Great staff, secure covered parking, clean rooms. Not the nicest part of town, but close to trains and within walking distance of the historic city centre. The dingy hallways detracted from the nice rooms, reception and breakfast areas.

The outside is being renovated, couldn't even find the building at first. Staff, friendly and helpful.

The illustration given in the website was totally misleading. Rather than a quaint hotel by a river we found we were in a very ordinary hotel by the station. However the trek up to the medieval town made up for any disappointment.

The Originals City, Hotel Regina offers a reasonably priced, clean and enjoyable stay. The breakfasts are generous, the bathroom was newly fitted with a large bath, the staff are friendly. The only problem is poor wifi reception.
