Room and bathroom were very clean. The only uncomfortable thing was that the shower is open and water spills out of the shower even if one is careful. They have covered parking under the building, although access is narrow and you’ll need a small or medium car… medium SUV maximum. When I needed to checkout, there was nobody available there to turn in the keys of the room. I had to leave them with a cleaning lady, which wasn’t optimal, to say the least. Elevators sometimes take a long time to get where you need them, and only one of the two takes you to the parking levels. Last, the key system is old and unsafe; the first morning I wanted to get out, the key got stuck somehow and didn’t allow me to get out until I patiently figured it out… but took me 3 or 4 minutes to open the door. Had that happened during a fire, I would have gone back to ashes faster than I should.

Outstanding. The apartment was perfect: well located, new and clean accessories. The building staff were very helpful, and the underground parking lot is secured. We would love to come back and stay again!

The apartment didn’t look quite like the pictures. It was not a large studio, but a broken up studio. The Wi-Fi often didn’t work properly. I tried to get a parking spot but every time I came home at night someone had taken my spot so I was always moving around. But the beds are comfy. The place is very clean and it’s a nice place to rest.

Apartamento amplo, muito limpo (impecável). Serviço de limpeza todos os dias, kit de boas vindas muito bom, colchão bom, aquecimento muito bom (chegamos a pegar zero graus). Muito fiel as fotos e muito completo o apartamento. Localização excelente. Único ponto de melhoria, a água do chuveiro oscila bastante, requer ajustes na temperatura durante o banho.

O apartamento é bem menos conservado do que nas fotos. A cozinha é equipada de maneira adequada, com geladeira em tamanho grande e cama confortável. Achamos que a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, em especial na parte do banheiro. O isolamento de barulho é relativamente ruim - nosso "vizinho" de apartamento estava com televisão alta e, infelizmente, ficamos ouvindo tudo. A localização não é exatamente no centro, fica um pouco longe.

The apartment was okay, nothing great, but nothing terrible. My one complaint was that the room was extremely loud and you could hear noises coming from all other apartments around you. If someone dropped something on the floor in the next apartment over, it sounded like it was in your room. Other than that, it was a fine stay. There is a little cafe (Olivia cafe) down the street that has breakfast, but that is kind of the only food option in the immediate area. It was about a 25 minute walk to Calle Aristides Villanueva.

Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice room. The doorman, Eduardo, was the nicest and very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. Good for walking. Only downside is that the walls aren’t the thickest, so we did wake up from neighbors a couple of times. Would happily stay again!

Le Montreal is sleek, modern, clean and secure with HouseKeeping service daily if you desire. The Kitchen and large refrigerator is perfect for making breakfast and Fresh pasta! There is a famous Fresh Pasta shop 2 blocks away! The doormen (24 hours/ 7 days) are polite and friendly. And any concern I had recieved immediate response. The entire building staff are so kind. I will return to stay here.

Very nice, clean and well equipped apt w room service. Convenient to downtown. The front desk staff does not speak english so we used google translate. We were able to park our rented car in garage which was convenient and reduced our worry of having to park on street.

Outstanding stay for us. Clean, modern, even came with a bottle of wine. Management was very accommodating to a situation out of our control which further enhanced our stay. Would 100 percent stay here again next time we visit.

The room was very chic! We do not speak Spanish so communication was difficult. There was no one to consult with for recommendations, etc. we really did not care for the neighborhood. We could not find coffee shops or nice restaurants. The lobby was clean and stylish as was the room. We would have chosen another place because of the neighborhood and someone to consult with.

It was more than perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staffs were kind, and even the location. Next to hotel was small store that we could buy drinks we need! We liked here the most during our entire travel. Thank you so much!!

Incrível, nos surpreendemos com o apto, acomodações, recepção, limpeza e ainda tinha uma bandeja de boas vindas, com itens de café da manhã e ótima localização. Apto amplo, silenciosos, enxoval de cama e de banheiro excelentes, aquecimento do quarto ótimo, enfim, acomodações muito melhores que muitos hotéis 4 estrelas. Vale super a pena se hospedar, queremos voltar a Mendoza e com certeza ficaremos hospedados no Le Montreal novamente.

New, clean and comfortable apartment. As a female solo traveller I felt really safe. It was less than five mins walk to the closest supermarket and the location was very central. It had all the kitchen amenities I needed to cook proper meals when I didn’t feel like going out. The food pack and wine provided was outstanding.

Great stay, the apartment looks new. There was a light breakfast waiting for us in the fridge when we got there and the location is very walkable to sightsee downtown Mendoza. My only complaints would be that the apartment is lightly furnished, so sound travels (though the area is pretty quiet and we never heard of neighbors, but we were always afraid we were making too much noise when moving chairs after eating, for example).

Tudo muito bom. Qnd chegamos, fomos surpreendidos com uma garrafa de vinho e um lanchinho que deixaram pra gente. A cama é super confortável e o apartamento bem cuidado. Só deixo a sugestão de colocarem um boxe fechado no banheiro, pois quando tomávamos banho, molhava tudo.
