My daughter & I had such a lovely few days here. The room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable, although a shower up there would be handy. Breakfast was delicious & the service was excellent. Thank you very much to all the staff 🙏🌟

Nice easy walk to everything you need. Excellent staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the look and feel. Rooftop pool is small but is perfect with a bar and food service. Definitely would stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was fantastic; great bed, spacious quiet, and nice room… The breakfast (and the staff there) was a treat. The interior is beautiful, the rooftop pool area was a treat after a day in Palmas busy streets, and the reception staff were very helpful. Oh, and almost forgot, the gym was unique, small, but had all we needed We will be back!

Had a great stay at this property for a second time. Feli (the GM) is great and the whole team always delivers, very friendly and accommodating team. The rooftop pool and bar is great, everything in Palma proper is walking distance.

Great shopping nearby, plenty of restaurants very comfortable beds. The manager of the hotel checked us in, she was very helpful and friendly, could not ask for better service. I was disappointed in the menu at the pool and the vibe wasn’t as friendly there.

The building overall is impressive: chic lobby area, cool rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, and a great restaurant. Great location too--within walking distance of a supermarket, luxury shipping, and fine dining. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and always excited to help.

Great stay wonderfully done property with nice roof terrace for a cocktails and drinks. Helpful staff and quiet location just off the main tourist streets. Only our room (008) we thought was a bit dark and I suspect so are most other rooms on the ground floor.

The most service minded, and beautiful hotel we had stayed at in a long time. Breakfast was a joy, the room was full of wonderful surprises and everything had been planned meticulously well. The roof is relaxing and the staff were diligent, proud and service minded. Well be back!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei dem alles passte. Von der Begrüßung beim Checkin bis zum Zimmerservice (morgens abends) war alles perfekt. Und was uns sehr gefallen hat: alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr professionell und trotzdem so angenehm locker. Es hat einfach spaß gemacht, weil man sich nicht wie in einer Blase gefühlt hat. Es ist hochpreisig aber trotzdem normal. Danke!!!

The Staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is located on a quite square away from the crowds. Sadly the hotel is not as clean as it should be. Common areas are dirty- corridors to room, outdoor breakfast area… Rooms are not so well sound insulated. Overall it’s the staff that made this place worth it, otherwise overrated and not worth the high rates.

We had the most perfect stay at Hotel Francesc. The staff make you feel so special, the rooms are divine - the whole place is so clean, smells amazing, the interiors are a dream. The rooftop is gorgeous and has a great view over a nearby cathedral- so pretty at night with a glass of wine to see the sunset. The food is exceptional, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were delicious. Honestly we were blown away, we are definitely coming back! Thank you to all at Hotel Francesc, you really raise the bar when it comes to hospitality

The biggest issue here was driving to the hotel to the narrow streets and the GPS taking us the wrong way. Other than that, the hotel was clean even though our room seem like it was in the attic with really low ceilings.

Dålig och väldigt långsam incheckning. De behöll våra pass i 20 min ca när de skulle checka in oss för att vi var en stor grupp. Frukost ingen höjdare. Det fanns nästan inget att plocka från buffen. Absolut inte värt pengarna. Ett rum låg precis bredvid receptionen och det var lyhört. Gymmet jättelitet. Hotellet kändes över lag inte som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och vi kommer inte tillbaka!

Absolutely beautiful building inside and out, modern but with classic features. Location was fabulous everything walkable in the centre of Palma. Staff so helpful and professional. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, so much choice and most things homemade amazing quality food. Perfect stay!
