Great location, great service, friendly staff. but the rooms are small. And no parking. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Pas de place de parking au alentour

Our room was well presented and clean. We stayed on the fifth floor in a double room. We had a lovely view from the double door window of the Sacre Cœur. However, the room was on the small side, even just the two of us. When getting ready on a morning we were practically on top of each other. Also, the bathroom door was a sliding door and did not block any noise from in there so you could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in there as if you were sat in the room with them. This might not be an issue for some but just so people are aware. When we first arrived at the hotel, we'd been travelling all afternoon and evening with heavy cases and bags. When we presented at the reception desk, we initially found the man behind the counter to be a little rude and short with us. We didn't feel like we were warmly welcomed, and there was little to no information given to us other than what number our room was and what the code for the front door and WiFi password was - we had to work out the rest. This was a little disappointing to be honest. There may have been a language barrier however, but it still seemed like a lack of interest and welcome from him. Other than that, the other staff we met were pleasant.

Small but clean with the kindest member of staff we will definitely be back thanks.

Bien mais pas super propre

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel SUB. I first stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Paris for Roland Garros. I liked the hotel, so I returned a week later foe 3 nights prior to coming back home. Although the hotel is a bit on the outskirts of Paris, it is located close to the train station and the bus stop, making going to Center Paris super easy. It would take me about 50 min to get to Roland Garros, which is not bad at all. The hotel is also closer to Charles de Gaulle, so for me it was a perfect location. I also enjoyed the simple town vibes. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops walking distance, and of course there are several grocery stores around. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are small, which is common for Europe, the beds are comfortable, they do change your towels everyday, and the cleaning lady does a good job! The staff is pretty nice and helpful. I didnt get the breakfast, because I never had enough time to sit down and eat. But my friend who ate at the hotel, told me it was simple but good enough. For me, cleanliness and location are the most important, and Hot SUB covers both. I will definitely stay here again.

The area was clean. And i stayed in a shared room bunkbeds. Everyday they clean the bathroom and room. Feel safe during my stay. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and wanna visit paris.

Très propre et personnel aimable

Une nuit passée avec un accueil agréable. En revanche, plusieurs points ont rendu le séjour décevant. La chambre n’était pas insonorisée : les occupants du dessus ont parlé et crié jusqu’à 2h du matin, en fumant dans leur chambre — les odeurs de cigarette passant par la grille d’aération. À notre arrivée, la chambre sans chauffage (15°), ce qui n’a pas rendu la douche très confortable. La télévision ne captait qu’une partie des chaînes, une ampoule clignotait façon stroboscope. Le joint de la douche inexistant donc nous avons finit les pieds dans l'eau dans le reste de la salle de bain. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était classique mais sans saveur, et la partie censée être chaude était... froide. En résumé : un prix trop élevé au vu de la qualité globale du séjour.

Personnel agréable Chambre calme et propre

La chambre était propre, petite mais fonctionnelle et confortable. Deux petits points négatifs, j'avais la chambre juste au dessus du hall d'entrée et l'isolation acoustique n'est pas parfaite et l'eau de la douche qui fait des siennes de temps en temps. Rien de rédhibitoire, donc je recommande le lieu

La chambre était petite, mais très propre et confortable, avec des détails très appréciables comme de bonnes lampes de chevet, de belles serviettes dans la salle de bain, tout ce qu'il faut pour ranger ses affaires.

L'insonorisation est à revoir. La chambre été assez petite pour 2 personnes et la vue inexistante. Très regrettable au vu du prix

Sound insulation is not so good . Always hear the sound from above in the toilet.

Extrêmement bruyant : on entend tout ce qu’il se passe et se dit dans les chambres d’à côté ainsi que les portes qui claquent vraiment très fort. La proximité des transports est pratique mais la conséquence est le bruit.

The only bad thing is WiFi, I was on 5th floor and my connection is always interrupting

Très mal isolé, le voisin éternue et se mouche, on entend tout. Dommage d'avoir eu une chambre avec une porte communicante sur une autre chambre, même si la porte était condamné.

The evelator was funny. Only one or two tiny people can go up. Limited space in rooms too.

Location was amazing, located near the train, amazing staff.

Bonjour, Malgré une confirmation internet et un paiement accepté, en arrivant à l'hotel, pas de chambre libre. J'ai du trouver par mes propres moyens un autre hôtel. J'attends évidemment le remboursement de la nuitée. Cordialement

When i went there for check in. He said to me you should have to pay more for tax. I said i already paid tax. He said you paid tax to Expedia not us. You shuld have to pay once again. I said why you not mention it on booking.He charged me 5.50 euro for one night.

Idéalement situé à une centaine de mètres de la gare de Bois Colombes -> 8 min de train pour aller à Paris Saint Lazare, train à fréquence élevée et la rue de l'hôtel donne sur la rue principale et commerçante d'Asnières/Seine. Service très correct. Petit déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité. Hôtel calme.

A comfortable, clean, quiet and easily accessible hotel about 10mins train journey from Paris. Plenty of local brasseries and restauramts and fast food options within a 5 mins walk radius for dinner. Lovely and helpful staff on reception. Highly recommend, we'll certainly be back!

The property was easy to find. Lots of small shops around the area. Bus stop conveniently close by with easy access to different locations.

Personnel aimable et serviable. Chambre très correcte, mais les murs comme souvent dans les hôtels très minces et donc on entend les bruits des autres chambres, mais cela ne m'a pas gêné tellement, on entend aussi beaucoup le transilien qui passe pas loin, ça veut dire aussi que la gare pour le prendre est proche, ce qui est un bon point.

Perfect base for a weekend in Paris. Short walk from the train which goes into central Paris. Rooms were small but with everything you could want and clean and modern. We would happily return.

This is our second time staying here and will always be our go to when staying in Paris. In a gorgeous area with lots of bakeries and great transportation to central Paris and the attractions.

Shower pressure and temperature are great. The neighborhood had everything you could need Easy walk to the station.

It was great to hace the Train station so close! Loved the many options of places to eat nearby! The staff of the hotel and chef were all really nice and helpful!! Could improve the conditions of the sight of the tables outside front and back. Very pleased in general!!

Hôtel très charmant, rénové donc neuf et de qualité. Très bien placé. La chambre était grande, très propre, grand confort et très spacieuse. Le service petit déjeuner haut de gamme. Un hôtel à recommander. J'adore.
