WoodSpring Suites Lynchburg VA

I have never stayed anywhere that offered so little. No hairdryer, no coffee pot, no hand towels, no ice, and no maid service the entire week we were there. If you want towels, you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk and swap them out. Came back one afternoon and I had to take the stairs to my 4th floor room because the elevator was out. If you are looking for just a place to sleep then here it is. If you want anything else stay elsewhere.

1 staff member not enough towels available. 1 elevator. Hole and spot on bedspread. Maintenance of the hotel is bot kept up. Scratches and spots on the wall, doors, Garbage cans not clean

At first glance, it looked clean and fairly nice. But then noticed hair and stains on the towels, shower, and floor. The toilet flushing handle was broken, the tub was cracked, and the refrigerator handle was broken. The bed sheets looked clean and it was a spacious room with a full size refrigerator, sink, and area to cook food.

Lobby smelled staff not kind no one ever at desk room had spots on seat and wasn’t swept . Not kitchen utensils or cookware you had to pay…

There was mold in the bathroom where the shower extends out. The people above us sound like they were moving furniture all night long, people kept slamming doors and talking loudly well after midnight then again at 7 am, the bed squeaked every time you moved so every time I turned over I had to hear this which kept waking my baby up
