Place has a clean pool with decent rooms

The pool was nice. Not a very good neighborhood next to the airport.

Very commercial area enjoy going there because they have smoking rooms. Rooms are clean alittle outdated especially bathrooms could use upgrade have stayed there a few times would stay again it’s just an average hotel for the price however like I said has smoking rooms which I enjoy

Walked in room and it was so clean! The lady at check in was FUN! plz praise her!!! The pool area excellent! Beds were comfortably very happy! Will be back and will be back and will recommend

The room was good but there was no parking in their parking lot just had to find a spot and walk to where your room is. Can’t really see the room numbers from the car when trying to find your room have to get out and get closer to the door to see the room number.

The room had damage to the walls, air conditioning filter needed to be changed (notified front desk and it was never addresse), and smelled bad. Lots of people smoking weed and yelling at all hours of the night. Other vacationers weren't cleaning up after their dogs and there was literally a wall of poop along the fence. Housekeeping stole items. They still haven't refunded my deposit for the room. Hard to enjoy the pool with my son when there was a group of people smoking weed poolside and having conversations not suitable for young ears. I will not be staying here again and I do not recommend it to anyone traveling with kids. They also do not offer breakfast as advertised.

Clean from the parking lot to the room and everywhere in between. Ample parking near room. Rooms and furniture in great condition. If I have to pick one area for improvement, the A/C unit was pretty loud. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

In area w mall ect but it’s ok and they have smoking rooms basically a quite place have stayed multiple times maybe don’t take little kids unless stay in room w you no grassy area they do have a oool it looks ok just think kids should be supervised

Roaches crawling on the lamps

The air conditioner was blowing warm humid air. The room smelled old and the towels smelled humid and dirty. The only positive i could say was the guy in the front desk was super nice and very helpful. I had to book this room last minute due to a minor circumstance but i would most definitely not be staying here again. I checked in on a Friday and left Saturday at 730am when i booked for the whole weekend. That should say a lot.

Bed bugs and loud noises all evening- not sound proof at all so if you need to stay awake all night- here is your hotel. We awoke with bed bug bites and will never return to this hotel.

Rooms had terrible odor. Rug dirty. Tub did not drain properly. Roaches in room.

The rooms were infested with roaches. The blankets had cigarette burns and the carpet was filthy!

The place was in bad shape the smell was terrible

Absolutely filthy very old needs lots of updates people hanging around the fence when checking in smoking smell in room hair in tub microwave yellow and old doors were busted in the hinge area mirror was foggy

Everything was good other then on night two we had to move rooms due to cockroaches in the bathroom and an infestation of some type of bug all over the night stand.

This place is a complete and total ?!** hole. There were blood stains in the carpet. The dresser was missing drawers. It was filthy dirty with mold in the restroom as well as abundant cockroaches. We paid $250/night and figured how could you go wrong its a Wyndham property. Wyndham, Howard Johnson and the management team should be ashamed. We left the next day even though we couldn't get a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. Shame, Shame Shame!

If you want privacy then you dont want to book this hotel. My room is just … a door away (with no insulation) away from another room. I can hear every word people from other room said, can hear their activities like pouring water :) the most important issue is safety. Guys from other room can just open door (in between two rooms) to get in! I am not sure if it is possible but there is a door with knob! You are booking this hotel is like sharing rooms with other folks in your family :)

A tale of two managers: first one at check-in seemed extremely annoyed by the fact that I was there to check-in from a reservation previously made; never greeted me nor made any conversation, just demanded my ID and Card. Then, with a loud, frustrated sigh while walking out of the office, he gasped, “well I guess I have to go see if we even have any rooms ready”. Now, the manager for the night shift was exceptionally courteous and greeted me with a smile. She legitimately looked happy to be assisting me. They placed all guests for that night right next to each other and on the same side of the hotel, which is the opposite side of the pool. The total headcount was less that a quarter of the hotel’s maximum capacity. I only bring this up as I was there to relax and was instead surrounded by families with children and pets who were there to run around and loudly converse outside of their rooms. Then, when trying to sleep in, I was suddenly awoken by the loud voices and laughter, conversing with each other from opposite ends of the walkway, and these loud conversations occurring in Spanish we by the hospitality staff. Worth the price, if you’re just needing a place to pull Over and hang with the family, not ideal for those looking to rest their head and catch a late morning sleeping in. I don’t usually complain nor write these reviews. So yeah…

There was no outlet in the "bathroom" nor did the one closest to the mirror work either. If i had not had a extension cord, it would of been very difficult to get ready for the day. The man working when we checked out, was very rude. Never even looked up at us when we brought the room key, and certainly didnt get a "have a nice day, thank you for staying with us". Our room key was shut off a half hour before our check out time, when loading the car, we had to go get a house keeper to let us back into our room. Our room did not look ANYWHERE close to the website picture...... The air conditioner was laying all over the floor when we came in our room and he put it back together. Everything was not horrible, just those things....

I got a decent nights sleep on a bed that was not all that comfortable.

You get what you pay for I will say. It's maybe not in the best neighborhood. I knew it wasn't when I looked next door and in the window sill there was a box of Narcan. You can definitely tell there are some people living at this hotel. It is on a busy street so you can hear the traffic from your room. Rooms were freshly painted (not well). Room was relatively clean. Nice flooring. There was a smell I couldn't identify. Like a cleaning product. Not a bad smell just strange. Did not see any signs of pests considering the state of the roof. I assume it is from the last Hurricane. The lady that checked us in was really nice, wish I would have remembered her name. I know this is all over there place but hopefully it helps someone.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. However, the microwave was rusted out and the refrigerator didn't cool properly. The bed was very hard and the chairs were uncomfortable.

Water pressure and temperature was poor for the shower.

The half-lighted Howard Johnson sign on the street was the first indication this property was getting old and tired. It was budget priced, but he dim light in the shower area, malfunctioning shower head and a large gap under the door that allows plenty of light and who knows what else into the room were a just a few of my disappointments.

The bathroom door was like a trapped door once you locked it the door became almost impossible to open. But the worst experience I had was when the employee named Jason, at the front counter gave me a counterfeit 100 bill for my deposit back then refused to exchange it then became rude and very unprofessional. This hotel nees to check their currency before passing it on to one of there guest. That employee Jason just cost the Howard Johnson a good customer im sure his behavior will push more customers away.

I liked the girl at night Amanda, no problem checking in. She knew what she was doing. I used Expedia. I had a pet, no problem . Room keyscheerfully handed to us. However, when I was checking out I was met by a taller grumpier man. I don't think he liked to work will Expedia. He grumbled about my 😺🐈 he was grumbling that we should of been charged more. Expedia is what brought us here 2times. And a lot other people. That tall man with the buzz cut should realize we are business paying people. Too bad Everyone else was friendly. Even the housekeeping. Ty.

The staff was amazing! Amanda was very professional and helpful. Property is old, but clean. Serve it's purpose.

The front desk clerk that greeted us was very nice and friendly. It looked like this would be a great stay. BUT THE ROOM The floor was dirty. He bottom of my socks turned black. The bed was made up of a sheet and a thin bed cover. We were there for four nights. Not once did we have housekeeping come to our room. When I went to call the front desk for more towels I realized there was no phone. I walked over to the other side of the property to the front desk, it was Christmas so I understand that presented some issues, the clerk was surly and told me to find a maid and ask for rowels. Before I could even ask about the phone he had walked away. I recommend giving this property a hard pass.

The gentlemen thay check us in for our really late check in was awesome. Very friendly!! The guy that check us out on the other hand not so much. Outdated and not as fresh and new as it seems looking in their pictures. Love the fact of no carpet. The new floors makes the rooms look fresh and new. But just throwing a coat of paint on does not. Housekeeping lacks. Last guest dirty body towel left in the shower. And sheets were old and discoloured. But over all it worked for our purpse of a late night flight arrival pit stop to get some sleep it worked.

Relatively inexpensive compared to others. Staff always nice. Good location. Room always clean. Great working person hotel.

This motel has been my go to place since I have been in Ft Myers. It close to what I have to do, has good places to eat. I just keep coming back

no breakfast

It was advertised that they serve breakfast but all they offered is coffee or juices. On some sites you have to pay extra to include breakfast I glad I didn’t ! False advertising on their part!

Rooms are clean, and very spacious. Lots of shopping and restaurants available. Would stay here again. Although they have a nice breakfast area they do not have breakfast av.

Online it said Continental breakfast included and it was only coffee. The bathroom door had hurine smell and furnites were dusty.
