This hotel is a 5 star hotel with amazing rooms, bathrooms, and views. The Aurora sky lounge is impeccable with a great pool, view of the city, service, and dining options. We also had free breakfast on our last day in the lobby.

Had a great stay here. The rooftop pool was awesome and the lemongrass sours in the rooftop bar are excellent! Overall, a great stay and would come back again.

Fabulous stay at the LuxCity , staff very attentive and professional. Room meticulously cleaned and well furnished. Breakfast selection covers every taste , constant replenishing to ensure its fresh. Pool and bar area follows the same high standards , live music in rhe evening adds to the experience. Keep up the high standards .

Excellent modern apartment in a central location. Loved the roof top pool and the views from the gym were amazing. It was also handy having free laundry washer and dryers available. Breakfast was yummy- highly recommend this gorgeous apartment !

And excellent hotel . The staff are amazing very friendly always a smile and hello. The facilities are superb . Great rooftop pool , laundry restaurant and gym ( being renovated ). Location is very safe a little out of the way but a short tuk tuk ride and you’re in the throng of everything

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good all round - our room was incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The hotel’s facilities (gym, pool, restaurant) are good and the free to use laundry came in very handy. It’s a short ride into the main areas in Phnom Penh - getting transportation was quick, easy and cheap. Recommended.

Fantastic rooftop pool with glass bottom. Totally worth staying in this hotel for the pool alone! The laundry service was very convenient. Food was also delicious. I had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Good location and safe, easy for transport to pick up and drop off etc. The rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast is standard. The Spa (newly opened) is clean, and masseuses are excellent. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication with reception staff I did not get to enjoy the pool / sky bar, as I was advised it was under renovation. Overall hospitality staff still has a lot of room for improvement. Not ideal for business travellers wanting to use meeting facilities etc at this time. Seems like new facilities are coming to make it more supportive to business (confirmed by the manager), so I will wait to see when this is completed to stay again.

I booked for 2 weeks and ended staying another week. Hotel felt so comfortable, clean and safe. Staff were so attentive, kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, alot of options and most importantly the hotel is very well maintained. Everyone greeted my family and I with a smile. Amazing experience here

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxcity. The hotel is comfortable, impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to assist guests, making the experience even more special. The facilities are excellent, and the overall experience offers great value for money. We will visit again. Highly recommended!

I like the staff’s,but the common area it’s dirty the a command seating sofa and the rugs left unclean. Walking to through the hall it’s so hot and the AC unit it’s not working. I feel like I stay in a cheap hotel.

Loved my stay there and would definitely book again. Only issue I had was finding a giant cockroach in our room one night. I called the staff and they came and got rid of it for me and I haven’t seen anymore after.

So the people are very nice, but they seem to be nice all over Cambodia. The room seemed dated just kind of dingy. The picture shows items,pictures, planes on the shelf’s. They were completely empty. Some of the information items were very old. The slippers seemed used, they were not in a wrapper as usual and they ripped on day 2. The breakfast was sub par and the fly landing on food items definitely damped my appetite. My biggest complaint is you could hear EVERYTHING. The neighbors conversions, their doorbell, their phone ringing, doors closing, people outside, and worst was the maid vacuuming rooms ALL day. I had a stomach issue so I stayed in one day. I couldn’t believe how loud it was and very shocked that the sound carried I’m talking like 10 rooms not just the ones next to me. The windows on outside were really dirty and the curtains were broke. No extra toilet paper roll and although they had a price sheet for drinks there was none. I went on a tour one morning and came back at 2pm and the room was not cleaned. I went to desk and asked if they could clean the room at 430 because I was going to relax, then shower for another activity I had planned for 5. I went immediately to the room and they were there so I had go sit at the pool for a half hour until they finished. So much for a plan. The gym was okay and the pool was nice. I was overcharged on day three and they wouldn’t adjust my final bill. It’s pretty conveniently located, it never took to long to get around

The place was exceptional really, if there’s something I have to say is just probably the tv in my room. It’s not up to standards really for the service that they are providing. My tv in the bedroom was very blurry at times. Aside from this I have no other concerns the rest is exceptional. Staff are great and very friendly, if I will be around Phom Phen again in the future this is going to be my first choice…..

It may have been an upgraded room, but it was very spacious and allowed me to spend several days in comfort. The restaurant meals, breakfast, and coffee were all delicious, and among the many hotels I have stayed at, few have offered this level of comfort at such a reasonable price. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that sounds from the hallway carried into the room. I could hear the service bell, conversations, and footsteps outside. That said, the walls between rooms seemed thick enough, as I never heard any noise from next door. Since I spent quite a bit of time working in the room, I also noticed that the chair in the room sagged in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sit on for long periods and caused some back pain. I think the chair could use an upgrade.

LuxCity is a great property. I was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic and the room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Staff here really go above and beyond — check-in was smooth, they’re warm and professional, and you feel well taken care of. The little things stand out: fast Wi-Fi, a shower with real water pressure, comfortable bed with good linens, and a big balcony. The restaurant is excellent — the pho was top notch, and breakfast was generous and tasty. The only trade-off: the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s far from BKK1, which is where the cool cafés and nightlife are. Outside the hotel there’s not much going on If you want comfort, great service, and strong Wi-Fi, LuxCity delivers. If you want to step outside into cafés and nightlife, look at BKK1 instead.

We stayed in an executive suite. The room, on the 14th floor, had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. We also enjoyed a very nice room service dinner one night. The pool is awesome. Free laundry machines is a big plus. Hotel was very clean and very modern. Definitely recommend!

Not my first stay at this hotel but unfortunately likely be my last stay. In summary service staff needs to be better trained to think and provide customer service. It is possible reception staff did not understand but I was rudely told there is no room available!! Given that I know what the occupancy rate, I could not be bothered to explain further. Good thing is that there are multiple hotels available in Phnom Penh and more coming.

I booked for 2 weeks and ended staying another week. Hotel felt so comfortable, clean and safe. Staff were so attentive, kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, alot of options and most importantly the hotel is very well maintained. Everyone greeted my family and I with a smile. Amazing experience here

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxcity. The hotel is comfortable, impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to assist guests, making the experience even more special. This is our third stay at this hotel since arriving in Cambodia, and it just keeps getting better! Everything about this place feels truly 5-star — from the beautiful rooms to the warm, welcoming staff. I liked the gym & swimming on the 24th floor. I think the negative is that there were not many eating options nearby. but I love the views from the 24th floor in the evening sunset. Specially like sleeping tight in the bed.

Lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and linen. Roof top pool is a bonus. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant at dinner is also very good even though you do pay a premium plus service and VAT. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside for me is that it is about a 15-20mins away from the centre by the riverside. As tuk tuks are so affordable and easily available this didn’t cause any issues.

LuxCity is a great property. I was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic and the room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Staff here really go above and beyond — check-in was smooth, they’re warm and professional, and you feel well taken care of. The little things stand out: fast Wi-Fi, a shower with real water pressure, comfortable bed with good linens, and a big balcony. So the people are very nice, but they seem to be nice all over Cambodia. The room seemed dated just kind of dingy. The picture shows items,pictures, planes on the shelf’s. They were completely empty. Some of the information items were very old. The slippers seemed used, they were not in a wrapper as usual and they ripped on day 2. The breakfast was sub par and the fly landing on food items definitely damped my appetite. My biggest complaint is you could hear EVERYTHING. The neighbors conversions, their doorbell, their phone ringing, doors closing, people outside, and worst was the maid vacuuming rooms ALL day. I had a stomach issue so I stayed in one day. I couldn’t believe how loud it was and very shocked that the sound carried I’m talking like 10 rooms not just the ones next to me. The windows on outside were really dirty and the curtains were broke. No extra toilet paper roll and although they had a price sheet for drinks there was none. I went on a tour one morning and came back at 2pm and the room was not cleaned. I went to desk and asked if they could clean the room at 430 because I was going to relax, then shower for another activity I had planned for 5. I went immediately to the room and they were there so I had go sit at the pool for a half hour until they finished. So much for a plan. The gym was okay and the pool was nice. I was overcharged on day three and they wouldn’t adjust my final bill. It’s pretty conveniently located, it never took to long to get around

The value for money here is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished, it is luxury, views are amazing and service is superb. Small bud good breakfast, excellent gym and spa facilities. Rooftop pool though the sky bar is currently under renovation. Great eateries all within a 15 minute walk.

We stayed in an executive suite. The room, on the 14th floor, had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. We also enjoyed a very nice room service dinner one night. The pool is awesome. Free laundry machines is a big plus. Hotel was very clean and very modern. Definitely recommend!

I arrive the night of the August 17, 2026 was very tired. My Wife had already checked in so we went to the room the next morning I got up I went out on the balcony and seeing there was a glass with a straw sitting in it on the balcony, had never been cleaned up check the sheets and everything and pillowcases was dirty. Have them clean room again still left out the glass outside on the balcony was still there when I came in pillow still had dirty marks and could not find the remote control to the TV. Nowhere talk to the desk clerk about hot water did not have hot water the whole time I stayed there they said they fixed it but when I went to take a shower, no hot water took cold shower every time not good. I’ve stayed here a lot of times. Never had a problem. Stayed in the same room now have problem with hotel. I’m very sorry, but I may not be staying there no more.
