The signs to get from the Hyatt regency suck. People are confused, have to wait in line to get to the check in desk at the regency all to told they are at to wrong hotel . Then they have to DRAG their luggage across cobble stone walk way all the to the other hyatt building. Poor planning !!!!

The hotel and staff were perfect for our overnight stay before a flight back to the US. Essentially on the Zurich airport property connected by a shopping mall. Very convenient. There is one IMPORTANT thing to note when checking in - the Hyatt Place hotel at Zurich airport does NOT have a front door accessible to a drivable street- in other words there is no “street address” usable by GPS to have you arrive at the front door and essentially no easy way to unload bags from a car. We drove around in circles trying to find the front door. I would recommend clearer instructions from the Hotel for first time visitors who are not familiar with the charming feature of a front door that is only accessible from an indoor pedestrian mall.

A quality hotel, convenient for most air passengers but not for those arriving by car. We were dropping our rental car off at the airport and since there is no road access to the Hyatt Place we had to ask to park at the Hyatt Regency, offload our bags, walk the three minutes with them to check in at the Hyatt Place and then return the car. There was no advance warning that this was the case. Just not expected or convenient.

Eines HYATT nicht würdig, erinnert eher an eine Schlafstätte am Schulskikurs! Am Leintuch lagen Haare einer anderen Person. Das automatische Beleuchtungssystem schaltete sich mitten in der Nacht von selbst ein, wodurch ich aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde. Obwohl ich alleine übernachtete, war die Sitzcouch als Notbett ausgeklappt. Nie mehr wieder in diesem Hotel!

The reason I gave this property three stars overall is because the cleanliness of my room was Poor. They initially swapped my rooms to a quieter room, which I super appreciated, but both rooms were not cleaned as well as I would’ve expected. For example, there was hair all over the bathroom, coffee ring marks, and areas that clearly had not been cleaned well. I was a little surprised I have to say for a place at this cost.

The claim that this hotel has working AC is fraudulent. Our room was uncomfortably hot. On multiple calls, the staff claimed to “make adjustments to the central system” but the temperature did not change throughout the night. Eventually, a noisy fan was delivered as a solution. We booked this airport hotel because we had early flights. We would have walked away from this room and found a different option if we were not so pressed for time. Do not stay here. The hotel management is aware of the issue and they have no intention of fixing it. It is a scam.

Check in staff was very inefficient. One of us skipped us and helped the next person. The other one was on the phone the entire time. Saw us still stayed on the phone. It took a while to get our keys. We went back to get a second set of keys later and the guy was still on the phone. Wack hotel. Never again.

We loved our stay!!! Front desk was warm and welcoming - room was clean and modern and bright windows. The restaurant was delicious and staff was great! Everyone working at hotel was smiling and happy. Easy walk from airport to hotel - this will be our new place to stay.

Check in was terrible. They didn’t have my room ready for 530 and when I did get into it they didn’t give me the room I booked and it was missing a bed. After speaking to 3 different people the manager finally gave me a discount on my room but I had to fight for it. My sister also booked a room and got in early with fantastic service so I guess it depends on who you get.

The breakfast was very similar to free breakfasts provided by other hotels in Switzerland yet it was exorbitantly priced. The room was nice, of a good size and very clean. It was indicated as an upgrade due to a view of the "park" however it was not much of a view. Be prepared to walk to the airport itself from the hotel, about a 10 minute walk.

Connected to the airport for EASY travel and check in for my flight. We had a Sunday flight, checked out, and was checked in and through security for our flight within 20 minutes. The room was well appointed, quiet, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for any connections you have through Zurich airport. Train connection to the airport from Zurich HBF was an 11 minute train ride. Easy!

Great room in a new hotel at the airport. Casual modern and accessible to the Airport departure lobby 5min walk. The food was of bad quality. I requested healthy options and were outright rejected by the staff. No explanation. Was given the option menu to have breakfast at a cost of 25 SF at arrival or 35 SF = 42.5US$ at morning. No option a la cart for something small, no healthy options. When requested to speak to a manager was outright rejected that what it is what you get. Hotel is new and highly invested but can’t adapt to modern times of healthy options.

Overall our experience was good. The hotel rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The dining options are limited if you arrive after 7pm. The hotel resturant service was awful and the food was below average.
