We were definitely deceived by the pictures online. We arrived very late in the evening, check in was quick and easy, reception were super efficient. We were taken to our room which I had booked and paid for, the room had not been made up and there were fast food packets all over. We then waited to be taken to the only other available room, to our horror it was next to what I think was a dorm which was full of people having a party. We left and had to look for alternative accommodation at around midnight.

We booked in a 8 sleeper Dorm we found other ladies there, the place was not so clean even the bed I was shown to sleep on looked like someone had slept on it, dust all over the place we even asked them to come and clean the place in the morning they agreed but only to find that when we arrived at night it was not cleaned at all.

Super Friendly staff, room is clean, super nice view to the ocean, nicely located, the room I booked, crash pad , is small, but functional enough, there is a bit of smell coming from toilet as there is no close doors to the toilet. But overall it's ok.

The area is great. Not a place to stay for those who need quiet as the market is rather loud below. The room we stayed at was awkwardly sized, the loft had a large beam we had to duck below to get to one of the beds, which can be fun but also not very accessible. The shower tub did not drain very fast. Room service did not end up cleaning our room at all for the two night stay. Nevertheless the stay was good enough for us.

This property is located perfectly. a 2 block walk to the beach. a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff, were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and my room was not ready. The staff held my luggage and I was able to walk and check out the area until my room was ready.. In my opinion, i had the BEST room of the property. Room 228 is a stand alone room. Had it's own Private balcony that faced the Ocean. If you book the MOJO, i recommend requesting RM 228. If you get it, you will Thank me...

The hotel is very nice. The only problem was that we didn't have a remote control for the AC, and asked the staff for one. They told us they would bring it, but never did. But the place was nice and the location was all good. If the staff improved, it would be a 5/5 recommendation from us.

Centrally located hotel with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was large and enjoyable to stay in. My less than stellar marks come down to the small things; the bathroom didn’t have a proper showerhead, the kitchen area didn’t have much for actually making a meal, and the TV didn’t work. One has to be prepared that the hotel is in the party district with loud noise. We checked in and our room was not ready. We were given a different room and I thought fine, that works. However, the next morning we were told that we have to move again because "we didn\'t have the right room". Not optimal since we booked 2 nights so we wouldn\'t have to move. Anyway, we took the new room, but it had no remote control for the a/c. They were going to take care of it. It ended up with me running around at midnight trying to get someone to turn on the ac for us. I was told that they had no more remotes and we would have to sleep in brutal heat, and the 0 rating was a given. 15 minutes later they knocked on the door and supplied a remote that we could use to turn on the ac which worked, but we could

I didn't check in, due to public taxi violence i couldn't leave my house. Expedia and Mojo hotel werd not helpful with making changes to my booking to another day. I would not know how the property look like if i didn't check in So i lost my money, and did not even check in. It is sad and very disappointing.

Front desk staff were responsive and friendly. Room maintenance staff were gracious and punctual. While the property isn’t brand new, I don’t have a single complaint. In the words of Terminator, “I’ll be back “. 😉
