If you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night that’s all you are gonna get. Old, outdated and lack any amenities. No coffee pot, no ice bucket, no blow dryer, etc. And if you are wanting good customer service, not going to get it here. The guy acted like we were putting him out when we checked in. Won’t be back.

Certified DUMP!! The WORST hotel decision I’ve EVER made!! No a/c in the lobby! It was over 110*! A 4# ice maker for 16 rooms, guarded in the lobby. Ice machine was not turned on!! I should have left then. $30 security deposit demanded to protect against property damage!! My room faced West on a 100* day. My TINY window unit was not on. The room was 110* !!! THREE hours after checking in it was finally cooling down!! Only a FOOL would EVER consider Lakeview Inn!! Andy Patel is a CHEAP SOB!!! Run for you life!!!

Owner still has not returned my 30 dollar incidental charge, will be disputing. Room was not clean at all, smelt of cigarettes. Smoke detector pulled off the wall, AC barely worked. Cig burns in the blankets, hairs on pillows. I literally brought my own pillows and blankets inside and didn’t dare lay under blankets.

Room was filthy. Shower curtain covered in foul smelling mold and shower looked like a disgusting mess. Towels were like sandpaper. Usually set bar low since just staying here for fishing tournament but will never stay here again

The hotels' housekeeper does not realize beds get two sheets, doesn't matter if they rent the rooms by the hour, the legs on the chair were not secure and not safe to sit on, cockroach infestation, no guard on the sink drain danger of losing property, the furniture very poorly repaired, fridge did not fit the space, the mirror in the sink area looked so poorly repaired so homemade, the shower had 4 drops coming out of it the rest was in bottom faucet, and a brown hair on the sheet, my hair is black. Worst hotel

Everything about this place was terrible. the first thing that got us was the smell, so we had to buy freshener spray for the room. The room was so dirty that we had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies for the room. The shower was filthy and it was broken, so we could not use it. The floor and night stand were so sticky. The towels and the linens were dirty looking, (i hope they were clean??). No one would come and dump our trash or bring us clean towels, so we had to try and find staff to help us which was nearly impossible. when we finally did find staff they were not kind and very unhelpful. this place was a total dump and not worth the money to stay there.

We stayed for 7 days and they didn't change our sheets even 1 time. It also wasn't posted anywhere or told to us that service had to be requested. We found 3 cockroaches during the week there as well. The beds and pillows are very hard and not comfortable at all. The owners will only give one rag per room, despite giving 2 towels. It was Thanksgiving week and we had no where else to stay, but they made it clear, there were zero refunds even if we wanted to leave. I do not recommend this property. It is not nice, clean, or comfortable.

The bathroom floor was dirty and shower curtain had mold on the bottom the mattress kept sliding off the box spring on my daughters bed no cups to use to pour a drink It was ok but I’ve sure stayed at other places for less that were much cleaner

Roaches were everywher. We had to keep our clothes in the car to keep the rugs out of them. There were simply burns around the bathtub in the sink and on the linens.

The place is old but our room was very clean. And for the age of the place it was cleaner and nicer than some of the 5 star places I have stayed at. I would highly recommend them as the lady at the front was very kind and was taking abuse from a Karen while I was trying to check in . It was comforting and welcoming and that is more than I can say for most places I stay. Thanks for having us and we will be back often.

It was horrible. The put me in a room where the toilet didn't work. Then switched me to another room. It was HOT!! The ac didn't cool the room till after midnight. The toilet in the 2nd room was hard to flush. The door you had to slam to shut. The women working front is filthy looking and looked high. I would not advise staying here.

Bad Bad Bad!! Didn't have room that we had a confirmation on. Bed is hard, Like laying on a pallet of bricks. The shower curtain was mold and mildew all at the bottom. I was so dirty the whole room. Bed spread looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks! Half a roll of toilet paper left. I will sleep in my car next time if I have too. It was labor day weekend and no where else had a room. I booked this room for two nights a month out form stay. I have never stayed at this bad of a place. Stunk, air condition was set on Low you couldn't change. I had a fan or my elderly mother wouldn't have made it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The place is old but our room was very clean. And for the age of the place it was cleaner and nicer than some of the 5 star places I have stayed at. I would highly recommend them as the lady at the front was very kind and was taking abuse from a Karen while I was trying to check in .
