We arrived a bit early so were able to take advantage of a complimentary early check in (1 hour) so that we could enjoy the pool. It was refreshing & clean. We had an evening event so getting in early was excellent. Also had a full hot breakfast in the morning. There's 24 hour coffee & tea available. Front desk staff were pleasant & actually texted the day prior to see if we needed anything. Awesome place.

Pool was definitely not heated. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean. Everything inside was new. The gym is the best that I have ever seen at a hotel and had all kinds of equipment and space. Will stay here next time I need to get to the airport!

It was a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and fitness centers were great as well. Staff was very friendly.

FOH staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel has many facilities—pool, gym, laundry machines, EV charging, free coffee, etc.—so it was a great price for what it offers. Not a negative as such, but for information: the breakfast buffet is simple, with three main food items.

The pool was so dirty it literally had stuff floating in it, hair on the deck, and the entire surface was oily. Wouldn’t let my kids in the pool. Would not return

It was just ok. I did not had time to check out room much right after check in, but when I woke up in the morning I found black short hair in the sheets, which were def not mine

I entered my room and went to the bathroom and seen roaches. This is extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I had my son terrified because of the cleanliness of the property.

Staff was nice and the room was updated. Room could have been cleaner as there was a hair on the bathroom sink and an old stain on the duvet I noticed. The pool is clean but water temperature is definitely on the colder side but usable. Lots of free parking. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast as it was only offered till 9:30am and being jet lagged we chose to sleep more.

Very clean and spacious room

Our family checked in late and check in process was ok. When we entered the room, the first thing we saw was hairs on the floor. Wenfound more hairs in the bathroom and even on the bed. We were sure if the bedding was changed or not. So we complained to the front desk and they offered a different room. The cleaning for the other room was a out the same. And then they offeres another room and it was even worse with spider webs at the corner of the room. Because it was too late we decided to stay for just one night and check out next day. (We booked for 5 nights originally). Couldn't stand for the rooms dirtiness, I would walk out rught away but we were exhausted, so stayed for only one night. The staff was apologetic for their cleaness and offered for deep cleaning next day but we refused and asked for the refund for other 4 nights. Next day, we packed everything and headed for the breakfast and we were disappointed with quality of food as well. The food was dry and the not even warm. I am usually good with food but here.. there were nothing to eat really. So we ended up to go buy out own breakfast after check out. They really need to improve on the room cleaning and food quality.

We saw some small coakroaches in our room.

The room was nice and very clean. The housekeeper did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy. The staff at breakfast area was very quick to respond to my concerns. Food was good. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the reception area was not friendly. She’s just OK. There were two queen beds in our room and both of them were uncomfortable and rundown. It was hard on my back and I was unable to sleep well.

Nice room, lovely staff. Loudest fridge 😉 that sucker was unplugged. No real complaints although a little noisy with some giggling young girls and a couple who got a little 'amourous next door. Nice for a short stay.

New, Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Parking, Internet - no issues. Need better pillows and shower head in the bathroom.

Really great hotel. Nice quality for the price, pool was really fun but a bit cold. I did enjoy the fact that it was a saltwater pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small but it wasn’t unbearable. The room did have a bit of a musty smell but definitely can be overlooked by how great everything else was. Definitely recommend!

Large rooms, nice TVs with DLNA

Room was clean and tidy. Bathrooms are small with the door almost hitting the toilet within an inch when opening. Lots of construction on Hurontario.

The hotel was good, clean and convenient for the airport, but the walls of thenrooms are paper thin and unfortunately, i heard every intimate detail and sound of my neighbours very passionate night, which lasted all night. Soundproofing between rooms is very much needed.

Hotel is clean and has good breakfast but the only problem that no sounds insulation between rooms so you can hear the voice of the resident at the adjacent room.

Our room was beautiful. Updated and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Although we had a room with kitchenette, there were absolutely no dishes/cups/cutlery. We had to scrounge paper plates and plastic cutlery from the breakfast area in order to eat our take out food (and were unable to do things like cut the loaf of bread we had brought with us). The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious, but there there were small annoying details, for instance, the bedside lamps are impossible to turn on or off without getting out of bed and there is no task lighting at the desk. Overall, given the low price, not bad value for the money, but the kitchenette was a real disappointment.

Well, the hotel was nice, our neighbours were extremely loud throughout the entire night. We attempted to reach out to the front desk staff, but there was no answer at the front desk at 3 AM 4 AM or 5:45 AM. Unfortunately, this meant there was very little sleep. When I raised the concern in the morning, it was met with challenge.

Worst check in. Right after I told my last name, he told me that I don’t have the reservation. I showed the “Paid” receipt from Expedia, he said “You came wrong day!” with go away attitude. It wasn’t welcome at all… I was too shocked at this point, my vacation became ended up just stressful. He didn’t even apologize. Morning staff was very nice. Pool was small & cold. It was perfect for my kid who can’t swim. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable although it was bit too soft to sleep.

All staff was great, pleasant and very hands on. There were a few things like crack in our window and they fixed it the next day plus left us cookies apologizing they had to come in during our visit, next morning fridge stopped working so all our fruits, yogurt, milk went bad which they offered to accommodate us, the breakfast team were great as well however there was this one amazing lady Grace who every morning would come over and put smiles on all my grandkids faces, this is what makes a trip enjoyable is the above and beyond we do for one another. Great hotel. Lots of room in 2 Queen size room

They exceeded my expectations for their service. I cant thank them enough for a wonderful stay. My son forgot a very expensive electric toothbrush and they promptly sent in to me. Thank you for all your hospitality

Lady at the front desk was awesome and even let us check in early and gave an upgrade. We was just dropping off the vehicle and uberinf it into the city and be back later that night but she said one less thing to worry about when ya gets back Thank you 😊

Front desk staff was very acvomodating when i had a very noisy family next to me. I was quickly moved to a quieter room with no shared doors.

A bit out of the way, but an excellent place.

It’s a very industrial area. Not great to go for a leisurely walk but close enough to restaurants if you have a car. Rooms are nothing special and could use an update. Could have been cleaner - sheets have seen better days. Floor in bathroom not clean.

The property is new and well maintained. The staff was helpful. While it is not the most walkable neighborhood- there are a lot of dining options around.

Convenient location for my purposes in west part of Toronto close to major arteries. No complaints about staff or cleanliness. All were great.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, Zimmer waren geräumig, Pool war vorhanden, Fitnessraum gut ausgestattet. Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt (z. B. nur eine Sorte Obst) aber noch akzeptabel für nordamerikanische Verhältnisse. Hotel in Flughafennähe, aber ungünstige Lage, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Toronto fahren will.

easy access to where i needed to go.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, and the room was exactly as advertised, which made for a comfortable stay. The location seemed a little out of the way to me, but it was quiet and restful. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff were nice when we checked in. Expedia doesn’t tell you that this hotel charges a deposit on top of the price of the room so be aware of that. The room was cozy and clean. The pool area was also clean and we enjoyed swimming. The buffet breakfast needs improvement.

The front desk staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The whole vibe and decor is so pleasing and relaxing. No dull colors like other hotels. The lobby was so welcoming with all the colors and bright ligting. I especially liked the fact that there was no carpet in the rooms which made the air quality so much better. The breakfast was always awsome, with a lots of variety. Glo by Best Western is my new favorite hotel. It's gonna be hard staying anywhere else.

Room was fine, washroom was very small. The as advertised heated pool was freezing cold and staff did not know why. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Bacon seemed days old. Staff was extremely friendly at check out. Staff at check in was helpful with taking a cash deposit which I appreciated. Overall I would give the room an 8, staff a 9 and the food a 5.

Everything was fine, except the breakfast options which were the same every day, they should vary the breakfast menu a bit.

The bteakfast had limited choices.The refils werent taken care of.

I wish I had listened to the reviews complaining about how thin the walls are. We could clearly hear conversations being held in the adjacent rooms. There was also a high pitched, unidentified squealing noise for the entire stay. The breakfast was very disappointing.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and tidy. Lighting was great. Bed was very comfortable. My wife and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary and this hotel served us well. I would give a full 5-stars if the complimentary breakfast was better. It was fine but the proteins (pork sausage and chicken) were a bit dry, probably because it's been sitting in the heated container for a while. The coffee was also OK.

Breakfast was pretty gross: dirty, busy, with one overworked staff member refilling the food, everything poor quality, including gross chicken nuggets.
