The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to the beach and many restaurants. There is currently a large construction site next door, resulting in significant noise from morning until evening. While this is outside the hotel's control, it did affect our stay. Our main issue was that we booked an Executive Suite with a separate bedroom, exactly as described. We were travelling as two adults and two children, and the separate bedroom was the main reason we paid extra for this room. Instead, we received an open-plan suite without a separate bedroom. The hotel acknowledged that the room description did not match the room provided. As the hotel was fully booked, they could not offer another room or connecting rooms. The manager was polite and tried to help, but every solution seemed to require internal approval. We therefore spent far too much of our family holiday discussing an issue that should never have occurred. After lengthy discussions, the final solution was an extra bed on the sofa, with the charge eventually waived. Our request to include breakfast for the whole family as a goodwill gesture was declined. We contacted Hotels.com during our stay, but they were unable to relocate us. The hotel advised us to pursue compensation through Hotels.com, and we are now waiting for their final response regarding compensation.

Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol.
