The hotel is huge. It is easy to get around and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom is odd. The space in front of the sink is so wide you really have to lean in to brush your teeth and I am tall. I want imagine what it would be luke for a child. Finally, the water pressure or should I say lack of pressure made a shower twice as long. It was a nice place dor two nights!

I stayed at the hotel for four nights during my trip to Poland and would select this hotel again. It is quiet, the gym is typical of the brand and the reason I start there, and the breakfast is unlike anything you would experience in the US if your are a Hilton Honors members. The lobby is a lot of fun for those who want a drink. The elevator gets busy around breakfast so be patient.

Great central location. Comfortable and sound-proofed rooms with all basic amenities and filtered water filling stations. Staff was courteous and efficient. A bit impersonal but probably to be expected with such a large establishment. Decent breakfast but not as sumptuous as other places in Poland (and I had 6 other stays all across Poland on this trip to compare to). The only thing missing was a decent on-premise restaurant for other dining beyond breakfast. Not a show-stopper though since there are enough other nice dining options available within walking distance.

The cleanliness of our room was horrible. I doubt that cleaning team does the job good. We were moved to another room because of this. The breakfast was also not good (surprisingly). The area around is quite nice, with different places to eat.

Good hotel in the center of Warsaw. About a 10 minute walk from the Central Train Station, the hotel was close to good restaurants, and things to see/do. The room and bathroom we clean an well maintained. Brekfast in the morning was an added bonus. It was not fancy, but it was a good way to start the day.. finally, the staff were wonderful!! Very helpful in pointing out points of interest and helping to understand the trains. Overall it is not a fancy, 5 star hotel, but for the price, you can’t beat it! I will definetly be staying here again!!!

Shower hasn’t been clean properly and mould was present on the wall and around metal bits when you can touch with the body. Ceiling has lot spots made with paint and look disgusting it’s look like they save money to pain whole ceiling and sofa bed look very old and the sides was crumbling its look really disgusting. I’m surprise so on Hilton groups hotels they allow to keep that cleaning standard which there are very bad. Breakfast was ok but orange juice it was pure chemical disgusting taste, nothing common with orange juice. Air condition one time working one time not, in day time was nice and cold and in night time was super hot. I will never stay there anymore.

Surprised this is only a 3 star hotel. Better than some 4 stars we’ve stayed in. We had a twin room. It is very large with extra large single beds. Clean and modern. Great location not far from the central station. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of variety and plentiful. Coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location in the centre of Warsaw within walking distance of Central train station. Rooms are cramped but adequate, good size bathroom & very comfortable beds. Layout of breakfast room is odd, with a long walk back from your table to the food. My wife really liked the breakfast.

Bed was smaller than Ideal for two people. AC temp must be controlled automatically despite trying to adjust to cooler temp. The room was not so comfortable when there was extreme weather of 33C. Breakfast selection was wide and plentiful and helped us get started before exploring city. Public transportation was walkable.

Upon arrival at 13:30hrs at the hotel after 10hr flight from Miami, the staff at the hotel wanted extra 150zl if we wanted to have the room before checking-in time, which is outrages, no other hotels we stayed at charge extra for accessing the room earlier. There was no such charge when we stayed at this hotel in the previous years. We will never stay at this location again.

Lækkert værelse og dejligt med mulighed for meget tidlig morgenmad (klokken 6( Jeg var dog lidt forundret over at jeg overvejede ikke fik room service i løbet af de 3 overnatninger jeg havde Jeg har ikke tidligere oplevet at det udelukkende sker nårman selv beder om det. Skraldespandene blev derfor ikke tømt og jeg måtte selv ned i receptionen og bede om mere toiletpapir. Personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten blev noget forvirrede da jeg spurgte til allergener ( mælk og æg) og viste mig det allermest kedelige knækbrød ( safe choise) i stedet for at se på ingredienserne. Ellers en god buffet

Great place to stay, easy access to the local restaurants, walking distance to them,to clothing and food shops, banks/exchange places, pharmacies. Great view from high floors on to the new part of tow. Convenient location to get to the old city and most of the site-seeing places in the capital.

Clean, quiet, our room was clean and well maintained, no issues, easy access to/from central station, close to trams and buses. Srodmiescie Metro - 12min walk. We will definitely consider this hotel when visiting Warsaw next time.

This is a very nice hotel for the price, especially when you factor in the great breakfast. It is near the train but easy walking to old town and also museums. I would stay here again.

Great stay only let down by the breakfast. We went at one of the advertised quiet times and they had run out of cups and cutlery. Breakfast was just chaotic and poorly organised. The room and staff were excellent. Very clean, just let down by Breakfast.

It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed everything. Room was very clean. Breakfast menu was very wide and I will never forget those delicious self-service waffle machines! This is hotel only provide housekeeping on request! Otherwise there’s no one cleaning your room. Breakfast has good variety but quality is below expectation. Too crowded in the morning with the limited seatings. It is free seating which can be confusing. So sometimes your table can be taken if you took too long making the waffle. It’s crazy that you need to waste time making waffles! This should be basic service hotel should provude. Will not return to this hotel

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Zu meiner Überraschung hat sich die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr verschlechtert. Das Rührei war eindeutig aus Eipulver gemacht und nachbder zweiten Gabel musste ichbes leider wieder zurückgeben. Dis Auswahl ist viel geringer als früher. Personal war aber freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Excellent location for the centre of Warsaw. I have stayed at the Hamptons in Miami (Brickell area) and the chain of hotels internationally are very good from the point of comfort of stay, staff support and location points in the cities. Hamptons by Hilton Warsaw serve a buffet breakfast which will surprise you with variety of hot and cold dishes. If you have a great appetite you will not need lunch until 3pm!!! The room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was simple and easy to adapt to. Shower facilities in the bathroom was great. I will be returning again. Good reception service as they assisted with confirming flight back to London..Well done to the young lady who was a trainee and assisted..you managed very well!! If you are in Warsaw and there is a Legia Warsawa game on, buy tickets if you are a football fan. Great atmosphere and experience. 3 tickets cost circa £34.00. If you are non resident you will need ID to buy tickets first. . Back to the hotel ..a great city centre hotel. Well done Hampton by Hilton Warsaw.
