Hotel is in an ideal location. A couple of minutes walk from the local metro station which goes directly to KL Central station. Plenty of eating and drinking options in the area. Close to one of the main shopping areas of KL. The hop on / off bus leaves directly across from the hotel. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Breakfast was superb and the evening drinks were a lovely bonus. I used both the gym and swimming pool which were excellent. If / when I return again to KL I would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and gym amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was wide and good. Staff made us feel welcomed as treasured guests. Left Berjaya apartments and came here straight and it was a literal rise from hell to heaven. Thank you Park Royal Collection! My family really enjoyed the short 1 night stay.

Good location in one of the shopping centres of the city. Easy to reach by lrt or monorail. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Windows are double glazed and so no traffic noise despite being on a busy street and the monorail running by. Good gym and swimming pool. Good wifi throughout the hotel.

Compared to the pictures uploaded on expedia, it’s way worse. It feels like a 3star or more like a motel. Building itself is not bad so it has nice lobby but that’s it. Beddings or trays, kettle, bathroom faucets.. didn’t seem to be cleaned and had stains on it. Beddings felt humid even though the room was very freezing with non stop AC. Towels are worn out and pool towel had really big brown stain. Poolside sofas’ and beds’ cushions are also stained. Gym is quite tiny. In-Room Dining service ordering system isn’t flawless and dishes, utensils or tablecloth are also very wornout. Serving amounts are good and food is tasty but quality wise, disappointing. And personally I felt a bit scammed. I specifically chose family suite paying almost double because according to the room picture on expedia, only this room had merdeka 118view. Because the only reason I chose this hotel was the merdeka 118 view, I even left a message to the hotel prior as well. However, we couldn’t see any glimpse of it. Front office’s staff told me all the rooms of this room type doesn’t have merdeka 118 view. And in general, conversations with staffs in English weren’t as easy compared to other hotels. Quite frustrating experience. Overall, it was a spacious room and the pool&lobby was very nice and clean. Staff who brought the in-room dining was very professional and kind. But other than that, very disappointing and don’t think they worth the price.

Location is convenient .The hotel is near to Pavillion and opposite Times Square. Its away from the crowds and easier to get a grab here. Counter staff service is good. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Despite we left the 'make my room' sign before going out, it wasnt done when we get back in the night. So we only get our clean towels when we called for it. There is improvement to be done.

The issues I’ve had at the hotel was the toilet. The shower glass cover not covering the full shower so water splashes in the main area making a pool of water each time you shower.the stench of stale pee rushes up your nose as you use the toilet bidet.Ive come to realise the cleaning staff just spray and clean the toilet bowl you can see.i wiped a towel underneath the rim and the towel turned brown…. For what you’re paying it’s unacceptable and I’ve never come across a hotel with a toilet smelling like this in my lifetime.there was reviews from 2months ago highlighting this issue and it seems it’s not the hotels top priority.it needs to fixed asap.

The hotel looked good and appears to be recently renovated. The location is perfect and close to shopping, eateries and local transport. We enjoyed the facilities but did not have any food and beverages as there was so much local cuisine within walking distance. As with the rest of the hotel the room was nicely furnished. On the negative side, the bathroom was clearly showing its age doesn’t appear to have been updated like the rest of the hotel. The shower area was moldy in the grout lines and generally didn’t give a sense of cleanliness.

First, the bad news : 1. Check in experience was bad. Chaos. People keep cutting you off because there is no system for queueing 2. The hallway on the 19th floor smell like a full blooded construction zone, very strong paint odor. It appears very clean, though 3. No water in the shower. Need to call someone engineering/maintenence to help pull the water plug, which is unnecessary in the first place as the shower area only has a single hand shower 4. The maintenance staff only arrive after 2 calls and 30 minutes later 5. The wall panel/partition between the bed and the lavatory area keeps vibrating whenever my next door neighbor flushes his/her toilet. This is my biggest gripe as the vibration keeps waking me up from my sleep 6. The smart TV sometimes has problem with its Chromecast function. It connects to my advice with minimal trouble but then the screen would either go blank or turn into a screen saver mode The good news : 1. Newly renovated, with nice and inviting lobby bar 2. Room was clean, bed comfy and linens spotless. Plenty of pillows too which is a big plus point 3. The hotel advertised my room as King Deluxe, however the bed was very narrow. Struggle to call it a Queen at best 4. Room has a special filtered, potable water tap, a very nice and concrete green initiative 5. Hotel has a nice fitness facility and a good size pool on the sixth floor

The hotel is situated in a location that has no equal: easy access to transport, shopping and restaurants/foodcourts. The staff, conceige and housekeeping are all friendly and help. We stayed there for 7 5 nights and are reasonably satisfied. But we aren’t happy about the facilities in our room on the 20th floor: 1. NO writing desk and NO chair. Everything has to be done by guests sitting on a sofa and a small tea-table which serves as a multi-purpose: for having tea/ coffee, lady’s makeup ( no proper lighting) and work purposes ( writing and using laptop). That’s ridiculous! We had to sit on the bed to do some paper work! Cause backaches to us! 2. Whilst a stay of a single day at the hotel might not matter, we stayed there for a total of 12 nights ( 7 5 nights): the room hasn’t got a single drawer or cupboard for us to put our clothes… just a few hangers. NO drawer. NO cupboard for guest’s clothes! We had to keep opening and shutting our bags each time we need anything in them. 3. Also lack of hooks to hang our towels, etc. 4. The shower is poorly designed: each time we showed, the water would splash out all over and wet the outer area of the wash-room. We had frequently stayed at this hotel, under different names, over 20 years because of the convenience on the location and transport. But since The ParkRoyal Collection was taken over by Pan Pacific, our room seems smaller than previously. Overall, I rate the hotel only as a 3 star. Not 4 star as claimed.

I booked for 6 nights, and after the first night I had to book a flight home urgently. The hotel was not willing to refund any of the 5 nights accomodation whatsoever. I have emailed them twice since coming home and no one has bothered to acknowledge my email. The concierge overprice you for taxi, quoted me 200 RM to the airport, I found a different taxi myself for 75 RM. Upon arrival to this hotel, the line at reception was huge. I waited approximately 40 minutes just to check in. The room was average, stains on the couch and the coffee table wasn’t cleaned at all. This is definitely not a five star hotel

Very poor staff service. Requested for make up of the room but it was not done in the morning. Called them to do it after 6pm but they came at. 5pm when we are dressing up to go out. Long queue at check-in. Room wasn’t ready even though I was an hour early for the check-in. Had to wait a long time to get the room after the actual check-in time. Mini bar was empty. There was no iron or ironing board which I had to request it. Bathroom didn’t have a bin. Air conditioning wasn’t working to the max . The temperature in the room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees while we on 17th floor and it was 35 degrees outside. I was expecting a lot more from a hotel like ParkRoyal.

About 2 minutes walk to Times Square which mimics the hustle and bustle of NYC (As a New Yorker, I felt at home ). I often went out at 1am to grab snacks or food, and I felt safe. Area was clean

Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area. We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again.

Not the 5 star you’d expect but still a decent stay. Didn’t realize some of the amenities until the day we left (new fun bar that opened, a great buffet in the basement level, etc). Food at the hotel bar was underwhelming and the drinks overpriced. Worst part though is that we are still getting the runaround for a refund as we booked the incorrect location to a different ParkRoyal property and they are still not refunding our money. Been given several wrong email addresses and I’m unlikely to see any refund any time soon. There are a TON of nice hotels in this area - I would guess you can find some that are just as nice for a lower rate OR something more amazing for the same cost. The pool is super nice though!

Room was nice, not as nice as other family members had even though i booked for all of us at same time. Breakfast for first 2 mornings was ok. Staff were not as eager to help out, didn't seem to have direction and just stood around waiting for us to approach them. Tables were not cleared quickly. That changed considerably when Syaffik was there for rest of week. Very efficient and helpful and always smiling, couldn't do enough for all guest's. Made the start to our morning much nicer. Lounge and bar was a nice place to meet up but food was a disappointment as it was mostly cold when served. That needs to be addressed as club sandwiches, chips and sliders are not appetising when lukewarm or cold. Hotel is very convenient for shopping,restaurants, monorail and hop on hop off bus.

Parkroyal has always deliver good service, and awesome room, that goes to my stay in Parkroyal in KL. A very warm welcoming from Raj at the reception, and the room is spaicous and clean. The breakfast is incredible, wide spread of food from international to local food. location is walking distance to nearby shopping malls. An incredible experience this time and will definitely come back again
