Sentralt beliggende men rolig. Parkeringsmulighet et pluss. Rommet bar litt preg av å være i et eldre bygg som som det er noen år siden ble pusset opp. Kunsten på veggene kan med fordel byttes ut.

Appartement agréable mais ambiguïté sur le parking noté disponible dans la description certes , mais payant et cher! Pas d’éponge pour l’évier, uniquement une brosse donc utilisation de papier absorbant pour nettoyer plaque de cuisson, nécessité de fournir un mode d’emploi pour le combiné four, lave-vaisselle et hotte de cuisson. La réactivité aux mails est un peu longue ( demi -journée)

Som alltid veldig fornøyd med The Sweet. Er veldig praktisk med kjøkkenet, som også er utstyrt med presskanne for kaffe. Rent og fint og med et område til å sitte nede i 1. etasje hvis man vil sitte en annen plass en på rommet.

Did not like that the separate parking company man gave us a $60 parkinv ticket because the machine declined our card but we didnt realize it. It spit out a tag and we pit it in the window.the parking man was there and could have told us instead of giving us a ticket!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Please note there is no reception or bag drop on site. You have to go across town if you need luggage storage or anything like that. We arrived early and phoned the number and they were really helpful. Our room was gorgeous, bed was really comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is separated by a glass wall which is a trend I’m really not a fan of but it wasn’t as bad as some I’ve seen. The shower did also leak into the main room (just a design flaw of the wet room and glass wall) so we had to put a towel down but it wasn’t too bad. Lots of storage and seating which was a nice bonus. The building itself is a beautiful old building which has been converted nicely. Great location with good food and coffee nearby, good transport links and walkable to most things. Would stay again!

Her kommer vi gjerne igjen. Stille og rolig og alt vi trengte for vårt opphold. God seng og sengetøy. Badet var stort og fint med hyller og oppheng for klær. Parkering i gården, veldig praktisk.Takk for oss😊Hilsen Karin.

Excellent location. Rooms are clean with good facilities. However, there was only one time of room service over 4 days and that happened in the morning we checked out which was not helpful. Supplies like toilet papers ran out because of a lack of service. The worst thing is that there is no reception or staff attending at all. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the checkin time and there was nobody to look after the luggages which most hotels usuually do. TV does not work but there was no staff to seek help from.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the communication to be excellent as we checked in late so had instructions as to how to enter. All very clear. The room was nice, a little tight for two people, but we made it work. There was hairs in the bed and bathroom, which were quite obvious, so maybe a little more attention to detail would make a better first impression. It was however, very clean otherwise with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook as there is a hob and oven. Lovely place and would come back.

Auf den ersten Blick schön renoviert und ruhig - dennoch ziemlich zentral gelegen. Leider gab es Probleme beim CheckIn und es benötigte mehrere Nachrichten, Emails, sowie Anrufversuche, bis CheckIn erfolgreich durchgeführt werden konnte. Keine Kaffemaschine in den Apartements, diese kann man aber gegen Entgelt hinzu mieten. Bad/WC war nicht sauber gegereinigt worden oder jemand hatte es nach der Reinigung erneut benutzt. Bett zwar bequem, aber viel zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene Personen. Fehlende Glühbirnen bei Nachttischlampe und das nicjt dimmbare Licht trotz Dimmschaltern trüben den Gesamteindruck. Das Lavabo im Bad weist viele sichtbare Risse, hoffen, es ü erlebt unseren Aufenthalt. Die Grösse ist zwar ausreichend für 2, aber verdient den Namen Superior nicht. Es ist einfach zu klein der Schrank aus der Beschreibung fehlt ebenfalls (nur eine offene Garderobe vorhanden). Lage gefiel uns gut, alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. ÖV ebenfalls gut erreichbar.

Veldig fin leilighet med det du trenger av det nødvendigste. Jeg liker godt beliggenheten og gåturen gjennom Slottsparken når man skal ned til sentrum. Fin og koselig restaurering. Hyggelig personale tok imot meg. Renholdet var det eneste minuset, da de ikke hadde gjort en ordentlig jobb på badet, noe man særlig ønsker skal være skikkelig rent når man kommer. Utenom det, så anbefaler jeg the sweet!

Nice apartment in a residential neighborhood. We felt safe. Near tram and bus. Nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing we did not like were the showers as they let the water out through the floor and we had to put towels so the water would not go everywhere.

Liked: Location: a few minutes to the closest tram stop or 15 minutes to the royal palace and 20 to the central station /main shopping area. Check in service: great. The lady checked us in was lovely and allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early than the official 3pm check in time. Room: beautiful decorated. A well equipped kitchen (tho the only thing we used was the kettle). The beds are conformable. The building: beautiful old ish building, wide corridor and centre lounge room. Didn't like: Leaking shower: water leaked from the shower and flooded half of the bathroom floor after we had shower. The housekeeping people came to have a look and cleaned the drain of the shower. We thought it was fixed. The next morning, water leaked again. It actually came out underneath the glass panels which are not sealed with 0.5cm gap between the glass panels and the floor. No daily housekeeping service: on the first morning, we were given fresh towers before we left the room to go out. When we came back in late afternoon, the room was not cleaned. On the next day, we came back to the room in late afternoon and found out the room was not cleaned, again. It was no point to complain as we were leaving the next morning. Otherwise, I would've given 5 star if not the above issues. overall it is a nice hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful connecting rooms – perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk everywhere, and it was super convenient to reach the train station or catch a bus. Our only issue was with the showers. While the water pressure was excellent, the lack of a rubber seal on the bottom of the shower doors caused water to flood the bathroom floor each time we used it, which was quite a hassle. That said, the rooms themselves were cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay with just a small drawback.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Oslo, in una bellissima zona vicino al palazzo reale e a pochi metri da una delle principali vie degli acquisti e delle principali linee di tram. l'appartamento era un po' piccolo e la doccia non era adeguatamente isolata facendo passare l'acqua verso il resto del bagno, per il resto tutto ok

Somewhat unclear instructions regarding check-in and such. There is no reception, everything is done through an app. The night we arrived, we couldn't get the key in the app to work. Other arrivals that day had the same problem. It did get resolved and there the app worked flawlessly for the remainder of the trip. If you have need for accessibility for a baby wagon or wheelchair or the like, you have to go around to the back entrance.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Nicely decorated, clean and had a beautiful ambiance! The location is so nice. Close to shops, restaurants, transportation and it is a quiet place for a good night's sleep. The only thing which caused some confusion was the check in routine and keys. I was locked out of the room 3 times due to the app key didn't work. But I could call them and they were very service minded and helped me. I will absolutely be back and I loved the apartment with all its nice amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

Lieu très bien Propre.personnels invisible personne.a notre arrivée pas de clé la machine ne marchais pas . Impossible de joindre quelqu'un.on a faillit resté devant la porte si une femme de chambre est venue nous ouvrir.apres on nous a envoyé une clé électronique sur un site qui fallait faire a chaque porte pour entrée.ce qui fait que pendant notre séjour impossible de sortir séparé avec mon mari car un portable a la clé.surtout si vous ne parlez pas anglais a éviter cet établissement.

The apartment is spacious, and it was nice having a living room to retreat to when our daughter was sleeping. It was very centrally located, as well - the location was really great. Seemed clean and nothing seemed broken or worn out, which was nice. Check in was a pain, though. The app they had us download didn't work, and neither did their machine in the basement, and I had to call and wait 10 minutes to talk to someone who could reset it and get us into the apartment. So between everything it took a while to get in. I also don't love the airbnb model of having to run the dishwasher and take out the trash at the end, but it wasn't too bad. We also had to buy our own toilet paper since they only provide the first roll, and since we had 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) an extra towel would have been nice. I believe there were only two. Overall, I'd stay again since the price was fair but if you want a luxury experience, this isn't really it.

The bathroom is separated by a glass wall which is a trend I’m really not a fan of but it wasn’t as bad as some I’ve seen. The shower did also leak into the main room (just a design flaw of the wet room and glass wall) so we had to put a towel down but it wasn’t too bad. Lots of storage and seating which was a nice bonus. The building itself is a beautiful old building which has been converted nicely. Excellent location. Rooms are clean with good facilities. However, there was only one time of room service over 4 days and that happened in the morning we checked out which was not helpful. Supplies like toilet papers ran out because of a lack of service. The worst thing is that there is no reception or staff attending at all. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the checkin time and there was nobody to look after the luggages which most hotels usuually do. TV does not work but there was no staff to seek help from.

Comfortable apartment in a good location. The check-in process was a complete nightmare. Despite following the instructions, the electronic key didn't work. No one was at the hotel. Very nice appartment for my business trip to Oslo. Nice historic building in a stylish neighborhood. Close to city center and Royal Castle. The appartment has a small kitchen which was nice for me to eat light breakfast (not fan of big hotel buffets). All in all perfect place for me to stay.

Som alltid veldig fornøyd med The Sweet. Er veldig praktisk med kjøkkenet, som også er utstyrt med presskanne for kaffe. Rent og fint og med et område til å sitte nede i 1. etasje hvis man vil sitte en annen plass en på rommet.

Dette må være Oslos mest sjarmerende overnattingssted! Her har flinke arkitekter klart å lage flotte og komfortable rom i en fredet bygning, og bevart mange originale detaljer. Balkong på rommet. Stille området. Ingen frokost, men med eget kjøkken og kafeer et par minutter unna, går det fint. Rent og fint.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft but comfortable also. The kitchenette was reasonably well furnished with pots and dishware. There was no coffeemaker of any kind. Not even a French press. And although there are two large Nespresso machines in the lobby that one can use (at a cost per beverage) neither machine was functioning for the entire two weeks I stayed. Also, apart from cleaning staff there is zero staff on the grounds ever. So if issues do arise the response time can be somewhat long. Overall, a fine and comfortable place to stay with a few small but annoying shortcomings.

Overall, my experience was good. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The ventilation in the room could be better. If a room is intended for more than two people, providing an extra fan would make it much more comfortable. It would also be helpful to install more electrical sockets or provide an extension cord, so guests don't have to move their appliances to the other side of the room just to use them.

Very disappointing stay. Several amenities in the apartment were not working, and we reported the problems as soon as we found them. We asked for repairs or replacements more than once and nothing was done — not on the first day, not on the second, but on last day before we checked out. The response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and no one bothered to apologise at any stage. We chose an apartment specifically so we could cook our own meals as a family, and that was a big part of what we paid for. It simply did not work as advertised. Poor customer care and poor value for the money. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

I have stayed at The Sweet several times in Oslo and have enjoyed it, but this time the tempature in on our top floor apartment was a big issue, so the 3 night stay was not pleasant. I do recommend The Sweet for good value for money, but please note that the property is not air conditioned, with only one window to open in a large apartment. Will visit again, but not in the summer months.
