Für einen Kurzurlaub ein gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind Klimatisiert so das man nacht bei geschlossen Fenster schlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Einziger Mangel, der Frühstücksraum ist ständig überlaufen, außer ganz zeitig am Morgen. Die Hotelbar wird durch die Rezeption mit betreut, so das es auch Wartezeiten kommen kann. Leider ist das Personal dafür nicht ausgebildet.

Schönes Hotel schlechter Sevice und im Verhältnis zu den Zimmerpreisen sehr hohe Parkgebühren, was einer zumindest intransparenten Preisgestaltung entspricht. Beim Check-in wurde man an des SB Terminal verwiesen obwohl 3 Mitarbeiter anwesend waren. Man wollte zunächst auch keine Rechnung ausstellen, mit Verweis auf Expedia. Die nach Diskussion ausgestellte Rechnung hatte dann die falsche Adresse obwohl die Rechnungsadresse beim Check-in hinterlegt wurde. Die Rechnung konntte dann auch nicht korrigiert werden. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

The hotel was really nice. Both the room and the lobby were clean and tidy. The breakfast was great. The only downside is that if you have a car, free parking is limited and paid parking is very expensive. It was 22 euros on July 9, 2025. It would be more preferable if the parking fee were a bit more reasonable.

The room smelled of cigarettes badly. I asked to change the room, and the staff named Omar gave me the room, however said the first room did not smell of cigarettes when it very well did. The second room was a little better with the cigarette smells but had pee stains on the carpet, and the kettle was filled with dust and leaking water and the curtains have some horrible stains. I asked him to come see the room which he did and he said as if I am the one who caused the pee stain on the carpet. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I always hold IHG Hotels to high standards but this definitely failed. I had even taken photos of the uncleanliness and they said no it cannot be cleaned. Booking at any hotel or B&B, guests expects cleanliness which is the most basic thing for hotels. I will most definitely never stay in this hotel again.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig voller Flecken , da fühlte man sich nicht wohl , auch wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. Da wir früh aufbrechen mussten um unseren Flug nicht zu verpassen haben wir nach einer Tasse Kaffee gefragt aber wurde uns verneint obwohl die Kaffeemaschine bedienungsbereit gewesen wäre.

Zimmer hat nach alten Zigaretten gerochen. Auf dem Boden Brandlöcher von Zigaretten. Preise für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz utopisch.. Man merkt, dass das Hotel nur auf schnelles Geld aus ist. Da gibt es andere Hotels in niedrigeren Preisklassen, die wesentlichen besser sind!

Preis - Leistung war hervorragend. Es liegt an einer Hauptstraße, aber es ist so gut isoliert, dass man wirklich garnichts hört. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Verkehrsanbindung auch sehr gut.

The hotel is a little far out from the city. Not close to the U. You need to take a bus to get to the U. There is some free parking but very limited, if full you need to park in the garage. No refrigerator in the rooms if you do have medicine that needs to be refrigerated they will hold behind the bar. The staff was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Hotel is close to a McDonald's. I don't think the rooms are cleaned that good. When we came back from a long day there were still razor savings in the sink. The floor looks like its rear lying vacuumed. Dirty cups were just left in the room. Neighborhood feels safe.

Prima plek op doorreis of als je niet het centrum in wilt rijden. Nette kamer. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfstandig strijkplank en strijkijzer! We hadden wel een kamer langs het treinspoor. Overlast viel mee. Kamer was erg warm en je kan de verwarming niet echt uitzetten.

Leider gab es vor dem Hotel noch in der Tiefgarage Parkplätze. Das Fenster ließ dich nur wenig öffnen, weil das Bett davor steht. Und Wasserkocher fehlte im Zimmer.

Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, welche kostenlos sind. Diese sind sehr begrenzt. Wenn alle belegt sind, muss man in Tiefgarage fahren, die eine Tagespauschale von 22 € kostet. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ein Queen Size Bett und eine Schlafcouch. Bewegungsfreiheit im Zimmer, gleich null Abstand vom Bett zur Wand maximal 50 cm die größte Bewegungsfreiheit in der Dusche

Guten Tag Wir sind gestern den 29.01 von Leer nach München gefahren zum Hotel um zum Fußball Spiel zu fahren was bis dahin auch alles okay war.Wir kamen nach dem Spiel gegen 23 Uhr wieder zum Hotel und wollten parken aber es gab keine Parkplätze mehr und ich bin in das Hotel rein gegangen und fragte wo man noch parken könnte da es hier keine Parkmöglichkeiten mehr gibt da wurde ich vom Hotel Personal angemeckert dann haben sie Pech und die nächste Möglichkeit wäre 5 Kilometer entfernt da müsste man parken und dann zum Hotel hinlaufen aber das wäre 1 Stunde zu Fuß gewesen und es war minus 1 grad und da laufe ich nicht 5 Kilometer zum Hotel.Ich habe mich dann selber auf die Suche gemacht nach einem Parkplatz aber leider keine Parkmöglichkeit im umkreis von 3 bis 5 Kilometern somit bin ich wieder zum Hotel gefahren und nochmal zu fragen ob das Personal keine andere Möglichkeit findet das wir irgendwo parken könnten da bekam ich nur die Antwort ich hätte kein Führerschein und ihn interessiert es nicht wo ich mit meinem Auto hingehen würde ich sollte meine Probleme nicht zu seinen machen.Darauf hin habe ich unsere Sachen aus dem Zimmer geholt was wir bis dahin nicht genutzt haben und haben die Heimreise von über 800 Kilometern angetreten. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück weil sowas muss ich mir nicht bieten lassen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sven Swarberg
Guten Tag Wir sind gestern den 29.01 von Leer nach München gefahren zum Hotel um zum Fußball Spiel zu fahren was bis dahin auch alles okay war.Wir kamen nach dem Spiel gegen 23 Uhr wieder zum Hotel und wollten parken aber es gab keine Parkplätze mehr und ich bin in das Hotel rein gegangen und fragte wo man noch parken könnte da es hier keine Parkmöglichkeiten mehr gibt da wurde ich vom Hotel Personal angemeckert dann haben sie Pech und die nächste Möglichkeit wäre 5 Kilometer entfernt da müsste man parken und dann zum Hotel hinlaufen aber das wäre 1 Stunde zu Fuß gewesen und es war minus 1 grad und da laufe ich nicht 5 Kilometer zum Hotel.Ich habe mich dann selber auf die Suche gemacht nach einem Parkplatz aber leider keine Parkmöglichkeit im umkreis von 3 bis 5 Kilometern somit bin ich wieder zum Hotel gefahren und nochmal zu fragen ob das Personal keine andere Möglichkeit findet das wir irgendwo parken könnten da bekam ich nur die Antwort ich hätte kein Führerschein und ihn interessiert es nicht wo ich mit meinem Auto hingehen würde ich sollte meine Probleme nicht zu seinen machen.Darauf hin habe ich unsere Sachen aus dem Zimmer geholt was wir bis dahin nicht genutzt haben und haben die Heimreise von über 800 Kilometern angetreten. Die Rezeption scheint unterbesetzt zu sein. Telefonisch habe ich sie mehrfach versucht, zu erreixhen. Nie ging jemand dran, auch kein Anrufbeantworter. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht zwischendurch gerrinigt. Personell daher sehr schlecht. Alles andere war zum Glück sehr gut. Tolles Zimmer, Bad, Frühstück, das Hotel an sich, alles sehr toll. Schönes Hotel schlechter Sevice und im Verhältnis zu den Zimmerpreisen sehr hohe Parkgebühren, was einer zumindest intransparenten Preisgestaltung entspricht. Beim Check-in wurde man an des SB Terminal verwiesen obwohl 3 Mitarbeiter anwesend waren. Man wollte zunächst auch keine Rechnung ausstellen, mit Verweis auf Expedia. Die nach Diskussion ausgestellte Rechnung hatte dann die falsche Adresse obwohl die Rechnungsadresse beim Check-in hinterlegt wurde. Die Rechnung konntte dann auch nicht korrigiert werden. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

I stayed here earlier in tne week and it wss fine. However, ipon check in, the african clerk was rude and refused to fix his error in not providing 8 rooms with 2 beds each even though i had booked them that way. Another employee was able to get it taken care of but we stil didnt get what we booked and prepaid for. There were noisy kids and schoolgroups there that they would not get quiet and they ate the breakfast all up. Im an IHG rewards member and shouldnt have to put up with this for an 8 room block

Das Hotel macht alles in allem einen sehr guten Eindruck, und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird auch bei starkem Andrang ständig nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sauber und korrekt. Sechs Stockwerke mit je 45 Zimmer das sind bei Vollauslastung schon mal bis zu 540 Gäste, da kann es morgens beim Frühstück schon voll werden. Wir waren an einem Wochenende, an dem der FC Bayern ein Heimspiel hatte, dort. Nur Sonntag Morgen war es beim Frühstück sehr voll. Samstagabend war es aber an der Bar und im Aufenthaltsbereich ebenfalls sehr voll, und gegen 23 Uhr ist dort Schichtwechsel. Hier wurde dann 20 Minuten vorher die Bar zugemacht, und es wurden 25 Minuten keine durstigen Gäste bedient. Da hatten Servicekräfte Feierabend und der Nachtportier übernahm Rezeption und Bar. Das sich eine Person bei sehr guter Belegung des Hotels, vor allen Dingen um zwei Sachen gleichzeitig kümmern muss, ist hier zu bemängeln. Das die Personalführung dieses Hotels an solchen Tagen (durstige Fußballfans) den Nachtportier so hängen lässt, ist für uns überhaupt nicht nach zu vollziehen. Aber der Nachtportier an diesem 23.Februar 24 hat seine Aufgabe wunderbar, ruhig und souverän gemeistert, trotz lautstarker Kommentare einige Gäste. Die Anreise würde ich über die U6 bis Studentenstadt und dann in die Buslinie 177 bis Ingolstädter Straße machen.

Conviene prendere il ticket giornaliero per max 5 persone valido su tutti i mezzi pubblici.

This was a convenient location for our travel to and from Old Town and Oktoberfest. We took the 177 Bus to the Ubahn 2 (U2) station. It is only 6-7 stops to the main train station. The breakfast was good for continental plus. It could have used some more hot choices for breakfast.

We stayed here during Oktoberfest. The staff was helpful and it was walking distance to the bus stops to get us back and forth to the train stations. Their breakfast had a decent variety. The only thing I wish was that there was access to the water station in the evenings. We had to constantly buy bottled water from the bar. But otherwise, it was a good place to stay. There was a McDonald's and a gas station nearby that was walkable to pick up a few items.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Warning it is next to a prostitution house, however, it is not a bother. The area was very safe feeling. Bike rental near by. Close to public transportation. Close to grocery store, McDonald’s and a pharmacy. I would stay again. Munich is a wonderful city.

Very clean, well appointed room. Two single beds plus sofa bed well accommodated two adults and a teen. The breakfast was outstanding. Hotel was very accessible from city public transport and easy to get to by train and bus from airport.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It’s close to most of the touristic spots around Munich. I used a scooter to ride around, from the train station, to visiting Marienplatz, bmw museum, the Olympic Park, etc. Staffs were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious enough. So overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel to any solo or group travellers.
