Staff was friendly and got us checked in. Free parking in the parking garage. Full buffet breakfast and a decent dinner menu as well as a convenient bar. Room was clean and the large window was great to get a breeze into the room.

It was the perfect last night stay before flying out of MUC the next morning. Aldi was right across the street for last minute items. the hotel room had everything needed. The pillows might need to be replaced, were pretty flat. Clean, easy on-street parking, and well appointed. Could definitely use a refrigerator.

The staff really make this a wonderful property to visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. No real shuttle service from the airport, and taxi was quite pricey. The room was quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good. Not much around the hotel as far as sight seeing, but to be able to get some rest before traveling further into the country, it was great!

Staff were absolutely fabulous in the bar and dining area along with reception. My only negative was having paid nearly €1000 for a 2 night stay ,that i was not entitled to breakfast without an additional €18 charge. Felt this was extremely greedy as i was also spending €100 each evening at dinner. Place is also a bit out of the way for attending Bauma in the midst of an industrial area with the exception of an Aldi within walking distance.

Im Ersatzzimmer war am nächsten Morgen das Waschbecken verstopft, also hatte ich innerhalb eines Tages zwei Probleme im zwei Bäder. Die Rezeption war freundlich und bot mir ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade sowie einen Gutschein für ein Gratisgetränk an. Da die Bar am angegebenen Datum geschlossen war und ich keinen Alkohol trinke, war der Gutschein für mich faktisch nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstücksangebot war für mich als Veganerin ungeeignet. Das Essen wirkte insgesamt ungesund, und die Brötchen machten keinen frischen Eindruck. Positiv war die ruhige Lage in Unterschleißheim, relativ nah zur S-Bahn und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Für Menschen, die sich gesund ernähren und einen erholsamen, stressfreien Aufenthalt suchen, kann ich dieses Hotel jedoch nicht empfehlen.

We stayed for four nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the staff were very kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great if it’s not included in your room I highly recommend adding it. The bar staff were fantastic, Tamari was especially kind and helpful with all of our questions as we were Canadians travelling to Europe for the first time. Theres a few restaurants and shops in the area, we really enjoyed Ratschillers for coffee and baked goods and Konigs Gastatte for dinner. We took the S Bahn into Munich and highly recommend this over taking a taxi or Uber. With high traffic it actually is shorter to take the train than to drive.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Italien und haben bei München halt gemacht zum Übernachten.Zimmer sauber Check in schnell.Frühstück kann man dazubuchen für p.p 18,50€ es war hervorragend viel Auswahl und sehr lecker.Wenn wir wieder auf der Durchreise sind würden wir dieses Hotel nehmen auch für mehrere Nächte.

Die Brötchen sind leider ohne Geschmack und Aufbackware aus der Kühlung, sicher würde es einen Bäcker geben, der frische Brötchen liefern könnte, das Vollkornbrot in Scheiben war schon wellig.....sonst alles weitere am Frühstück i.O. Warum aber in der Dusche das Silikon schwarz verschimmelt ist, das muss es heute nicht mehr geben.

The room was fine and the checkin was easy. It would improve the room if there were extra pillows provided. There is no air conditioning, and it was a very warm night. The fan was very dusty and dirty, and we didn't dare turn it on. that would make the stay more pleasant. However, otherwise, it was. a nice stay.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It took quite some time to check in due to the rooms not being ready. Couldn’t check in for almost an hour. It was very upsetting to see other guest check in while we waited in the lobby for an hour after traveling on a plane for 10 hrs overnight and a 7 hr time difference. They did try to make it up by giving us some free drinks in the bar. That we appreciated.

Nous sommes arrivés ds la chambre,il faisait une chaleur comme ds un sauna!!je l ai signalé a la réception et il m ont répondu que c était l été ! !j ai demandé ou était l airco!!niet ds tout l hotel ils m ont répondu avec humour d ouvrir la fenêtre ! !je n'ai quasiment pas dormi!

Die Zimmer sind leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wurden, wenn, nur notdürftig renoviert. Die Möbel im Zimmer hatten diverse Macken. Alte Lichtschalter wurden mit billigen Abdeckungen versehen, die ehemalige Verbindungstür zum nachbarzimmer mit einer Einfachen Vertäfelung verkleidet. Die Fliesen im Bad hatten diverse abplatzer. Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte seine besten Tage schon vor langer Zeit gesehen. Bett und Matratze waren gut. Und das Zimmer war sauber (bis auf den Teppich, den man nicht mehr dazu bekommt, dass er sauber aussieht).

I stayed for one night in this hotel because my flight was canceled. It was a nice an modern hotel, but my room doesn't have an airconditioning. There was a fan in the room. In the room it was very warm.

Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Vorallem Bodenbeläge im Zimmer und Korridors (Teppich) sollten unbedingt erneuert werden. Wir hatten Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Verbingstüren (andere Gäste). Man hat jedes Wort von anderem Zimmer gehört. Das war nicht sehr angenehm.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It took quite some time to check in due to the rooms not being ready. Couldn’t check in for almost an hour. It was very upsetting to see other guest check in while we waited in the lobby for an hour after traveling on a plane for 10 hrs overnight and a 7 hr time difference. They did try to make it up by giving us some free drinks in the bar. That we appreciated.

We stayed for four nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the staff were very kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great if it’s not included in your room I highly recommend adding it. The bar staff were fantastic, Tamari was especially kind and helpful with all of our questions as we were Canadians travelling to Europe for the first time. Theres a few restaurants and shops in the area, we really enjoyed Ratschillers for coffee and baked goods and Konigs Gastatte for dinner. We took the S Bahn into Munich and highly recommend this over taking a taxi or Uber. With high traffic it actually is shorter to take the train than to drive.

Staff were absolutely fabulous in the bar and dining area along with reception. My only negative was having paid nearly €1000 for a 2 night stay ,that i was not entitled to breakfast without an additional €18 charge. Felt this was extremely greedy as i was also spending €100 each evening at dinner. Place is also a bit out of the way for attending Bauma in the midst of an industrial area with the exception of an Aldi within walking distance.

Otel temiz ve güzeldi. Şehir merkezine biraz uzak. S1 bandına ulaşmak için otobüse binmek ya da 1.5 km yürümek gerekiyor. Otobüs durağı yakın fakat akşam geç saatte otobüs olmuyor. Otelin yakınında Aldi market olması güzel bir avantaj. Odalarda terlik yok yanınıza almanızı öneririm.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Italien und haben bei München halt gemacht zum Übernachten.Zimmer sauber Check in schnell.Frühstück kann man dazubuchen für p.p 18,50€ es war hervorragend viel Auswahl und sehr lecker.Wenn wir wieder auf der Durchreise sind würden wir dieses Hotel nehmen auch für mehrere Nächte.

Die Brötchen sind leider ohne Geschmack und Aufbackware aus der Kühlung, sicher würde es einen Bäcker geben, der frische Brötchen liefern könnte, das Vollkornbrot in Scheiben war schon wellig.....sonst alles weitere am Frühstück i.O. Warum aber in der Dusche das Silikon schwarz verschimmelt ist, das muss es heute nicht mehr geben.

Das war mein erster Aufenthalt im Victor’s Residenz-Hotel, und ich werde dort nicht wieder buchen. Schon in der ersten Nacht funktionierte das Licht im Badezimmer nicht, sodass ich das Zimmer wechseln musste. Im Ersatzzimmer war am nächsten Morgen das Waschbecken verstopft, also hatte ich innerhalb eines Tages zwei Probleme im zwei Bäder. Die Rezeption war freundlich und bot mir ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade sowie einen Gutschein für ein Gratisgetränk an. Da die Bar am angegebenen Datum geschlossen war und ich keinen Alkohol trinke, war der Gutschein für mich faktisch nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstücksangebot war für mich als Veganerin ungeeignet. Das Essen wirkte insgesamt ungesund, und die Brötchen machten keinen frischen Eindruck. Positiv war die ruhige Lage in Unterschleißheim, relativ nah zur S-Bahn und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Für Menschen, die sich gesund ernähren und einen erholsamen, stressfreien Aufenthalt suchen, kann ich dieses Hotel jedoch nicht empfehlen.

Rooms are very clean, Staff super friendly and the parking is super easy at the hotel. The restaurant is unfortunately only open Mo-Fr from 11am till 6pm so for dinner you always need to leave the hotel. The rooms are with thin walls, so you hear everybody in the next room if they not talk in normal voice.
