Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från de flesta sevärdheterna i District 1. Sköna sängar och bra städning. Extra plus för takpoolen och rooftop bar och gratis tillgång till rummets minibar. Dock var det för få solsängar vid poolen, det ryms fler! Men bra med toaletter och dusch precis intill.

This is a really noise hotel , specially by the restaurant area which is next to the lobby. There are buses full of guets coming to check in or check out . And that makes a lot of noises when you are just trying to peaceful enjoy a meal or a drink inside the restaurant . A glasswall between the restaurant and the lobby would fix this problem. Elevators are small for the amount of guests going up and down. Small swimming pool as well . The only thing I like about this hotel is the staff , so nice people, friendly and respectful. I took a meal and some drinks every single day during my stay in the restaurant and at the sky bar as well. Special thanks to Nin Dao , she was so amazing and helpful . Thanks to the cleaners as well . I wouldn't stay here again .

Great hotel located in the north east side of District 2 with plenty of bars/restaurants close by. Service was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast buffet was excellent. Gym was small but had enough for a basic cardio workout. Only minor issue is that for a hotel this size, it only has 2 elevators and they are slow, sometimes having to wait 4-5 minutes for one to arrive.

Stained filthy carpet, had to change 2 out of 6 rooms as stunk of mould and damp. Staff extremely reluctant to change rooms, or help with taxi or tours. Worst hotel experience we have had. Rooftop bar staff lovely. Extensive breakfast but room too small for peak time. Wouldn't recommend.

Und wenn man ihr begegnete, war Tuyêt auch immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gab uns immer ein sehr gutes Gefühl Wir waren 14 Tage Gast in diesem Hotel und haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

The Hotel located in convenient location with multiple cafe shop around and walkable to Nguyen Hue walking street. Room is clean and if you have a room with River view, it is even better. I really like the complimentary mini bar. One complaint is that the room is not soundproof at all, I can hear all the conversations in the hall way. The staff is very nice and would go all their way to help you with your stay.

Bortsett fra dårlig isolasjon mot naborom er det veldig fint. Vi forlenget til og med oppholdet med et par dager fordi de ligger greit til og rommet er veldig komfortabelt. Men vi vekkes tidlig av stiepikene som snakker i gangen, og midt på dagen er det dårlig karaoke i et av naborommene.

Bortsett fra dårlig isolasjon mot naborom er det veldig fint. Vi forlenget til og med oppholdet med et par dager fordi de ligger greit til og rommet er veldig komfortabelt. Men vi vekkes tidlig av stiepikene som snakker i gangen, og midt på dagen er det dårlig karaoke i et av naborommene.

The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely bad. My girlfriend wanted to meet me at night and I deliberately blocked her from having dinner. I had to pay an extra fee of 5 million VND to get a room. It was also stated that only cash was accepted. It felt ridiculous so I left immediately and booked another hotel.

Yes, not the friendliest front staff. When I complained about losing my dignity when taking a poo cus my partner was lying down 1.5 meters away on the bed. She could hear everything and had to literally look away when I was pooing and wiping. I had to talk to the front staff 3 times and it took them a full day to change my room. Don't know why it took so long as they were not full (I have evidence).

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at when I compare it to other hotels in the U.S. The price is reasonable. All of the staff is amazing- right from the receptionist who allowed me an early checkin after a 36 hour long international flight, to the staff working in the restaurant, to the room service staff - everyone is friendly. The food is top tier. The complementary breakfast is the highlight. Straight up 5 stars! The pool and the gym were cherry on top. The views of the river from the room were gorgeous.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at when I compare it to other hotels in the U.S. The price is reasonable. All of the staff is amazing- right from the receptionist who allowed me an early checkin after a 36 hour long international flight, to the staff working in the restaurant, to the room service staff - everyone is friendly. The food is top tier. The complementary breakfast is the highlight. Straight up 5 stars! The pool and the gym were cherry on top. The views of the river from the room were gorgeous.

They want me to deposit 1,000,000 vnd when I paid credit card on the app. Also the benefit doesn't included on Expedia. They said it expired but on the booking app still have the VIP Access for Gold membership. The highest room didn't have the bathtub and the bathroom smell was terrible. When I check out, hotel receptionists give the money back to me but when I get the money they hold my hand and said wait until they finish to check the room. That was disrespectful.

Hotel was a great location, close enough to everything but not too noisy or busy. Staff were so helpful and helped us organise tours. Rooms were a great size with everything you need. We stayed for new year and even got a new year present which was a lovely touch. Really recommend

Great hotel which is at the moment very affected by the nearby construction noise. The rooms are reasonably sound isolated, but sleeping is near impossible without earphones if you are a light sleeper, with the construction work continuing every night until 3 or 4 AM.

If you are needing to be close to the Japanese town, this hotel can be considered for your stay. However, if you are an early sleeper, you might want to re-consider as the night can be filled with some music from the shops beside the hotel, and some drilling noise from the opposite area.

Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel sans hésitations. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres sont très belles, le lit et la literie sont super confortables. Ma chambre semblait fraîchement rénovée avec la vue sur la rivière Saïgon au quinzième étage, c’était magnifique. Cependant, le grillage de la sortie d’air devrait être nettoyé. Le buffet petit déjeuner était parfait, il y avait énormément de choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. La piscine et le bar situés sur le toit de l’hôtel est un gros WoW!

The pool is not quite the same as the pictures promoted there is limited space on the roof top. Basic gym but enough, no windows in the gym. For a 4 star hotel, there is also no concierge service. Breakfast has Fresh eggs cooked to your liking which is great. However the continental breakfast is so so. I am surprised for a 4* hotel there wasn't any milk alternative (I am lactose intolerant) Ingredients are not labelled on the buffet so those who have any allergies be aware. Clean hotel room, good housekeeping service and good location. Good location for solo travelers

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is great, especially if you want to explore the city center. The hotel is close to Japan Street, and Vincom Center and Saigon Centre are both within walking distance. There are also plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, so it’s very convenient for daily needs. Most shops and restaurants in the area also accept credit cards. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The rooftop is another highlight, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and a nice view of the city at night. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A big plus is that the minibar is complimentary, which was a really nice surprise. The only downside is that the bathroom/toilet area is a little narrow. It might not be very comfortable for taller or larger guests. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than five years and have always had a good experience. However, during this stay, I had some noise issues with the rooms. In Room 1215, I could hear what sounded like a pump running at night, which made it difficult to sleep. In Room 1005, there was also a noticeable low-frequency noise from some electronic equipment. I’m not sure what caused these issues, but fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and arranged a room change right away. I really appreciated their prompt support.
