The room had roaches, and when I took pictures of it to the front desk, I was told, "They're small. Do you really want a different room?" The new room didn't have bugs, but was outdated. Breakfast was reheated from the day before. The pool was dirty with a weird cloudy film over it, and the hot tub was out of order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Picked for hot tub and pool. Heater not working for either one. Desk said they couldnt find someone to fix them. A previous review had same issues and I figured it would be fixed . No. Carpets stained, had to get towels from desk for second night.. More maintenance needed. Fridge rocking badly! Truck had not come so no meat on breakfast buffet.

There were bugs hair even toothpaste in the bathroom the hot tub didn’t work on the coldest night… very nice outside but damages that hadn’t been repaired and only 2 towels for 3 guests in a double bed room

Room was clean, however we did see a cockroach or two in the room. There are three icemakers in this hotel, and all three were broken. Also they advertise a hot tub, which is non working and according to management they are not going to reopen. They are going to fill it in!

Pool was down for maintenance! Hot tub not working! Ice machines all broken! I booked because of the pool. Room was nice. Bathroom updated with pedestal sink and a one- piece tub shower combination. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, all the pork meat, biscuits, country gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, coffee and 4 kinds of juice. Clean dining area with TV.

Smooth check in, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights, room only cleaned once and I had to request for the room to be cleaned. The next day picked up dirty towels and emptied trash only. Didn't replace dirty towels with clesn ones. Carpet really needs to be shampooed amd floor in bathroom really sticky. I went barefoot one day and washed my feet before I went to bed and the washcloth was brown with dirty. Will bring slippers from now on.

Definitely not 8/10 rating, maybe hotel used to be better in the past. The real rating should be 5/10, the room was barely above acceptable to stay in. I was first given a room that was swampy, smelled like mildew. After asking for a new room, second one was acceptable but not very clean and quite dark.

The carpet was nasty and should have been replaced a long time ago. The room smelled probably because of the carpet. If the carpet was replaced this probably would be a good place to stay. Now, cannot recommend. there are better options. I would give the staff a zero for allowing this room to be occupied in this condition.

I like that there was outside seating. Friendly staff. Accommodating staff. Room was a little stuffy smelling. .Found a couple of roaches in my room. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was so nice and helpful, special the woman that worked when we checked in at 4pm. We left at 5:30 am, so didn’t have time to eat the breakfast, but it looked nice. The frig and microwave worked nicely. Also, very quiet. Close to many restaurants/shops and Mercy hospital if you need medical care or to visit someone. For our needs it met perfectly. I understand and could tell rooms had been updated.

The bedsheets were not properly cleaned, they had lots of hairs and makeup on the sheets and pillows, the bathroom was not properly cleaned as well and the bathtubs were full of hairs on the walls and floors. It was fine but wished it had been more cleaned.

The desk clerk was friendly and upbeat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but the frayed fabric shower curtain on the arc shaped rod could not keep the water in. The hair dryer didn't work, and there weren't enough accessible outlets to charge phones or make coffee. One of the window panes was completely blocked and needs replacement. They supposedly served free breakfast til 9 am. However when my husband went down at 8:45 they were pulling all the food and putting everything away without even asking if he wanted any of it. Even the salt & pepper shakers had been gathered up.

The hotel itself was fine, but when I needed to teleconference, the wifi was awful. It was the slowest I've ever seen. When the hotel was full of nerds like myself hoping to view the 2024 eclipse, I got speeds of 0.3 mbps. When most of them had left, I only got 2-3 mbps. That's not fast enough for any kind of zoom conference. I ended up having to drive to a Starbucks and sit outside in the parking lot so I could talk to my people. If you need to do any kind of business, this is not the hotel for you.

Our stay was good for what we needed - just a one night stay on our way to Springdale. The rooms are definitely dated (lack of outlets, older shower/tub), but comfortable. Overall decent place to stay for a night or two.

We were in town for a family funeral and needed a room close to the airport because our flight left so early. This hotel had good ratings so we booked it. We were disappointed because the bathroom looked like hadn’t been cleaned (toenail clipping on the floor, dirt in the corners, and no soap). There were only 2 towels provided. The pillows were pretty flat although the mattress was nice and the room was spacious.

It looks like an old property that's been bought to change into a more modern brand. Some of the furniture is old as well as the paint in the room..there was a weird smell in the room as we came in that didn't go away. Some red stains on the carpet. The carpet has age to it. The bathroom looked partially remodeled.. not enought outlets by the beds. I use a CPAP and had to pull a plug for the alarm clock to use my machine. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was good.

The hotel was good for the price. Clean, normal hotel breakfast offerings. It was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. TV didn’t work very well, towels were not plush, and the room had the bare minimum. No desk. However, very decent for the cheap price.

Everyone was friendly, the room was nice. To use the shower, pull the circle out of the spout where the water comes out 😉 Breakfast was a pretty good spread for a hotel. I was satisfied.

The night clerk (a male) was AWFUL. We reserved 2 rooms and arrived around 8pm. One of the rooms had no working light when you entered. And then NO television that worked. I called and asked if he could help us and he laughed and said”he wasn’t a repair man” I told him it said it wasn’t connected to internet and he said he couldn’t give me the password. I asked for a different room and he said he can’t because then he couldn’t rent that room. The place was at least half vacant. I asked for management and he said it would be a couple days before I could talk to someone. We have stayed at the Arc at least 2-3 nights per month for the past 3 years due to our jobs. I will NEVER stay there again. I left messages for a manager as well….this was last week on Wednesday. It is now Monday and still no call back. Awful service and completely awful and disrespectful employee

I rarely rate hotels on here, but the Arc was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I travel a lot and stay at hotels a lot. I’d gladly come back here my next time I’m in Ft Smith

The hotel is a bit hard to find as it does not have many markings to indicate what hotel it is. Apparently it was another hotel earlier and his been purchased by a new hotel chain. The property is good for the price, a bit worn down in places but clean. We were greeted and checked in by a new staff member, who was on her first unsupervised assignment and was FANTASTIC. Very personable, efficient and kind. She made sure we knew that there were fresh baked cookies at the desk while we were getting into our room. Breakfast was substantial, including a pancake maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Juices and coffee were plentiful, cereals, pastries and yoghurt. Very nice! All in all a good experience!

Never again!! We requested fist floor at time of reservation as we are both handicapped. Jessica was extremely rude at check in, apparently because we used Expedia. There were only a a few cars at the entire property. She told us that it was completely full and gave us the absolute furthest room in the entire hotel. Room was not very clean, electrical sockets didn’t work, bed was the worst…don’t recommend

Conveniently located near the airport and well priced. The complimentary breakfast was yummy! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For me personally, I wish the pillows were a little firmer and I had a little trouble trying to figure out how to get the shower to work (perhaps a few instructions on the wall would help). Otherwise, a nice respite after a long day of travel.
