrare aria freddissima, siamo stati costretti a mettere dei cusini per evitare spifferi di aria! Ci siamo fatti dare un piumino in più per il letto matrimoniale in quanto la camera era freddina. In un 5 stelle non dovrebbe accadere qualcosa di simile. Armadi uno piccolissimo per una suite dunque nostro figlio che era nel salotto con divano letto ha dovuto lasciare gli abiti nella valigia. Le lenzuola durante le 4 notti non sono mai state cambiate malgrado ci fossero dal lato mio (donna) residui di make up anche se il trucco era stato levato. Posizione super.

The staff, service and intent is outstanding. Great location in central Warsaw. Not so great; there is construction in the area and every car, person, dog noise on the street is transmitted into the room. Suggest requesting interior courtyard room and do not take the upgrade into a Penthouse room. It sounds great in theory but you will hear every noise in downtown. The hotel can address this by introducing sound deadening in the penthouse A51A and any street facing room with this issue. Finally, please consider putting a microwave oven in every room including the penthouse.

I have stayed in many luxurious hotels all over the globe , including Poland. I love H15 . It's a boutique hotel located in an old renovated tenant's house with an impressive lobby/dining area. Rooms are extremely spacious and i love the whimsical eclectic design. The staff is beyond charming.

We had a wonderful stay at H15 Boutique Hotel. The staff was lovely and very attentive. Our accommodations and the hotel amenities were excellent. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food options. Signature Restaurant meals and drinks were delicious. Enjoyed our stay to the max. The only thing is that on our departure day, we needed breakfast to be ready by 07.00 and that was not the case for us on a Sunday. It turned out to be a bit stressful, but the breakfast itself is of great quality and highly recommended. The signature junior suite was truly a great choice 👍
