I was informed that the late check-in will be charged 50€ till 21:00 and 120€ after 21:00, it was extremely complicated to get to the late checkin. It took 5 calls and several emails to confirm the late checkin and made it very complicated and leaving me with high uncertainty until the late checkin while being charged 50€ at the end. Further the Air Condition (AC) remote was not provided in the hotel room and kept at the reception, so I ended up with a hotel room with around 30degrees for one night until I have received the control on the next day with the comment that they forgot to hand it at the check-in. With such complicated proceedings I would not recommend this hotel for business travels

L'emplacement du logement est bien desservie, proche de tout et simple à trouver La réceptionniste était très gentille, parle très bien anglais et nous a tout bien expliqué Néanmoins, la taxe de séjour est très enlevé, il est demandé 2.5€ par personne et par jour (ce qui est normal) mais aussi 5€ pour les draps par personne et par jour.... La note monte vite.... Notre chambre devait être au dernier étage sans ascenseur mais la réceptionniste nous a changé pour la chambre au première étage car notre valise était lourde La chambre sentait fort le febreeze mais celle-ci était propre et équipé du strict minimum Par contre, l'isolation est terrible, nous entendons tout, nous avons le sommeil lourd donc ça allait

Charming, with a lot of character. You can reach all the main attractions in the city centre by walk. Friendly staff, you need something, just ask. Would like a kettle in the room, but there was a hairdryer in the bathroom (so, one of two 😁). Overall very good option for the price.

Premesso che non c’è l’ascensore e avevo la camera al 3o piano. Più che un hotel è un b&b. Camere rumorose. Quindi scale su scale molto ripide con i bagagli.

O hotel é um pouco longe do centro mas o custo benefício vale a pena. Li comentários sobre ser barulhento, mas não tivemos nenhum inconveniente. Foi super silencioso, muito confortável. Vi dois problemas apenas, não tinha elevador e eram muitas escadas, muitas mesmo. E ao sair eles te obrigam a deixar a chave do quarto na recepção, não entendi porque mas enfim.

Unless you are deaf or deadly drunk it is impossible to sleep there, it is so noisy. Toilet seat is broken as well as shower head. Towels had brown stains. No kettle or cups. I scraped my leg to blood on rusty bed frame.

Os quartos não são a prova de som. Cuidado com o piso do banheiro, qdo sair do box (ambos escorregamos e caímos). Poucos cobertores, algumas noites passamos frio.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly and helped accommodate the third guest we added after making the initial booking. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center by metro and 30 minutes from the train station. While it is a bit out of the city, the location is very nice and seems very safe. It appears to be a family neighborhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. For the price it is definitely worth it!

The comforter provided had blood stains. We were asked to leave the room key with the front desk when we are going out. The rooms don’t have any soundproofing, and as a result our sleep was disturbed by a huge argument between the front desk staff and a customer. Not recommending to anyone.

Im Hotelzimmer war es sehr kalt und nach Nachfrage beim Personal wurden die Heizungen nicht angemacht. Neben dem Hotel war ein Musik Studio, dass bis 23 Uhr sehr laut Musik machte. An sich ein einfaches aber nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel.

+It was pleasant. Value for money. It wasn’t far from metro so it was easy to move. It was clean and smells good -small room small bed and very hard but fir the money considering that Milano is expensive I’m satisfied

We stayed here for one night, anything longer i would not recommend. Since the room was cheap we did not expect much, but we’re still thoroughly disappointed and annoyed after our stay. When leaving the hotel we had to leave our room key behind, which we did not feel comfortable with at all. The room itself was spacious and equipments with everything needed, but not in great condition or quality. For a double room the hotel provided one proper pillow and one that was neither comfortable nor sufficient. The worst part of our stay was that around 6:15 am someone in the hotel started to walk up and down the stairs and entering various rooms for over 30 minutes. The carpet weights on the stairs made a clinking sound with each step. Furthermore the rooms are not sound isolated at all so you could hear every step and movement of furniture, luggage, etc.. Since the entrance door to the room was not fitted flush so light from the reception would illuminate the room the entire night. It is safe to say that we were not happy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Generell ein authentisches Hotel und nettes Personal. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke. Man hört jedes Geräusch vom Treppe Haus und wenn jemand die Toilettenspülung über uns bedient dann ist das wie ein lautes Rauschen der Niagarafälle.

We had booked to stay at Boutique Hotel Calais Milano well in advance of our booking. When we arrived to check in (fairly late at around 11pm, but not completely unreasonable for a check-in after an international flight) we were informed that we would actually be staying at a different hotel just down the road, but assured that the room would be bigger and nicer and we’d “really love it”. This was slightly odd! Had Boutique Hotel Calais Milano oversold rooms or given ours to someone else? We walked down to the other hotel and shown to our room there. It was indeed bigger, but this hotel didn’t feel quite as nice as Boutique Hotel Calais Milano. When we left the next morning we handed our keys back at this other hotel and so basically had no connection with Boutique Hotel Calais Milano, the hotel we had actually booked to stay at.

The staff was all the difference in the world- and the main difference between 3 (possibly 2) stars and 4. It was not as convenient as you would think and the distance from the train station required auto transport is f you have baggage.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et c’était parfait. La chambre était propre et climatisée. Le monsieur de l’accueil était très gentil et bienveillant à notre égard. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à 10/15 minutes du centre en transports, parfait pour les séjours de courte ou de moyenne durée.

El vuelo se retrasó 4 horas por lo que llegamos sobre las 10 de la noche al hotel. Nos hicieron pagar 35€ de mas por hacer el check in más tarde de las 8. No hay ninguna información sobre esto en la reserva. Las habitaciones están bien, pero la cama es extremadamente incómoda y ruidosa, cada vez que alguien en la cama se mueve, hace un ruido increíble. El vuelo se retrasó 4 horas por lo que llegamos sobre las 10 de la noche al hotel. Nos hicieron pagar 35€ de mas por hacer el check in más tarde de las 8. No hay ninguna información sobre esto en la reserva. Las habitaciones están bien, pero la cama es extremadamente incómoda y ruidosa, cada vez que alguien en la cama se mueve, hace un ruido increíble. Our room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly and helped accommodate the third guest we added after making the initial booking. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center by metro and 30 minutes from the train station. While it is a bit out of the city, the location is very nice and seems very safe. It appears to be a family neighborhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. For the price it is definitely worth it!

Avevo prenotato per una notte al 'Boutique Calais' ma una volta arrivato mi hanno detto che la stanza era stata preparata su un'altra loro struttura a pochi metri (Villa Giovanna)..e già qua si doveva avvisare il cliente in anticipo, non si fa un downgrade di camera/struttura senza avvertire prima. Quindi tutte le foto di Hotels.com differiscono dalla struttura per cui avevo prenotato. Il bagno era allegato di acqua ma il personale devo dire che è stato solerte nel ripristinare il danno. La reception praticamente assente in quanto in comune tra le due strutture con il personale che fa la spola: per ogni cosa bisogna chiamare telefonicamente al numero indicato. Troppo scomodo. L'interno della stanza (avevo chiesto una singola e mi hanno dato una tripla) spartano, economico e con bisogno di rinnovo. Vista l'organizzazione, non consiglio nessuna delle due strutture (Boutique Calais dove ho prenotato e Villa Giovanna dove ho pernottato)

O hotel é um pouco longe do centro mas o custo benefício vale a pena. Li comentários sobre ser barulhento, mas não tivemos nenhum inconveniente. Foi super silencioso, muito confortável. Vi dois problemas apenas, não tinha elevador e eram muitas escadas, muitas mesmo. E ao sair eles te obrigam a deixar a chave do quarto na recepção, não entendi porque mas enfim.

Do not recommend! I had a horrible case of bed bugs at this hotel. I tried switching rooms that night and was told no. I received about 40 bites in total across my face, legs, arms and feet. I asked for a reimbursement and was told no. The hotel staff was relatively nice, but the owner and management was horrible. I am utterly disappointed that I wouldn’t be reimbursed.

It is a ok hotel. Everything was bare minimum. There is no soap or anything complimentary. Only towel in the bathroom, 2 pillow per bed. Our room as 2 bed just for 2ppl. Which i found weird , i didnt request for it. The room was decent and clean . It is good to stay for a night. But for what we paid i expected more.
