Le logement est adapté pour quatre personnes mais pas plus. La ventilation de la salle de bain est bruyante et fonctionne mal. Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement sans chauffage. Le logement reste correct mais je ne recommande pas.

Það var mjög pirrandi að allir þessir fuglar (Máfar) voru í oirtinu og vöktu bæði óhug og óþrif. Svo vantaði reykskynjara í íbúðina sem er ekki til að vekja traust í svona gömlu húsi. Annað var í lagi.

Brotinn hægindastóll í einu svefnherberginu, hættulegt. Ryklag yfir ljósi yfir eldhúsborði. Ekki nægur klósettpappír, vantaði eldhúspappír og vantaði sturtusápu. Vantaði fataskápshurð í eitt herbergið. Eitt herbergið flagnað í lofti eftir leka. MIKILL hávaði um kvöld og nætur í ungmennum beint fyrir utan á Ráðhústorginu. Íbúðin er hugguleg og ágætlega skipulögð en þyrfti að vera betur við haldið.
