The room carpets are all stained and look gross, shower sprays water out everywhere on the floor. Other than that room wasn’t too bad I guess. Staff were quite lovely but didn’t know too much English but that’s expected. The pool area wasn’t too exciting and neither was the gym, all in all wouldn’t stay again. The hotel is kind of out of the way of everything too, so if you’re looking to be closer to places to eat, drink then definitely wouldn’t pick this hotel.

Has a really nice stay, staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was nice but could have done with a few more options however was still very happy with it. The pool situation was a bit disappointing, most of the time it was being utilised for swimming lessons so felt we couldn’t really use it.

I would give a better rating if the design of the bathroom would provide a place for soaps and stuff, instead we had to put them on the floor. The shelf for the towels was small and located at a very inconvenient spot of the bathroom where it should be near or within reach of the shower door. It blocks the mirror when you had hanging towels. The carpet was old and dirty as we can clearly see a stained spot on it. Unless you requested, I think the bed sheets would probably never replace. They simply straighten them back into place. I noticed there were yellow spots (possibly stain from urine) appeared on several parts of the bed sheet which I wouldn't dare to find out what exactly it was. So when the room service went through the room on the first few nights I noticed the stain spots were still there. After several nights staying in the same room, I was happened to be in the room when the service folks came in to straighten up the beds so I know they don't change them. I had to specifically requested them to change the bed sheets then yes they changed them afterward. For this reason, I'm sorry that I can't give them any better than 2 stars rating for the facility and cleanliness of the hotel.

The room was absolutely filthy. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the carpet had multiples stains in many parts of The room, it smelled bad. The bed is terrible, only one pillow per person - and small. Everything was bad, I have nothing positive to say. It is NEVER a 4 star hotel

Honest review - I booked this hotel purely for its proximity to the airport and this served its purpose perfectly. We stayed overnight to get some sleep before a flight the next day and the airport is quite close. The hotel itself is a bit tired and is probably in need of some refurbishment. The mattress in my room was hard as a rock and there is a musty smell throughout the premises. The external areas around the property are well maintained. If you’re looking for a transit option this is a good option however the bang for buck probably doesn’t meet some of the other alternative options available. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice breakfast, helpful staff, breakfast buffet is pretty decent. However, we were not excited about the carpet in the hallways and rooms, and worst of all was the uncomfortable old spring mattress that was painful to sleep on. The staff did place an extra comforter on top but still did not help much. Please update the mattresses!!

I had previously stayed the night at this hotel for one night just a quick airport stop then coming back 2 weeks later for 2 nights stay. I requested a shower only without tub room17 days in advance, they accommodated by providing the worst room possible. If you’ve been to Vietnam, most hotels have the shower tub design its the most dangerous and accident waiting to happen climbing in. My sister checked in the same day as I and requested the shower only without tub, they provided her with much better room. Meaning the shower stall was adequate, mine had the shower curtain inches away from the toilet. Barely any separation you have a step around the toilet to get out see room#1520. Thanks staff for selecting which guest gets the better room.

The receptionist at Muong Thanh hotel is so wonderful. Here they have a team of very professional staff, very happy and enthusiastic to support guests when needed. The hotel is very very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our guest relation officer Duong, she is amazing, great hospitality, and made sure that any questions or needed, she took care of it. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had lots of selection to choose from. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and easy to sleep. Overall I would come here and stay again. A++++++

Muong Thanh would not let me cancel my booking and wouldn't even let me change the date, weeks before my stay. When I did stay, something as simple as eating in the lobby where there was plenty of tables of chairs, was only possible if I were to pay. They would only allow us to eat outside if we bought from their restaurant

Good room. Front desk staff is polite and accommodating. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. I enjoyed it. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again in a few days.

The breakfast is horrible they don't know how to make omelette long line up staff not very friendly when downstairs three times because it was completely packed full breakfast in one day asked for plates and Ice to be sent to my room I'm still waiting been two days. Location surrounding is poor way too crazy will never stay here again

Almost of your service was excellent. But,There were mamy tables in the restaurant for breakfast that was not prepared necessary cutlery, and we could not find the place where all cutleris were prepared anywhere in the restaurant. Also, some tables were a little dirty even after clean up by your staff.

De mensen zijn vriendelijk De kamer was proper Een hard bed Geen uitgebreid westers ontbijt eerder aan de matige kant, was wel een uitgebreid Vietnamees ontbijt. Dichtbij de luchthaven en u kan vanaf 6u ontbijten. Ideaal hotel om te overnachten tussen 2 vluchten door.

空港から近いので選びました。主要な観光地からは少し遠いですが、朝食も美味しく、スタッフの応対が良くて安心して過ごす事ができました。総じて良かったと思います。食事中にコーヒーを取りに席を立つと直ぐに片付けてしまい、戻ったら席がなくなってしまったのが、一番困った事です。

Mattress not comfortable, low quality I guess!! Cleanliness is ok, always have to request bath tissue!! Too crowded at breakfast time, I think the rate is very affordable for everyone! Some guests are very messy & don’t respect dining staff who are very productive! Overall, you get what you pay !

The pool is great, clean and seems a little bigger to many city hotels. Location is good in terms of restaurants. It is a bit far from tourist attractions but it is a great place to try out local foods. The room is spacious but the bed is small. We booked two-bed room and the bed size is full not queen like advertised I think. The room is carpeted and it does not work well with Vietnam's weather so it is smelly. The hotel AC is HOT, not cool. We were waiting in the first floor and sweaty. It takes forever to get things from room service.

Hotel needs some maintenance, like deep cleaning rugs and general appearance. Pool should be strictly for guests not swimming lessons. Breakfast buffet cooking was not very good. Sticky rice not cooked enough. After 7:30 am buffet is almost finished, slim pickings. The staff were always wonderful but as Americans we tipped generously. We were told the Spa was mostly for the men to use. Rating 3.5 stars at best!
