Small rooms with limited amenities. Self check-in/out was a little odd when there are 2-3 people working the front. Basically a clean and safe place to sleep when in Tokyo. The restaurant and coffee shop/bar were great and were busy with both tourists and locals. Enough for what is was for our stay in Tokyo. Location was excellent being only 6 min from a major transit station.

All Day Place is a nice, simple, western-friendly hotel in an excellent location just minutes from Shibuya Scramble. It has a pizza restaurant that also appears popular with locals and a coffee shop downstairs. There were three set breakfast choices (none Japanese) that were very good. The "reception desk" is just two people sitting at a small desk in an area in front of the elevators. I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Twin, which was a decent size for a Japanese hotel. One thing to point out - contrary to the Hotels.com description there is NO laundry service. There are a few combo washer-dryer machines, but the cycle time is over two hours so I never saw even one open during my stay. Overall, a nice value for the price.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spotless and there was laundry available. On top of that, the coffee shop and beer pub downstairs was fantastic. I stayed in two different rooms here and both was great.

Lovely little hotel. Conveniently located above a coffee shop / bar, which was great for mornings and evenings. The Shibuya station entrance is moments away and there are plenty of options for food close by. Staff were friendly and responsive - our flight was delayed so we arrived later than planning and they were super accommodating. Highly recommended. One thing to note is book a bigger room if you require space for luggage, the room was very compact - we only had one carry on size case to work around.

We had a great stay at All Day Place Shibuya in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with well-designed rooms that make good use of space. The location is excellent—right in Shibuya, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant on site offering excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as a very good breakfast. We would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Comfortable and modern room, walk in western style shower but also had a Japanese toilet, sink was a little awkward as the tap comes out from the wall too far, but manageable. Comfy bed and room, a little small even with one of the larger corner king rooms but for 1 person was fine, maybe a struggle for 2 people. Large modern tv and WiFi too. Downstairs there is a restaurant that serves really nice western style breakfast and pizzas later on (only had breakfast but pizzas looked nice), staff very helpful and easy check in/out, there is also a cafe and bar outside too. Great location need miyashita park, various train station entrances within 5 mins. Would recommend and go back again!

The hotel had a laundry facility, a cafe, a bar and great atmosphere. It was really quiet our entire stay and the staff was very friendly. I would love to stay here again. Its close enough to everything without being in the middle of all the high traffic areas.

This would have been a 5 start if the accommodation was cleaned better ….. overall great location and the staff made it so much better !! Such a lovely staff they say hi /bye to you each time you walk in and out and to me that’s probably the best thing ever I love that . Super friendly sweet and helpful !! The only problem was when I walked in their was a poop stain in my toilet …. I was genuinely so disgusted and was about to walk out but I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole restroom again . Also the showe seemed to appear a little dirty .they also need. To wash those carpets they are so dirty at least my room was !! Overall great staff great location and if the room was cleaned good it would have been perfect it is a good size for one person a little tight for a girl but 10000% doable !!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. We were surprised by the reception as it replicated a back packer hotel, and the staff didn’t even seem like they worked there. The main problem though was the cleanliness, as we had 2 babies with us. There was dust in the room, carpet was stained and disgustinglingly, the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. I wouldn’t stay or recommended to stay there. The only good thing was breakfast.

Hotel is in a fantastic location but the room we stayed in was so dusty. Dust build up everywhere. Could not move the curtains without dust flying out everywhere. Our shower had black mould growing in all the grout. I spoke with reception who inspected it and then cleaned it. A change of room was promised but not provided. Food in hotel is amazing. Ate there twice.

Staff were extremely polite and efficient with every request. We asked for additional pillows for our room and they were delivered to us within 10 minutes. It was amazing! Despite being in a very busy area, our room was so quiet! I would highly recommend staying here.

Only good thing about this hotel is location. It’s near by everything. The room is quite small. Can barely walk around the room when you’re traveling with 2 people with luggages. Price is expensive, I guess is due to the location. The room had a lot of dust.

Amazing location. Quiet rooms. They’re small rooms for sure. We opted to go with the slightly bigger king and it was still tight but we spent most of our time out and about. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Not the nicest place but location location location.

Such a perfect spot to stay in Shibuya! Quick and easy walk to the station, Shibuya Scramble Crossing and also Shibuya’s main shopping area, but located in a quiet street a block from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely loved our stay here. Be mindful, the rooms are tiny (I thought I’d seen small hotel rooms before, but this was the smallest) but that’s to be expected in Tokyo and all amenities of the hotel were fantastic.

Rooms are truly small, but efficient. It is a Japanese business hotel with a modern aesthetic. Location was the only thing good about the hotel. Room was old and reaks of mold. For some reason it hold humidity too much its like living in a sauna. Air conditioning doesnt work well. Set it at 25c it feels like a hot tropic, at 24c it feels like a freezer. We sleep about 30 minutes straight a time trying to adjust the AC back and forth from 24-25. We can look past these unfortunate things. What we can’t look past is how they seem not to care about leaving a lasting impression on customers. On our checkout date, we were warned 10 mins prior that if we didn’t Check out in time, we would be charged 3000 yen. We rushed and went as fast as we could and missed it by 4 mins. We thought it was fun and not a big deal…nope, we were still charged 3000 yen. Yes we were late in our check out, but mind you, their elevators were extra small, we are a family of 5 and we have 5 luggages and a stroller, everytime going up or down would take 2 trips because we dont fit in the elevators and would waste 10 minutes. The lady Manager on site didnt care of our explanation, mind you, we already paid the additional fee of 3000 yen in acceptance that we were a bit late. A very petty hotel if this is how they opperate. She got confrontational and told us this is how it is in Japan. All day place was an excellent place to stay as American tourists in Japan. The location in Shibuya was convenient and perfect for navigating the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for understanding processes related to the hotel and even other travel issues. The room was clean and efficient. We had a nice view from our room. We loved our stay, would stay again, and would recommend to our friends!

Staff were extremely polite and efficient with every request. We asked for additional pillows for our room and they were delivered to us within 10 minutes. It was amazing! Despite being in a very busy area, our room was so quiet! I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and modern Hotel. The Staff was very friendly. Since one room was ready a bit earlier they let me even checkin 1 hour earlier! That‘s maybe not always possible but for me it was very convenient! Also I had to extend my stay and switch between rooms. So they helped me a lot. Also the staff speaks very well english and is always happy to help.

I liked the location and room. Staff was friendly when I had a question but I did not like the online checkin. I'd rather check in with a person live especially because there were issues and staff had to make me redo a couple times.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the Shibuya train station and Shibuya Scramble Crossing. There are plenty of food places nearby. We had the package with breakfast and did not regret it. Breakfast was amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of the options. Later on in the day, the restaurant serves pizza with its own homemade cheese. Delicious. The service was very attentive, and all the staff were nice. They helped us book a taxi for our departure. The rooms were small for American standards but decent sized for Japan. There is not a lot of space for a lot of luggage. There is a small mini fridge but it is small. You do have your own private bathroom and they provide all the basic toiletries. Other things to note: 1. There is laundry room that you have to pay to use 2. The staff can help you store luggage in case your flight gets there early or leaves after check-in. 3. There is a money exchange on the first floor that is convenient if you need to exchange foreign currency. 4. They have umbrellas you can rent for a rainy day. 5. Check in is all via electronic kiosk that is very simple to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place if you are looking to stay around Shibuya.

Such a perfect spot to stay in Shibuya! Quick and easy walk to the station, Shibuya Scramble Crossing and also Shibuya’s main shopping area, but located in a quiet street a block from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely loved our stay here. Looooved our stay! Next to the subway but also walking distance from tons of restaurants and shibuya crossing. Would stay again! The double room is much more spacious than the single. So even if you’re a couple. I advise two beds for the extra space!

Hotel itself was quiet but busy, with a coffee shop and restaurant attached. The room is small for North American standards but fine for the night. To bad the food were so expensive. Run into an exactly the same restaurant in the chain and it was more than half the price just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.it would be nice if you can eat the breakfast at the hotel and don’t have to run around in the morning.

We had a great stay at All Day Place Shibuya in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with well-designed rooms that make good use of space. The location is excellent—right in Shibuya, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant on site offering excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as a very good breakfast. We would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Comfortable and modern room, walk in western style shower but also had a Japanese toilet, sink was a little awkward as the tap comes out from the wall too far, but manageable. Comfy bed and room, a little small even with one of the larger corner king rooms but for 1 person was fine, maybe a struggle for 2 people. Large modern tv and WiFi too. Downstairs there is a restaurant that serves really nice western style breakfast and pizzas later on (only had breakfast but pizzas looked nice), staff very helpful and easy check in/out, there is also a cafe and bar outside too. Great location need miyashita park, various train station entrances within 5 mins. Would recommend and go back again!

Extremely easy check in/check out love the casual front desk setup and self service machines. The staff was super friendly as well. There is a pizza restaurant, coffee shop and awesome Mikkellar beer bar connected to the hotel. We also loved the late check out option for a small fee. We will definitely stay here again!
