A hidden gem. It was convenient to a work assignment. I did not expect it to be as inviting and comfortable as it was. Nice pool, good breakfast and smiling, attentive staff.

My family and I stayed for a week in half and the customer service was okay. I was overcharged twice on my daughter debit card and her card was no longer on file at the front desk. They didn't explain the despoit fee until I was charged 150 dollars for a despoit. When I asked about the fee I was told afterwards that it's a few when you change reservations. So I'm still waiting on a refund from this hotel for over 200.00. the breakfast was never good the eggs was running and had to much water. Was outside by the pool area one night at 2am or so was never told we couldn't be out there. The following day my family and d some other tenants at the time was enjoying a nice evening with bbq and light music and was told we wouldn't be out there after 10pm which it states the pool is closed at 10 pm not the sitting area with the bbq grill. The housekeeping staff was rude and didn't once come clean the room up on my request Thur the front desk after spending a 1 in 1/2 here at this location I will never book again here.

Room smelled musty. I was on the third floor, and the elevator broke, the advertise having hygiene products that you can buy they have nothing. We went down and asked him if we could borrow a pair of scissors and they didn’t know what we were talking about. My partner looked over the desk and saw a pair of scissors. It was the person who was supposed to be helping with the food was on their phone the whole time

The breakfast needs an upgrade also the so called store to high prices for nothing in there

I reserved to “pay at hotel”, 4 hours before we arrived, someone at the hotel charged my credit card. I was prepared to pay at the hotel with a different card so they over drew my account. An employee told me that the building supervisor makes them take the payments of people who are coming before they get there for money purposes and she hates it. When we arrived I was charged for both nights separately which was strange but oh well. The next morning around 7:35 after we left for my sons meet I was charged again. Then I spoke to the hotel and the night guy who checked us in told them we had a one night reservation so they charged us for not being gone without even checking my reservation! Then she claimed to have fixed it and 2 hours later I was charged over $200 AGAIN! All my money gone while I’m out of state with my sons and it’s not my fault. Today is Monday and I had to call AGAIN because they still took more money than the reservation was for. Not to mention the room had no smoking signs but smelled like a cigarette factory, the pool was dirty and not cleaned, and the crock pot stuffed full of eggs at breakfast was gross.

Love the property my family and I are here w Until our apart is ready. Clean comfortable, only two problems the breakfast sucks it's not good no selection of different options. And the so called store is way to expensive for there to be not a lot of options as well a can soda is 3.00 when up the street the same soda is only a 1.00 extended stay is to feel like a home away from home not a super super broke getaway

The room seemed clean except the vacuuming wasn't done very well. I was not happy they advertised a pool when it turned out to be green and unusable.

Hall ways smell like dogs, but rooms were very nice and didn't have the same odor as the hallways. Bed was very comfortable! I plan on using this hotel again very soon.

Rude front desk will over charge you in order to get your money back you have to call corporate office.blood in shower. Chemicals and huge fan going in a room the smell stayed in my hair clothes.Rude rude rude.do not stay here

The staff was attentive regardless the few staff available. The facilities are in not good conditions, there is smoky and humidity odor in the hallways. The towels were very limited, the small refrigerator was not functioning, there was no blackout curtain in the room so we needed to ask a room change. Then in the other room there was no desk chair and so on. They limited the amount of service available during the breakfast so you need to ask for the folks, the syrup, more bananas, etc. The staff try the best on their hands but the fault resides in the general manager or the owner of the hotel. Not good option for the rate.

Clean and quiet

I love this hotel. It was clean and affordable. Breakfast was good. The best hotel we had stayed with an awesome price.

Very nice interior and exterior, rooms are very nice, bedding is super comfortable and everything was very clean! Staff was helpful and the location is right off the expressway so it's a quick drive to just about anywhere.

I had to switch rooms still waiting to hear back from the manger. The second the room ac didn’t work well. Also the housekeeper clean my room and put stained sheets on the bed.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end, I'd love staying here again if I'm ever in the area. Ive paid much more for other hotels that had lower quality rooms and didn't feel so comfortable. Immediately when entering my room, it was remarkably clean and smelled nice, and I got a great sleep. 10/10

Whatever you do don’t get a room at this place. The service is terrible. The sheets have stains on them. They replace them with more stained sheets. I had to use my own personal sheets on the bed. There is never a manger on property to speak with.

It’s rooming and but noisy

This was a decent hotel for the price. Only issue was with the water pressure in the shower. It was extremely low.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly. I had to switch room due to the first room didn’t have curtains on the window.

Great hospitality, room were definitely really clean! The front desk personal and staff are really nice. The beds are so comfy! I had a hard time waking up!

We arrived on a Thursday evening and checked out Sat morning-we had NO HOT WATER the whole time we were there they were blaming the city for having some gas issue. I requested the toilet seat to be tightened and for the toilet paper holder to be fixed…there was a big hole in the wall. They made no attempt to make those repairs. The room was clean, AC worked very well. Breakfast items were poorly stocked.

There was ZERO HOT WATER. Water was ICE COLD and no one was willing to help solve the problem

The lights are too dark in the rooms and the water pressure is very low it’s very annoying

I experienced the best service and my room was perfect. It is the best Hotel I have stayed at in the Red Oak, and Lancaster area. I will not stay in Hutchins or Ennis area. I will stay at this Hotel from now on.

Had to re-key my key for four day in a row.

The check-in was a nightmare. The girl at the front counter couldn’t find the reservations to start with and said we were free to book another room at $100 more. We went outside because there’s no Wi-Fi inside to rebook a room and when we walk back in, she had found the reservations at this point it cost $90 to cancel the other reservations she made us do. We asked to speak to a manager, and she said no one else was there, but her when clearly there was a man in the back room behind her. He did not come out at that time. We saw him later. The next morning we asked to speak to a manager Who turned out not to be a manager, but said she would resolve the issue by the time we checked out. When we went to check out, she was nowhere to be found. The breakfast was minimal at best and the coffee was terrible. The hotel water pressure was also not good for the shower

Staff, extremely nice

Great overall customer service, facility is so clean and laid out . The staff really makes the stay awesome from the check in, the friendliness is 5-star. I live in Los Angeles and have been coming to Dallas for over 20 years this the best experience I can brag about. this will always be my go to spot. Like a hidden gem. Thanks again.

No breakfast at 8:15 am, I had to ask the man working there for plates,napkins & waffle mix. There was no orange juice or milk, he was sitting down on his phone and had an attitude the whole time.

We were in Dallas for Medieval Times for my granddaughter's 18th birthday celebration. We chose a hotel that was closer to the outskirts of town but still close to the event. We had never stayed in this hotel before. The staff was very courteous. We were also impressed that we had a full breakfast that was very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful night's stay.

Great location great people

There were individuals partaking in illegal activities but nothing was done about it. Even maid staff commented on the ‘smell’ looming throughout the building. I had children with me so this was very bothersome.

They stop serving breakfast at 9:30. That's too early if you ask me. And the girl waited no later than 9:30 on the dot to start putting stuff up. And was rude when she told me it's over at 9:30

Terrible breakfast

During our recent stay, the room was immaculate. No complaints whatsoever to our room. However, the free breakfast needs more TLC. We looked forward to eating breakfast before our journey back home. The pictures on the website showed a totally different story. There wasn't waffle mix, muffins, bacon, eggs nor coffee. We went between breakfast hours that were provided from 6-10am.

The service was moderate. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken throughout my stay, although they did provide coffee packs for preparation in the room. Breakfast was supposed to start at 5:30 AM, but on some days it wasn't ready until 6:00 AM.

I was really disappointed by the breakfast service. The male staff that cooks the breakfast in the morning said that his boss was complaining about the amount of people eating the breakfast. Well today when I went downstairs the meat was not cooked completely. My children got sick 2 days ago from eating the breakfast. It's crazy that someone would put out food not cooked thoroughly. The boiled eggs were set out frozen. They do have a cool pancake machine❤️ the place is very clean and smells nice.
