The elevator was being worked on when we checked in, so we carried our luggage 4 floors. The hallways smelled musty. The room was old dingy and needed a lot. No shelve in bathroom and one glass for 2 people.

The property was close to everything, clean and friendly staff. Great prices, parking garage is 1 block and safe. The bed was comfortable. Its an older building but its munich. They're all older buildings. Highly recommended, will be back.

Location is key. This is a basic and small room but very close to downtown and a large train intersection. The parking is very very steep and best with small cars. Lovely staff and good price.

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt. Bad auch eher schlechter Zustand. Die Lage war allerdings super. Es gab nur einen kleinen Fahrstuhl der auch vom Zimmerservice genutzt wurde und es daher ewig dauerte. TV hatten die meisten Sender keinen Empfang. Alles sehr hellhörig. Positiv waren die bequemen Betten. Aber auch alles unterschiedliche Bäder. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht, 1 war mit Badewanne, 1 hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und 2 eine Duschwanne. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal übernachten. Schade, dass bei der Lage nicht mehr investiert wird.

Three of us traveled here for the Christmas markets. We checked in at 3:15 and the cleaning crew was still working. The hallway was full of dirty linens, but our room is ready. There’s no tissue in the tissue box, just an empty box. The toilet smelled of sewage and had brown water in it. There’s a hole in the wall. And the shower basin was black with grease and dirt. The bunkbeds would be great for kids, but not a full-size adult, as it doesn’t seem to be loadbearing for anyone over 100 pounds. It was very noisy with the construction going on outside the window in the view of the residence balconies within 1 m of our window did not provide any kind of ambience. Plus: it was easily walkable to everything you want. Staff was friendly.

Es fing an mit dem Parkplatz, welchen wir dann nach 25 Minuten bekamen. Die Dame beim Check-in schien keine Ahnung von ihren Beruf zu habe. Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bad uralt, im Abfluss stand das Wasser.

The hotel is in a good area in Munich and walkable to restaurants, the Marienplatz market and a few other sites in the city. And we were able to secure a parking spot on location for 18euros per night. The room was overpriced ($300) for the condition compared to all the beautiful places we had stayed all over Germany. Room is very small, no AC or amenities on site.

The room was very spacious and was great for our family. However,the bathroom is very small. I'm 5'2 and my knees hit the wall while sitting on the toilet. The floors did not seem swept. It was a little noisy, however we had sound machines, so it didn't bother us much. It was fine for one night.

Room was incredibly small. Shower design was challenging as water flooded the floor. Decoration wise was modern and clean although our friends got a room that was dated and dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one key was given for each room BTW. Overall not the best but one night would be fine.

Small older property. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. The bedding had stains. The floors under the bed had not been swept in weeks. The toilet had issues flushing and the cover was cracked. It was all wood floors which made everything very noisy in the rooms an hallways. You could here the people shower and use the restroom in the rooms around you. Very noisy place. Positive is the front desk clerks were very nice and informative and it is so close to the tourist attractions, food, and public transportation. Marienplatz is only a 10 min walk if that.

Habe per Mail informiert dass ich spät Anreise und um Infos für den Late Check in gebeten. Als Antwort kam eine Mail, dass das kein Problem sei und dass ich weitere Infos per Mail erhalten würde. Dann kam aber nichts und ich stand nachts vor verschlossenener tür. Über das nottelefon noch jemanden erreicht aber es war dann sehr umständlich

O pior quarto de hotel que eu já fiquei em toda a minha vida. Nunca imaginei que fosse passar pelo o que eu e meus familiares passamos. Terrível! Chegamos no quarto e já tinha papel higiênico sujo dentro do vaso, sem dar descarga. Dentro do quarto você escuta TUDO. Casais transando, brigando, usando o banheiro, fazendo as necessidades. TUDO. Sem contar que por ser uma região bem boêmia, as pessoas sem noção que chegam no quarto de madrugada incomodam quem está dormindo. Não tem isolamento acústico nenhum, zero! Para de ter ideia, eu cheguei no hotel às 21h, dormir das 23h às 1h45. Após isso foi um inferno. Muito barulho. Detalhe, a recepção do hotel fica desativada de 1h às 5h da madrugada.

The Hotel cancelled my reservation and refused to refund the cost and instead rebooked me into a different Hotel against my will. Cancelling is not good but not to be allowed to make a different choice of Hotel is not acceptable.

Took 30 min for someone to come to the front desk upon arrival. Hotel had cobwebs in the windows, extremely loud pipes in the walls and you could hear everyone in the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Il pregio maggiore di questo albergo è certamente la sua posizione strategica che rende immediatamene accessibile il centro storico. Le stanze non sono grandi e l’arredamento è spartano. In generale in ammodernamento sarebbe auspicabile. In compenso i letti sono comodi ed i piumini confortevoli. Colazione consigliata presso il vicino Müller.

Hotel room is clean but small. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, shower and sink all jammed in together. Hot water was good though. No facilities at the hotel other than a hairdryer and soap, not even an in room kettle/coffee maker. You have to buy a coffee for 2 euros in the lobby. However it served is purpose as cheap safe place to stay and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of choices nearby for food and coffee in the morning.

Checking in is OK. Like many small hotels in Germany, there is no room service unless daily room cleaning is requested. Bath room is small and shower head is not working properly. Good point is the location, it is near a nice bakery for morning breakfast and is near the center where great food is easily accessible.

great location as 2 stops by tram to the hotel - and hotel is close to Asam Church , a major landmark of the Baroque . Reasonably priced , once in the room it’s nice , built in sofa under window but no chair or desk. Worth the money , must say that smoking is allowed in the hotel but this alone and the need of a fresh coat of paint for the halls and maybe new carpeting soon . A bargain so one should not complain . I am not . no breakfast served .

Do not stay here prison would be better. Shower didn't work, the door had a huge gap so light and noise came through. No air conditioning or fan, cooler to go outside. The rugs in the hallways need to be burned, Location is the only good thing, I wasn't expecting much but at least was hoping to have a shower.

Came in late but the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and parked. Even gave us a fan for the room. The rooms are very small and the bathroom small and old, needs an update. Was an easy walk to the market platz for food and shopping the next day. Glad only here for one night .

Filthy, bug infested, just awful. It needs to be removed from this platform as it’s not fit for purpose / we didn’t sleep in the bed given it was literally crawling with flies and bugs. We didn’t shower as the bathroom was horrid. Just unacceptable
