El hotel bien situado en el distrito 1 para ver los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El personal de recepción muy amable y atente, tuve un problema con la fecha de reserva y me lo solucionaron al momento. Trato de 10.

This was a wonderful stay! The room was incredible, we had a private outdoor bath as well as a bathroom inside the room. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the breakfast offers so many delicious options. Most of all, the staff were fantastic—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shout-out to the bellmen, Nguyen and Penny, among others! Penny made our late-night arrival feel especially warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Honestly, I think he should have been at the front desk! The receptionist seemed quite tired and unenthusiastic, although it was very late, so I completely understand. Nguyen was also incredibly kind and helpful. He always made sure we had an umbrella when needed and was very patient in communicating with my Grab drivers for me. There were two other bellmen whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, but every single one of them was wonderful. The room was clean and very well maintained. Since it gets incredibly hot and humid, I especially appreciated that the reception staff allowed me to take a shower before my flight. That made my stay so much more comfortable—thank you! I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but I really appreciated their kindness. I would absolutely stay here again!

The facility and amenities are awesome, but this hotel does poorly at the things they should be doing like check-in and out. I was originally going to arrive at 1pm. I was told I wouldn’t be able to check-in till 2pm. I arrived after 2pm, and I still had to wait for an hour and half to be taken to my room. At check-out, I asked for a car to the airport. I was told I needed to request that a day in advanced.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was absolutely massive, the room was clean and the amenities on the property were fantastic. It was also in a great location! The best thing about this property was the staff though. Everyone from the doorman to cleaning attendants were so friendly and kind. It genuinely seemed like they just enjoyed their job. Fantastic job everyone and I will certainly be back :)

Great place and good location right in Japatown, close to Operahouse and Vincom Center Dong Khoi for shopping. I got an upgrade to a Suite on 12th floor. Room is clean, spacious and everything feel luxurious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wendy, Brian, Penny were amazing service members. As well as An and Dory at frontdesk. They all really make guests feel comfortable and welcom. Rooftop bar is amazing with a pool and great skyline view of the city. Lovely breakfast buffet and enjoyable afternoon tea with live music.
