No staff on arrival. Staff unaware of our booking. Only people booked in that night. No restaurant as advertised. No heating or cooling.

No one was available to check us in. The phone number for motel was not answered after several calls. We waited in wind, rain and cold for about 40 minutes without assistance or even just seeing some one. After 6.30 pm we drove to Geelong as only accommodation available. An elderly couple driving on a difficult road in the night in atrocious conditions. Motel has contacted and taken no responsibility ... and have been charged $180. Nothing nice to say
