New, very clean property. Room was perfect. Breakfast options were scarce later in the morning. Was hoping to do laundry but machines required quarters and the hotel and world around it have gone cashless. They should fix that.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio with firepits was a nice benefit and could be improved by some landscaping around the area. The hotel is in a site that has yet to be fully developed. Hopefully restaurants will be included as stated on the signage near the entrance.

I selected this property because it said it had a bar, however it was not open and there was no close place to go to for an evening drink. The elevator made a loud sound at each floor. Being sound sensitive, I had to remember to cover my ears. There was a lack of side tables for the double queen rooms and no place to put phones etc for a person sleeping on one side of the bed. Lack of comfortners made it feel cold all night and the AC was loud making it har to sleep. I would not recommend a saty at this hotel

The hotel looks good from outside. The check in and checkout was fine. The breakfast was good. The room had serious problems. There were stinky brown flying bugs in the room. The shower did not work right, the water kept going to the faucet, only half went to the shower. The container for shampoo was empty. There was just one hand soap for three people.

4 night stay, 30+ stink bugs that we caught and flushed. Room not cleanded to a standard, trash on floor. Cleaners was not approachable to talk or ask for some extra trash bags(they was the worse thin small trash bags ever) to a tiny bar of soap or hair conditioner that was empty. For a hotel that was a little over a year old, it was a disappointment. Also after 3 days we received a card under the door that they have the right to enter the room. Thatvwas new to us too, not sure what they thought we was doing? Maybe go knock on the door of the pot smokers in the hotel.

Check in was easy. The room was exactly what we ordered, and the place was quiet, and clean. Room is very big - got a suite, 2 queen beds. Everything worked, nothing was complicated. Would definitely stay again if needed in the area.

Loved everything except for the green flashing light in my room. This can give an epiliptec person a siezure. I could not believe this was going on. All I had to do was lift my arm 10” While laying flat and it would start flashing. It flashed constantly all night. At checkout three different people complained. I can’t stay with your hotel with this situation. I Was up all night. Other than that everything was amazing. What a shame.

I really thought my room was amazing and beautiful. My problem was the room above me was noisy when I arrived and when I was trying to sleep then next morning. I couldn’t take a nap or get a proper nights sleep. I made the manager aware of this but I didn’t receive any type of compensation. My room should have been at least given some credit, that would have been the right thing to do.

The facilities were nice and the location was convenient. We had problems with our first room but the manager fixed those asap and comped us for our first night. Then we were able to switch rooms for the second night stay. Very helpful staff and clean rooms.

The hotel was easy on and off the interstate highway. It was safe, quiet, and very clean. The associate at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a ton of parking and our parking spot was quite a ways away from the hotel entrance. I wouldn't have minded so much, but it was frigid outside.

Great Hotel! The Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is in between two car dealerships and must do a U turn off the exit other than that this is a great place!! Highly recommend!!!

We specifically chose this hotel because it said they had a bar that was open Fridays and Saturdays however when we got there Friday evening, they did not have it open. Also the breakfast attendant was overrun and definitely couldn’t keep up, the coffee was almost always empty. She worked very hard but definitely needed an helper. Everything else was excellent, friendly check in, extremely clean and great amenities! The bed and pillows were very comfortable too!

Clean, new, spotless hotel. Breakfast selections are quite extensive! The young woman at the check-in desk (Michaela??) was exceptionally friendly and was delightful to chat with while we tended to our baggage.

Rooms and property were nice. Very clean. Friendly staff. There was basically no hygiene products provided. The shower soaps and make up remover wipes were all. Nothing at the sink to wash hands with, no shower cap, etc. The breakfast offered the next day was much less than satisfactory. We got waters but understand they don’t come with the room standard. For close to $200 on a weeknight, they should be offering more necessities with the room.

I work in Hagerstown and only stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff is lovely, rooms impeccable and the breakfast the best. I particularly love the oatmeal and all the choices to put in it❣️

Not a horrible experience. The room was clean and spacious. Only downfall was the air conditioner shutting off. It was frozen because we had it on 72⁰, we had to keep getting up to reset it because the room kept getting warm. We mentioned it to the front desk and all we were told was "sometimes they act up".... sounds like it is a known issue.

The staff was absolutely awesome very friendly and helpful . There were several blood spots on one of our blankets . The day we were checking out the fire alarm went off for 20 minutes and we were told they were testing it . If they were testing it they should havee given guest a heads up rather than scaring everyone half to death. As I said the staff was a class act but the company needs tobstep it up .
