Few spider webs up in the corners of the walls in the living area with big spiders on them so we disposed of them ourselves but might want to check around those areas periodically to make sure there isn’t an accrual of insects and/or cobwebs etc. but overall the room was really really nice and we loved it! We will definitely be back and the workers there were excellent! Will deff be back!

Room was not cleaned from prior guest- bed was unmade and wet towels were on the floor. As a single traveler this was scary as maybe someone was still in the condo. Staff reacted to remedy the situation as soon as notified and I was moved to another room, but overall, it put a damper on my stay.

Nice hotel at the foot of a skiing hill. Very private and quiet accommodation with kitchenette. Good value for the money. Water from the faucet was yellowish so we used bottled water for tea and coffee.

It was incredibly run down. The ceilings were stained due to old leeks. The stoves large burner knob was broken so we couldn’t use it. The air conditioner was working great and the location was great. A few repairs and it would be great!

At the base of Marble Mtn ski area, perfect location if it’s ski season, has a gas station and Tim’s within 10 min walk, quick/easy access to highway, room was very clean, has bathroom, shower, kitchenette, table chairs, and Tv all in our room. We were in “off season” so wasn’t too busy, easy check in/out. Definitely stay here again!

Fast and easy check in with security codes for entry emailed previous to check in. Comfortable beds. Small, but with the necessary amenities: mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Employees could be more welcoming. Convenient location a minute off the highway.

The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERY sound. The check-in text message provided a phone number and email for around the clock access to the manager on duty, however, I wasn’t able to reach anybody using either of these means. The amount of noise from other guests, the barking dogs downstairs, especially well after “quiet” hours was incredibly frustrating.

Stayed at this property after a late night flight into the airport. We received after hours checkin details and all went smoothly. Room was simple, clean and convenient. The next day we enjoyed the waterfall hike behind the premises.

No front desk or front desk staff on weekends, which is when my boyfriend and I stayed here. Hotel has a very dated vibe to it, and is not as crisp and new as the photos suggest. Only one small towel was provided in our room which was booked for 2 adults and there was no staff on site to be found to ask for another one. Something about not having staff on site made our stay feel a little less secure. Overall, will not be recommending this hotel to anyone as it’s probably the least welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No personal touch whatsoever given there was no front desk.

The cleaning staff was wanting to clean my room even though I didn’t put out the “clean my room” door hanging tag. I would have preferred a “do not disturb” door sign. I had the door lock on and they tried multiple times to come in and were very annoying.
