Pool area was so clean

Paid for room. Went to check in and there was no power. Storm had come thru and had knock out all the power. Was not told about this until I arrived. So I had to go and book another hotel. Im out the cost of the room at Comfort inn suites of Wylie. I need to be renburshed

The elevator door button was broke, so we had to walk up the stairs to second floor to get elevator. Maid came to door early, and was rude as hell, because we weren't ready to check out yet. Asked for a cart, and never received one. Mold on the shower curtain. Looked like hamburger meat and cheese on the carpet. Last thing, and worst thing, my mother is handicap. The door to the stairwell was un usable, so if there would have been a fire we would have been screwed since you're not supposed to use the elevator.

The pool was clean and quiet. It was located behind the building away from main road.

Hotel was close to where we needed to be. Room was dirty like only the essentials were cleaned. Shower had paint peeling from the tub. Room was extremely humid like the air conditioner was not functioning properly. The rear door by the pool was broken and didn’t even lock. But the hotel itself got the job done.

Construction going on. Not clean at all. Overall not a good stay. Never had this issue booking with Hotels.com. Just a messy experience.

We had a Thursday -Tuesday stay in May Check staff was ok but they accidentally charged us for out stay THREE times and we had to pre pay before getting our room which was something I wasn't accustomed doing. Problem was solved after we left and two of the credits were on my bank online ledger after saying something to the front desk at checkout. Several times during our stay there was a sign mounted at the front desk stating that they would return soon but once that time ran over six hours in the morning to afternoon and no one was at the desk. Rooms were less than to be desired Found a live bug inside the bed but thankfully he was the only one I saw. And as for housekeeping we had none. They were suppose to come and clean every couple of days but we did sleep in so...But I did track down a housekeeper in the hallway and ask if we could please trade out for some clean towels. Her reply was "What is your room number" and "Sorry that's not my room, you'll have to find your house keeper or go to the front desk". I ended up having to wash the towels myself at a friends house while we were visiting in town. And that leads to something I didn't like, no laundry facility at the hotel at all. Nothing on the hotel itself but we had a party stay in the room down the hall from us that left their dog alone in the room while gone and it was barking and whining to get out. Again no one at the front desk or anywhere to ask for help. All in all the hotel felt shady and not friendly for us

We didnt get to stay, they had no power from the storm.

We were there to visit with family. The grands loved the pool. Location was great as well.

You get what you pay for. The window was held closed by a stick, the door looked like it had been kicked in, the tv didn’t have a remote, and the room telephone didn’t work. In the bathroom shower faucet looked it it was going to fall off any moment. The back door to the hotel didn’t close and the front door was hanging off. The best part of the stay was the friendly service from the employees and the bed was comfortable.

We were at this location for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are greatly appreciative of the pet policy but the cleanliness of the rooms was a little disappointing. The room we stayed in had a musty smell and you could tell that the carpets needed to be cleaned. In our shower we found a used washcloth and the tub area was not completely clean so it may have been missed by the cleaning staff. The front desk staff was very helpful during check-in when we interacted with them.

The place was decent for the price. Room 210 has black mold on the ceiling. They were very accommodating and let me have a room change. Other than that room everything was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Did like: Decent breakfast buffet daily. The facility was quite dirty including the towels which were very stained. The room, which was a handicap room smelled of urine which I believe was in the carpeting. We were there 5 nights, room received housekeeping service 1 time! Was constantly searching out towels each evening after returning from days out. Had to visit front desk for non working key card repeatedly.

First room we got had body hair on the sheets, tub, and bathroom floor. 2nd room we got, we woke up to a roach crawling on our things.

There was a curly black hair in the bathtub, which I did not set foot in. That's the worst when you are unable to take a shower because it doesn't seem to be appropriately cleaned. The knob on the closet door was barely hanging on and looked a mess. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and the breakfast had great options. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints. I was in town for work. I would choose this hotel again.

Room was very humid and their only solution was to drop the temp on the a/c to 67 degrees or lower. Helped,but still sticky feeling and cold.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean. It was a peaceful, quiet stay. We also appreciated the continental breakfast each morning. We will be back

Good hotel, will be more than likely to stay again. Just didn’t appreciate that my room felt wet? Like humid but not hot? The towels in the bathroom wouldn’t even dry properly. Other than that everything was good.

The room smells bad and the front desk clerk went to check and he said it’s the ac..it smells like someone may have smoked in the room and it’s very stuffy in there. Maybe humid. Idk. It just isn’t pleasant and not much we can do now since were already there and there’s no refunds…if there was a refund I’d definitely try and find another room for the night.

The beds were saggy. The shower dripped all night. There were no drawers to put you things in. The shower had hair in it.

The fridge leaked water on the floor, when I made the reservation it was supposed to be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday but it only did Wednesday, and Thursday so when I realized what happened I went to the desk to informed them what happened and asked if I just needed to go online and extend the reservation and they said no that they would take care of it for me. The next morning I was looking at my bank account and I was billed 128.00 so I went back down to the desk and the lady never even got out of her chair and said that I was billed correctly. I told her that I paid 71.00 for Wednesday and same for Thursday so I didn’t understand why I got charged double and she said each night was a different price. I told her I wasn’t made aware of that and she said sorry and put her head back down

Their computer system was down and, at first, they said they could not check us in (at 2:00am). But then they found a work around and were quite accommodating.

"The people who manage the hotel are very rude. Today is my check-out day and the hotel staff entered my room without knocking and told me to check out. This was a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel lost power during a storm which was another negative experience. The breakfast is also terrible as they serve the same food every day - tater tots, eggs, and sausage links which are not very appetizing. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible and I will never come back again."

Staff unfriendly

The staff was very nice and patient with us. We had a LOT of trouble with the key card and more often than not, had to get someone to unlock the room door. Mid-week, they changed our room and all was fine for the duration of the stay. Overall a good experience.

If you’re using orbit or a third-party, there’s computer system does not find your reservation. So they booked the room that we were supposed to have. And they’re not compensate us. They gave us another room. It wasn’t that good but they only gave us one night instead of two nights so we had to find another place to go.

Loved the staff. Very personable and friendly.

Staff courteous and nice. Staff helped me correct mistakes on my booking reservation. Overall good experience. I am a fan.

Needed a place to lay my head for the night on a business trip. Enjoyed the breakfast. The next morning everything was clean and tidy breakfast was great. Service was top notch.

Stayed here for the Renegade Rambler which was held in Greenville, TX. Good facility, and easy drive to the start of the event.

No dining in walking distance.

All around solid place to stay in Wylie.

Convenient to many shopping areas, quiet, and the room had a nice atmosphere, non smoking hotel, clean and the bed was very comfortable, I slept good as though I was in my bed at home.The staff was very professional. So glad I chose to stay there. Thank you.

I really like how it's right across the street from walmart and walking distance to food options. Its also very clean and we loved the texas waffles!

Right across from the police station (single lady traveling here), clean property inside and out. Their coffee is amazing! Breakfast bar was just enough. Will totally go back.

Very convenient

Im not happy with my stayed because during our stays they never clean our room. Also, the other day they closed breakfast early around 9:05am.

We were disappointed the hotels internet settings were set to block steaming apps. We had to ask for help multiple times to replace the remote for the tv- they finally figured out the makeshift hanging wires were actually a sensor for the remote and they must be hanging a certain way to communicate w the remotes. There was a stand and sign for lemon water, however, no one put out that water over 3 days. The coffee available was an instant coffee machine- no brewed coffee available. Often. There was no one at the desk. I even left a note on their computer asking for tv help … it was ignored. The third employee I met finally came to the room on day 2 and figured out the tv/remote problems. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen… you could see through it. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable for sleep and safe. But the amenities are atrocious compared to similar priced options. We will not stay again.

The room smelled really bad, hotel key stopped working multiple times, and the lady servicing the food was touching it without gloves. Hand placing muffins not even on wrappers all on the bread. Dropped a sausage on counter picked it up and throw it in the warmer. Complained to front desk she said oh and never said anything to the lady. She continued without gloves.

The hot breakfast was bad. Terrible sausage. Dry biscuits. Cold reheated tater tots. Eggs were good. Gravy fine.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable. The service was horrible. On the second night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. One of the workers burnt something in the kitchen. No apology was given or explanation. I did received a 10$ discount on my room only after I complained. At breakfast the next morning someone was making a waffle at 9:30 which is when the breakfast closes and the worker unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of the process ruining it. No consideration was given to the fact that we were kept up half the night. At check out the desk person said “Well these things happen. “ Again no apology given. The price was good and it was close to my Dad which is why I visit Dallas but I won’t be staying there again.
