Not bad for the cost.. breakfast was awesome Lots of parking.. They truly dont answer the phone dont understand why.

For the price, it was a decent stay. It's only an 8-10 minute drive up the road from all your food and shopping needs. Right off the interstate made it easy access, but it also means you will have the noise from traffic non-stop. I felt very safe. Lots of security cameras. The AC in my room worked very well, which was a blessing because the weekend I stayed there was extremely humid and warm. The office chair was missing from my desk for some reason, but I made do using the coffee table to do my work at. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious for just a standard room. The full kitchenette was a bonus. My only criticism is housekeeping needs to scrub some of the walls (there was residue from past occupants possibly spilling drinks or splashing while cooking) and the tv remote was sticky/oily.

Coffee pot in room and breakfast area not working. No extra towels or sheets provide for guest of 6 in room. Breakfast was suppose to be open until 10:00 am it was put away early at 9:00am. Hotel elevator smelled like pot or some type of substance. Dishwasher not working error 004 maid service should have reported.

The property looked nice upon arrival but mins after going in our room I noticed roaches in kitchen and bathroom area. The hallways and lobby of hotel were always 84-89 while it was 92-97 outside. The pool was disgusting which was unfortunate since it was so hot and one of reasons I picked the hotel. There were multiple teenage basketball teams staying there and they kept us up at all hours of night. Trash was piling out of all then trash cans on every floor all weekend which made it smell as well with has hot as hallways and lobby were.

The breakfast is good , the pool was always clean

Best place to stay for tournaments with kids. Aleays an easy check in and check out. Breakfast is pretty good. We have alreasy stayed at this location twice and will be staying again.

I loved that I was on the first floor. But I was close to the pool and the first night I was there. There was a family that decided to go swimming in the cold weather and cold pool.

Lets just keep it simple here. The room was fine - the hotel is listed as non smoking but the room smelled like it was smoked in by the last few guests. The refrigerator was incapable of holding a worth using temp ( FULL SIze) all our food we bought 1st night went bad, not a mini fridge over 3 days so not a rushing to temp issue. Pool was closed ( seasonally ) . Breakfast included was basically a waste of waking up, staff complaining that they didnt have anything to cook but would be better tomorrow. Which didnt get better. Soggy questionable Eggs that we recooked in our room and some sausge, cherrios with no way extract and milk that had been moved into a pitcher with no date . Coffee machine was water not coffee. Should be listed as a 1 star hotel with no accommodations. If it was just a standalone room would be fine but needed a location that provides what is listed to be included with the stay with at atleast a C grade of delivery.

Stayed Saturday night in a 2 queen bed suite. Immediately upon entering our room it smelled like a locker room and was very hot. Not inviting at all when all you want to do is get in and rest after a long trip. We had a party of 5 and only had 2 sets of towels in the restroom. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to take down the towels we used to get another set and repeat if we needed more. Ridiculous since we reserved a party of 5!! TV remote didn’t work. Told front desk and were told we had to make sure the cube was hanging in front of the TV screen or the tv would not work. The beds were very dirty too. Under the blankets, sheets and mattress topper were very dirty mattresses that hadn’t been cleaned ever. The dirty mattresses are well hidden under all the padding. We didn’t notice the mattress till the next morning as we were packing up or would have asked for another room. Checking out we were asked why we didn’t say anything about the room and we told the guy we did but they never offered to correct the problem’s. We woke up late so we didn’t try the breakfast. They have a sign in the restroom saying if you forgot essential toiletry items to ask for them at front desk but after the awful service we had already received, opted to buy what we needed from Walmart instead including Lysol and febreeze.Avoid this hotel if you want a clean friendly stay. The rooms are dirty, smelly and staff doesn’t care if you are happy or not. Regretted wasting our money here.

I stayed due to last minute travel for work. It smelled very bad in the halls and room I stayed in like weed and cigarettes. The towels I got in my room (two) were no clean and had some stains on them. When I went to bed there was a fake eyelash stuck to the corner sheets. Workers are very rude, do not say hi or ignore you when you greet them.

Horrible stay. Stayed in 2 suite rooms attached. Did not have enough towels we’re unable to get more unless brought what was dirty down and when did was told they were out. Couldn’t get more pillows, was given a torn up blanket, had to get it replaced. The sofa beds are totally worn out and extremely dirty. Found a big roach in one room and an insect that looked like a bed bug. The pool was filthy the rugs felt icky. Just the worst stay ever. The employee from that night was totally rude. Will never stay their again. Was not worth the price paid.

Had a reservation a week in and advance and upon arrival, my room was not ready. Had to wait about 30 minutes while they rushed to get one ready. Cleaness of the lobby was disattisfing, there were dryed spills all over.

The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because they have a kitchen. Unfortunately, they were missing the pots, only had 1 glass, 2 plates, bowls, and silverware. My reservation was for 4 people. I asked for a pot and a blanket for the pullout couch and never received them. The Continental breakfast was good.

I would have giving them an overall 5 star but our bathroom door was broken and the room smelled like seafood. And the ac wasnt running properly. At night it was hot and in the day it was really cold. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing, the bathroom vanity lights did not work. The light did not work for one nightstand (I swapped the bulb from the wall lamp). The wall lamp did not have a shade. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was very low.

Ask for extra blanket and pillow to be placed in the room. Had to get it myself. Ask for extra towel was told they didn’t have them until 9. We was out all day at the races ask for them when we got back still none available. Which was a problem since we had 4 adults and one child in the room with only two towel to use for the 2 day stay. The second night there was water coming through the vent into the bathroom floor from the room above.

One of the bed skirts was dirty and the mattress on the couch did not have covers. Another thing that I did not like was that the restroom did not lock for a shared room.

There were four of us in the room and the room was only furnished with 2 sets of towels. (We had to take towels from the fitness room in the end, because they never gave us any). The room also had a sleeper sofa in it, that we planned to use for one of our children. We were only given one sheet for the bed and no blanket. If I had known that this was a policy of the hotel, I would have brought my own bedding for it.

furniture could use some cleaning. room service was terrible had to ask for towels and each time there was either none available or housekeeping wasn’t around. speaking of there was no housekeeping so we had to sit the garbage outside in order for it to get picked up. on a good note, breakfast was consistent

I went to relax and it was just what I needed. The service was very accommodating. The other people that were in the hotel at the same time seemed to enjoy themselves as well. I am sure I will go back again.

Melanie at front desk was excellent. Very polite and professional handling multiple guests during middle of severe storm with tornado sirens going off. She was great!

Love my room it was clean it was beyter than i expected. The bf was awesome the cooK was so nice I plan on going back soon. I have no complaints.

Breakfast was very disappointing. You could tell there was no effort when they prepared the breakfast. He heated the bacon and brought it out still in the paper that it was cooked in. I can’t explain it. You have to see it for yourself lol. The juice dispenser apple juice was cranberry. Cranberry was cranberry and orange just tasted like apple juice mixed with water lol. Over all when I told him about the juice. He was very kind and fixed it. They were very polite. Customer service was great the only disappointment was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from. The yogurt tasted old. Like I said the breakfast was the only thing that was very disappointing. I think there should be a staff that should prepare breakfast and effort should be put into preparing the breakfast because you can tell that they didn’t really care about that part.
