La chambre était petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons moins aimé la douche qui n’a pas de porte, ce qui rend la salle de bain toute mouillée après la douche. Le personnel est très gentil. C’était plutôt tranquille malgré l’emplacement central en ville. Tout est bien accessible à pied, ce qui est très bien. Le stationnement est cependant le point négatif, car c’est plutôt cher (environ 19 euros par jour dans le stationnement près de l’hôtel ou dans la rue à 2 euros l’heure jusqu’à 19h).

Ordentliches Hotel, relativ nah zur Innenstadt. Zimmer sind gut, ausreichend Platz. Allerdings macht sich der fehlende Aufzug bei einem Zimmer im 3.OG sehr unangenehm bemerkbar

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Weniger schön sind die in die noch nicht renovierten Zimmer (alte, harte Betten, sehr kleines Bad) und die Sauberkeit, die zumindest im Badezimmer zu wünschen übrig lies.

Sehr großes Zimmer und das Hotel hatte im Vorfeld noch einmal darauf hingewiesen, das das Zimmer unserer Buchung noch nicht zu den renovierten gehört. Nun gut, die Einrichtung im Zimmer war älter, aber alles sehr sauber und ich habe im Bett auch gut geschlafen. Darüber hinaus war das Bad wohl schon einmal renoviert, hatte viel Platz und eine große Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal mit guten Tips bzgl. Restaurants in Laufweite. Ca. 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof und deswegen hatten wir das Hotel auch gebucht. Frühstück für ein 2 Sterne Hotel IMHO ziemlich gut. Gab zwar keine Rührei, dafür aber gekochte Eier und auf Wunsch einen reichhaltigen Käse/Wurst/Schinken Teller. Würde das Hotel wieder auf einer Geschäftsreise buchen. Preiswert und mehr braucht es nicht.

This hotel is older, but very well-kept. Rooms were always kept clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a couple of fans to help with the warmth (very important on the top floor!). Also, the hotel is a two minute walk from Würzburg's downtown; close enough to be easily accessible, but far enough away not to be bothered by the night life. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Das Mobiliar war aus den 70ziger Jahren. Aber für eine Nacht, egal. Nur das Badezimmer ging gar nicht. Es war winzig und stank ganz furchtbar. Der Gestank breitete sich über Nacht im ganzen Zimmer aus. Deshalb waren wir froh, als es endlich Frühstück gab. Es sollte laut Internet ein Frühstücksbuffet geben. Aber das gab es gar nicht. Wir wurden von der Services-Kraft gefragt, ob wir Wurst und Käse möchten und dann würde uns ein fertig mit Folie abgedeckter Teller gebracht. Man kann sich also nichts aussuchen. Das verstehe wir nicht unter Buffet. Es gab auch keine warmen Speisen. Auf der sogenannten Buffet-Fläche standen nur Dinge, die weder gekühlt noch warmgehalten werden müssen. Nach dem Gestank und dem enttäuschenden Frühstück, können wir nur einen Stern geben.

Die renovierten Zimmer sind modern mit großem Kühlschrank und Zimmersafe. Auch zur Straßenfront hin war es meiner Ansicht nach ruhig, natürlich bei geschlossenem Fenster. Frühstücksbuffet gut, wenn mir auch das Konzept mit der abgepackten Wurst und Käse auf einem Teller nicht so gut gefallen hat. Ich hätte eine Buffet,Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Ansonsten ein Top-Hotel für eine Städtereise.

Bon hotel, bien place, pas loin de la gare, ni de la Residenz, ni de pas mal de choses a voir a Wurzburg. Hotel bien tenu, propre, mais un peu vieillot, devrait etre renove. La literie est bonne. Mais il n'y a pas d'air climatise - ce qui est un probleme pour l'ete car alors, en plus du ventilateur de table fourni par l'hotel, il faut laisser les fenetres ouvertes, et helas, il y a un bar pas loin qui fait du bruit - non seulement les clients du bar qui viennent parler sous les fenetres de l'hotel, mais aussi les voitures qui demarrent, etc. Pas de probleme s'il ne fait pas chaud, mais la, en Juillet, il faisait tres chaud. Aussi la salle de bain pourrait etre renovee - tout marche, mais c'est vieillot. Le petit dejeuner est tres bon, bien varie avec sucre/sale, pas mal de produits frais. Et le personnel est charmant. Cote qualite/prix, c'est tout de meme un bon hotel, mais pas au milieu d'une canicule!

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön und zentral gelegen und würden dort gerne wieder zu Gast sein. Alle drei gebuchten Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich persönlich fände einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer ganz schön.

Worst hotel staff we have ever experienced.. rude and dismissive.. False advertisement!!!! we cancelled a much cheaper hotel because we was lead to believe that they had a laundry service (as advertised). We asked the only working member of staff if it was available on arrival and she said she was new and didnt know how it worked and for us to ask in the morning. So in the morning we have gone to the reception only to be told that we needed the laundry down stairs by 6 am and we was never informed this by the night staff leaving us feeling completely robbed and like we cant trust hotel booking sites for accurate information and we would never stay here again and we will never book through expedia again

Stay was amazing and def made to feel special. The location was out of this world! The lady at check in could have been a little nicer. She and her friends were hanging out watching me check in which was kind of weird. She just seemed liked she could care less. Its ok I get it it was a late check in, but a little friendliness goes a long way when your stressed after trying to arrive at yr destination all day. Would still def recommend!!

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Stadtmitte. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und viele Treppen zu bewältigen bis zum 2. Stock. Die Zimmer + Frühstück sind ok. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, allerdings Parkhäuser in der Nähe und wir fanden immer einen Platz in der Strasse.

This hotel is older, but very well-kept. Rooms were always kept clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a couple of fans to help with the warmth (very important on the top floor!). Also, the hotel is a two minute walk from Würzburg's downtown; close enough to be easily accessible, but far enough away not to be bothered by the night life. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Das Mobiliar war aus den 70ziger Jahren. Aber für eine Nacht, egal. Nur das Badezimmer ging gar nicht. Es war winzig und stank ganz furchtbar. Der Gestank breitete sich über Nacht im ganzen Zimmer aus. Deshalb waren wir froh, als es endlich Frühstück gab. Es sollte laut Internet ein Frühstücksbuffet geben. Aber das gab es gar nicht. Wir wurden von der Services-Kraft gefragt, ob wir Wurst und Käse möchten und dann würde uns ein fertig mit Folie abgedeckter Teller gebracht. Man kann sich also nichts aussuchen. Das verstehe wir nicht unter Buffet. Es gab auch keine warmen Speisen. Auf der sogenannten Buffet-Fläche standen nur Dinge, die weder gekühlt noch warmgehalten werden müssen. Nach dem Gestank und dem enttäuschenden Frühstück, können wir nur einen Stern geben.

Personalen vid incheckningen var väldigt otrevlig. Rummet var i ok skick men AC saknades så det var olidligt varmt i hettan som rådde vid tillfället. Mycket aktivitet på gatan utanför så mycket störning när fönstret var öppet. Ny personalen vid frukost och utcheckning och de var trevliga. Enkel men god frukost.

Great location, excellent crew! I am very positively impressed with the help of the reception personnel. They try to accommodate my needs as much as possible. Highly appreciated!
