I recently stayed with my family of 4. We loved our room - beds were comfy, loved the balcony and the large bathroom. Onsen facilities were lovely. The property was so tropical and beautiful. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was yummy! This property almost hit every nail on the head: large rooms, Orion beer bar, paid dining options, beach, onsen, swimming pool - but there was some room for improvement. We were here in late May. It was mostly rainy but warm. The outdoor pool was freezing. There was a small bubble pool that looked like a hot tub but was just as cold as the pool. So with children- it was not doable. Why not heat the pool so people could enjoy it? So we spent most of our time in the tiny indoor pool. The kids had a lot of rules enforced. I understand the culture in Japan is more calm but we’re at a resort? There were no accessible amenities for parents: for example: a quick hot dog or soba. No bar for a drink or coffee. There was a on-site store (ice cream, water, coffee, beer - but you had to leave to go get it). There was also a Lawson’s 5 mins away by walking. But again, you had to leave. As a nice resort, they fell short with service here. Why not open the pool bar to serve quick options to parents w kids that just wanted to enjoy the pool and a vacation. Why have a lunch buffet for $50 per person as the only option for food on the resort? Walk 5 mins for a $6 lunch. Again, leaving the resort. Almost brilliant, but fell a bit short.

one of the few okinawa properties that let you swim at its oceanfront property. beautiful property. lots of parking, walking distance to the aquarium and village. Beaches have on staff life guards. hotel restaurants require reservations which fill up fast. annoying some are booked before checkin. checkin does not offer help with reservations. free orion welcome drinks is a very nice.

•エメラルドビーチ、フクギ並木、美ら海水族館が近く、買い物をするような場所は近くに無いですが、滞在中のんびりするには良い場所です。ホテルに売店があり、徒歩2分くらいの場所にローソンがあります。 •施設は清潔で、温泉、サウナがあります。乾燥機付洗濯機も各階にあり便利です。 •できれば改善して頂きたい点としては、毎日ウェルカムドリンクを頂けるのはありがたいですが、ビール以外のアルコールもあると良いです。去年まではあったと思います。また、朝食のメニューがほとんど同じなのでバリエーションを増やして頂ければと思います。 •宿泊回数に応じたロイヤルティプログラムがあると嬉しいです。毎年宿泊させて頂いておりますが、周辺にも良いホテルやペンションがたくさんあるようですので、また次も泊まりたいと思えるようなプログラムがあると良いと思います。

I didnt like the beach access at this time. The beach was not open yet to swim or snorkel in. I also didnt like that they lock the gate to the beach at night so we couldn't go over to the beach area where it was darker to stargaze. Other than that the hotel was...perfection.

호텔 앞 해변은 스노쿨링이 불가하여 오리발이나 스노쿨링마스크 같은 장비 착용이안됨.. 츄라우미 미술관과 가까운거외엔 딱히.. 주볔 인프라가 너무 아쉬움

アメニティにシャンプーハットがなかった。それは良いとして、ベッドに虫がいたようで、夫が朝に足を噛まれていた。また備え付けのパジャマがワッフル生地で朝起きたら体に模様があちらこちらについて部分的に水脹れになっていて、自分の肌の弱さに呆れました(･･;)

This is one of those hotels that has those giant tour buses come in. There is only one restaurant that does not do course menu, and this restaurant gets booked by the tour buses, so your only options to eat at the hotel are to pay 8000 yen for dinner unless you want to just eat pizza at the Italian restaurant. The Orion bar does not have real food. Normally this wouldn't matter except the hotel is in sort of an isolated area, so your other options for dinner/lunch are pretty limited. Luckily there is a Family mart nearby for necessities. Our room appeared to look nice, however, the floor was covered in sand, and the sofa smelled very bad. Luckily they had slippers and we just ended up sitting on our beds for our trip. The pool was clean. Please note that the infinity pool is limited only to guests staying in the club wing, but that was fine since the pool downstairs was nice enough.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was spotless, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I missed when we had to go and would love to go back some day. Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking distance. If you have the means definitely go here.

뛰어난 전망에 3명의 가족 숙박을 위해 추가침대를 설치했음에도 매우 넉넉한 공간이였습니다. 침구가 매우 안락했고 테라스도 휴식을 취하기 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 5층에 있는 온천이 수질이 좋고 바깥 경치를 보며 온천욕을 즐길 수 있어 유료임에도 불구하고 만족했습니다.

My family and I spent two nights at the Orion hotel, I had higher expectations for the hotel based on the photos and the reviews but the hotel felt dated and I was also disappointed that there was as no AC on our floor and throughout other areas of the hotel. Check in and check out was easy but our room was very warm upon arrival and although the AC was working properly…it was not very strong so I was able to get a little electric fan to help keep it cooler. beds were a bit firm but slept fine. The breakfast buffet was not bad but does get very busy and hectic. we didn’t have to wait too long and the food was ok. we did enjoy the pool and close distance to the aquarium and close by spots we wanted to visit. the creative center at the bottom of the hotel was also fun in the evening and my daughter was able to paint a shark. overall not a bad hotel but would consider other options next time in okinawa.

Beaches have on staff life guards. hotel restaurants require reservations which fill up fast. annoying some are booked before checkin. checkin does not offer help with reservations. free orion welcome drinks is a very nice.

ドアマン、フロント、客室案内、レストランスタッフも皆さん丁寧で良かったです。また伊江島タッチューと海の景色がどの施設からも眺められてとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクのサービスに時間設定があって18時にチェックインした際にはその時間は対応出来ないとの事で20時〜22時の間なら対応出来るとの事でしたがお客さんとの会食のためホテル戻りが23時になったため、結局使えずじまえでした。その時間帯はチェックインが多い時間帯だと思うのですが...また空港から到着して本部までの2時間、車での移動でホテル資本のオリオンビールが飲みたかった(笑) その際はオリオン缶ビールのサービスでもあったら「さすが」って感じなると思います。

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was spotless, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I missed when we had to go and would love to go back some day. Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking distance. If you have the means definitely go here.

숙박시설은 매우 깔끔하고 훌륭합니다. 조용하고 직원들은 친절합니다만 밤에는 도보 5분 거리 로손 외에는 다른게 없고 로손까지 가는 길마저 너무 어둡습니다. 그 외에는 매우 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다.

This is one of those hotels that has those giant tour buses come in. There is only one restaurant that does not do course menu, and this restaurant gets booked by the tour buses, so your only options to eat at the hotel are to pay 8000 yen for dinner unless you want to just eat pizza at the Italian restaurant. The Orion bar does not have real food. Normally this wouldn't matter except the hotel is in sort of an isolated area, so your other options for dinner/lunch are pretty limited. Luckily there is a Family mart nearby for necessities. Our room appeared to look nice, however, the floor was covered in sand, and the sofa smelled very bad. Luckily they had slippers and we just ended up sitting on our beds for our trip. The pool was clean. Please note that the infinity pool is limited only to guests staying in the club wing, but that was fine since the pool downstairs was nice enough.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is peaceful, well‑equipped, and offers spacious rooms with a stunning view. The pool is great, though it closes at 19:00, which is worth noting. We got there and found out that the beach has been closed for restoration during our entire stay. This is a very isolated hotel and there is not much to do around so my family was counting on having lots of beach time. The hotel should have emailed guests and informed us. Before we took the 2 hour uber ride from Naha airport. After the first night we asked if we could check out early and move to a different resort or back to Naha for the remaining of our trip. The hotel manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Don’t waste your valuable vacation days at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and has amazing views. We stayed in a suite on the club wing because it comes with extra perks. When we went to the infinity pool, we were told to use a different pool because the one we were trying to use is for club guests. Then they went on to give us directions on how to leave and get to the other pool. That was before asking us our room number to verify if we could use it. Our first night we ate at the yakiniku restaurant inside the hotel. After finding hair in our food, we told the server and got an apology. Upon paying for the meal, they offered us 5 or 10 percent off for the issue. How generous! 😂 The next night we went to a different restaurant in the hotel, not by choice but because all the others were closed. We were told it was booked solid with reservations. Seems like if they were booked, the other restaurants would have remained open to facilitate the guests. When you book a premium room, breakfast is included for free, however we were told at checkout we owed additional money because one of our kids is 4 years old. I found that odd since breakfast is free. They also charge by the number of people staying in your room which makes sense if they provide meals. In our case, I reserved the room for 6 people but 2 people couldn't come.I was unable to get any refund and had to pay for 6 people. You would think spending so much money at a resort hotel we would have been treated a little better. I guess not. I do not recommend this hotel.

The resort feels new, modern and a nice blend of Japanese features with modern western convenience. Rooms are spacious, clean and all have a fantastic sea view facing. I love Japanese hotels as they tend to have attached onsens which is definitely a plus point. Beaches are easily accessible though have strict “operating hours” which I understand is out of the hotel’s control and oddly common across Okinawa hotels with beach access. The gym could be better equipped and I didn’t like to have to change to shoes provided by them - would much prefer to just use my own. Breakfast spread and service was good. Oh, and did I mention that Orion beer is provided at breakfast, during happy hour and also stocked up in your in-room refrigerators? Only happens when you stay at a resort operated by a brewery :)
