The hotel was about 25 minutes from the airport. We came late at night so it was perfect to get to bed asap after landing. Bathroom was great very modern and clean for Sri Lanka. The pool was the star though, well maintained and lovely for a dip before check out. We stayed one night.

Ample chambre pour 5 avec trois lits queen. Belle vue de la chambre sur les grands jardins environnants très soignés autour de la structure. Belle piscine pour se relaxer et se reposer avant ou apres le vol. L'endroit est isolé et très tranquille. À 20 mins en navette gratuite de l'aeroport. Pas de commerces ou restauration proches mais en tuktuk 10 minutes et vous etes sur les rues commercantes de Negombo

a nice quiet nest away from the hustle and bustle and yet convenient for travelers as the airport is max. 15min away. The road to the hotel is a bit rural, but once you pass the gate, a beautifully landscaped park with a generous run awaits you. A lot of birds and other beautiful animals can be seen there. The pool is well laid out and also suitable for children. We were only there for one night as we were on our way back to Singapore. This is a nice place to stay for those who need peace and quiet after their vacation. The rooms are generously sized as are the detached bungalows on the grounds. The furnishings in the rooms are standard.

Amazing hotel. Staff so lovely and helpful, grounds beautiful, fantastic pool and pool area. This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka.

They don't answer the phone, difficult to make contact for Airport transfer. I have to wait for over 40 minutes for the driver. No welcoming drink. Bed sheet and pillowcases dirty. Broken shower, handheld shower missing, bathroom ceiling mouldy. Toilet seat not secured. The room had a bad smell and not maintained. Good luck with the 24-hour front desk!!

They supposed to pick up us from the airport and it didn’t happen, we paid taxi at midnight to go there and no one single explanation why they didn’t go. Rooms, swimming pool and gardens good, clean and pretty

I’m giving 3 stars for the shuttle service and the convenience of the location, but the rooms are in a poor condition. Moldy bathrooms, stained towels and bedsheets to say the least. Too much noise early in the morning. It was too much to even to bring it up to the management. I wouldn’t stay there again and I don’t recommend it.

Rummet var rent och fint. Transfer till flygplatsen ingick. Hotellet är ganska slitet om man jämför med bilderna och hade inte den roligaste maten, men perfekt som sista stopp för att sova innan ett tidigt flyg.

We stayed one night only for our early flight. Hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and staff were friendly , unfortunately we can’t rate it any higher than 2 because of amount of cockroaches we had in our room and cleanliness of the place. This Place really need to tackle the issue, we have seen things like this even in a higher hotels , but the size and amount of it - put us off. We wouldn’t recommend and would t go back.

I arrived late to the hotel and the staff was there ready to welcome me and get me all settled in. They were super helpful and always attentive. The restaurant was delicious, the room was massive and clean, the pool was relaxing and the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. It’s a hidden gem in Colombo.

We were only there for a few hours to wash up and get some sleep before our 3 am flight the following morning. Although the hotel was old, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was loud and the TV controls wouldn’t work but the staff replaced some of the equipment and got it working. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very efficient. It served the purpose that we wanted.

コテージタイプホテル。深夜便で1時間以上遅れて到着。送迎は大変ありがたかったです。コスパの良い空港周辺トランジットホテルなので、多くは望みませんが、部屋は広いですが、古い。全体的な設備も古い。朝食はフルーツ、パンとソーセージと目玉焼きのセット。別料金でしたし、あまり美味しくもなく、ボリュームもありません。

Food was very expensive, tasteless and small in quantity with no variety. We had to wait an hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle to arrive and pick up to take us to the hotel. Even we had to call many times to the hotel for this. There was no internet working in the room.

This transit hotel is wonderful value. The site is lovely with a range of trees and plants and the pool is excellent. The room is good although a couple of fittings in the bathroom were in need of attention. The service is good in the restaurant and we enjoyed our two meals. Overall, a really great value in lace to stay.

We had a number of issues during our stay, and when I raised it with the owner, he blamed his Sri Lankan staff. They aren’t responsible for Washing Machines breaking down, being assigned rooms other than that which we had booked, and the satellite TV not working!!! I was really disastrously when he pointed at one worker and picked her out for wanting to work a half day. Last time we weren’t picked up from the airport. I won’t be staying again, but I do wish the staff well, as they tried so hard to make up for the obvious lack of investment. I was amazed to see the owners child, who could hardly see over the steering wheel, being permitted to use the grounds to drive the Mini around in. Maybe he was 12?

I booked one night stay for Friday night but our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to Sri Lanka until Saturday morning at 10 AM. The hotel still came to pick us up, made us breakfast and let us stay for couple hours so we could sleep properly. The check out time was 12 noon but we didn’t leave until almost 2:30. Amazing staff and hospitality. Would definitely rebook it before we leave Sri Lanka 🇱🇰!

90 mins and still waiting for my airport transfer. After 24 hours of travel the last thing you want to do is make a dozen phone calls to find out where your transportation is. Only to then be told they weren’t there when they’re supposed to be. They’re another 10 mins away. I’m really hoping the actually stay makes up for it, but I wasn’t planning on being there long and now my stay is even shorter. Also please note, the hotel phone number is not in service.

A green oasis in a village setting but only 20 minutes in their transit van to Bandaranaika Airport. Very nice property managers. Remarkably the aircraft noise is like distant thunder - barely discernable.

Un hôtel qui nous a offert tout le confort nécessaire à notre arrivée au sri lanka pour un prix très correct. Situé à 20mn en tuk tuk de l'aéroport nous y avons trouvé un personnel très agréable et accueillant. Endroit très sympa pour se remettre du voyage et commencer à découvrir le pays. Nous reprendrons sans doute cet hôtel lors de notre départ. Il possède une piscine ce qui est un plus ++

Staff are too good. Very beautiful place. Finding Uber is little challenging. However, the hotel has the option of drop off and pick up and the price is just little above Uber price. They are fantastic people. I’ll definitely visit this place again if I get chance to Sri Lanka again. Thank you!

Great value for money! A cheap Uber away from the airport and a huge room which exceeded expectations. Nice refreshing pool to dip into as well. Only shame was that we booked for airport pickup. Me and my friends all attempted to call the hotel 3 times in the week prior and the hotel was uncontactable. They only got back to us when my Uber to go to the hotel was booked! Breakfast is also very simple (toast, eggs, cut fruit, half a sausage) but good to get some food in before heading out for the day. That being said, it was great value to stay for the night. Would pop by again!

Recommend this hotel. Nice pool and the lady manager was friendly. I didnt like their pay first policy. Expedia had my credit card details so i couldnt have left without paying. Pity the restaurant took a long time to produce food even in a non busy time.
