booked based on hotels. Hotels.com very good rating. Very poor hotel, if we had not prepaid, we never would have stayed. pool has never been opened this year, no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room, no ice maker in the hotel, we had a small refrigerator in the room that was suppose to make ice....but surprise it didn't work. Do NOT book this hotel

Check in was easy. Parking area was sketchy. The outside door didn’t work so the key wasn’t required, anyone could walk in. Most of the fitness equipment was non functional, and there was only 1 dumbbell. All the “residents” were loud and not very considerate of others. (I.E. music, talking, smoking, car alarms..) There was no ice machine, some of the linens were damp and I wouldn’t have taken a shower in that tub.

This is establishment is good for the that you spent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and they wouldn’t give us any linens after 6 o’clock, which was odd but overall it is a good stay..

Ok stay for one night. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The carpet in the room was worn and had a piece cut out of it. There was a musty smell in the room which may have been from a previous pet or something, and there was no soap in the bathroom. However, there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The bathroom was good and the sheets were clean. There was a nice exercise room and the hotel is in a good location. It’s good for the money but it not for you if you want ultra luxury

I checked in and went up to the third floor only to find that the lock or key card did not work. Got reassigned a different room only to walk in to a strong smell of Marijuana in the bathroom. By day 3 it was barely noticeable... The room was otherwise clean, updated and nice with very comfy sheets, duvet and pillows. The bed slept well also. The fridge was already prepared cold, which was nice to get my drinks cold quicker than most other lodging places. There were no pots, pans or cooking utensils available. I dont even recall seeing silverware. There was 1 cup, plate and bowl available I believe. Coffee was downstairs but was out of order. Thankfully Dunkin Donuts was in short walking distance. Overall, it was worth the cost and plus some in comparison to the other overpriced options in the area.

This was a last minute reservation while traveling. We were very surprised at the size & type of room for the price paid. The room had a full size refrigerator with a two burner cooktop stove & a dishwasher. It also had a desk & chair & a lounge chair. It was like a mini apartment! There’s a very nice patio area by the pool. Check in was extremely easy. There are eating places within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when making this same trip.

Property was previously Candlewood Suites (?), and thus the building and room configuration itself is nice. The price was fair for the market. However, the building condition is beginning to deteriorate. And the room and common area cleanliness is less than stellar. Musty smell, stains, and in need of interior paint. It now appears to cater to longer-stay customers.

The staff was nice and helpful and the bed was comfy however the room was very dirty with mold in the shower, dirty toilet, old carpet with lots of stains and the walls were full of stains. I saw about 10 cockroaches in my room. I was surprised because it is in a good part of town. It was cheaper but not worth it.

When yiu check in they tell you no smoking in rooms. However, the room smelled of past smoking. Well I assume if pats smoking. Corners of room not cleaned, remote control dirty, no ice in the freezer when I was told there would be, dog barking inhall way at 11pm.

Cockroaches everywhere. I found several cockroaches going across the kitchen floor area and up the door to the room. I also saw one crawl into the alarm clock on the bedside table. The kitchen floor was filthy and the carpet and chair were badly stained. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I kept all the lights on to try to prevent cockroaches from coming towards the bed as I *tried* to sleep.

It was ok. Seems like a working hotel. Room showed signs of wear and tear. Bedspread big stain on it. But if you just need something quick and inexpensive it’s ok.

The property is in ok condition. The room was clean but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. There were also roaches in the room. Babies were crawling out of the plug ins.The room was also very musty smelling and the water had an oder. I would really like the property to refund my money or Choice can provide me a voucher immediately for a comp night for my next stay at a different property. Just flat out unsanitary. In fact I watched everything down when I got there and sprayed my own air freshener.

The property is run down and not updated at all. No hair dryer, people walking the halls that appeared sketchy at best. We had to give ID for both my husband and I which I have never had to do. They had a sign that they would do room inspections at will which is unacceptable. Definitely will never stay here again.

I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe.

Decent for the price. Exactly what you expect at an extended stay “hotel”. You may or may not have unwanted critters in your room. “Quiet hours” are non existent with the herd of buffalos that like to run the hallways and stairs.

On the surface, everything looked great. It was when you looked deeper when you noticed there was no shower curtain, the dead bolt lock was missing, some of the plugs didn't work.

For the most part our stay was quiet. The tvs need updated. They were hard to hear. Thwre was a cockroach problem that they didnt bother to inform us of. We did get comped after waking up with an uninvited pest IN the bed. Cleanliness coukd have been much better. Linens were clean and comfy. Bed was amazing. No breakfast. No staff available most of the time. Walls are super thin and you hear every step they make in the hall. And every door slams and you feel it in your soul every time.

Check in staff rude, room dirty, smelled horrible. No blow dryer as advertised had to go out looking for one on thanksgiving day, no staff to ask. They closed down for over 24 hours. Have stayed here in the past, however will never stay again!

The front desk closes at midnight. This information is buried two clicks into the the email. We arrived at 1:30am. So I found another place to stay that night. I went back at 9am when the desk opened. To find out all of my nights were cancelled, not just the one I was "late" for. After 30 minutes on the phone, it was decided we could be refunded, but what a freaking hassle.

Not much to say. Called and asked for an early check in and they told me to come on down, our room was already to go. Staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was just short of immaculate. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would need except a coffee maker, but the free coffee area was just down the hall. Our reason for staying was because of a massive gas leak at our home and I wanted to treat my wife to a hot shower. I can handle the cold..... get in, get done what needs to be done, and get out! Not so much my wife. If we ever plan a date weekend, we will be back!

Nice hotel at a great price. It is dog-friendly, so if you are not a dog person or are sensitive to dogs, just be mindful of this when making your reservation. It is in a good location and easy access to stores and food. Good area. Will stay again.

Great hotel hot water was out but my reservation was wrong on my end but the hotel worker understood and allowed me to check in regardless of the reservation mix up over all would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again , also pretty much the cheapest hotel in fort smith ar and in a great area
