Ich finde es überbewertet und nichts besonderes. Nur weil es ein besonderes Gebäude ist, macht es das Hotel nicht besonders. Die Parkplätze wurden eindeutig für Trabis konzipiert, zwei normale Autos passen nicht nebeneinander.

Outstanding building, living in a design artwork! Very comfortable room, also convenient parking garage. Breakfast was very good (although the space is quite tiny, so you need to book in advance). Walking distance to most attractions. Highly recommended for Magdeburg!

Zimmer sind schön riesig. Tolles Bad. Bettrahmen bisserl gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns, ansonsten große Klasse. Topp topp topp Service. Beeindruckend geduldiges Personal. Frühstück: war ok. Mitarbeiterin bieten stets auch frisches Rührei extra nach Wunsch zubereitet an. Das omelett war mir zu fest, käse oder sowas drin. Super Tiefgarage. Bad auch spitze. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Everything about the hotel is great. From its design uniqueness to the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms this trip we discovered that for no charge there are larger rooms that are remarkably big. Breakfast were diverse, flavorful and generally excellent even if the seating area is limited they do have a separate café that is also excellent. All the rooms we booked at access to various terraces with seating outside that was also an added treat. The one criticism I have is that why we arrived with a rental car all of the parking spaces which are apparently limited were taken and I had to park elsewhere the first night. There is plenty of safe parking in a nearby garage and on the street. Overall, the hotel is a truly unique experience because of the brilliant and highly joyous architectural features is extremely well located in town as well in terms of shopping, dining, and everything else.

Frühstück sehr teuer mit 17,50 Eur , obwohl beim Buchen 13,50 angegeben wurde. Es war aber vom Angebot sehr gut. Mit Parkgarage 11 Eur läppert sich der Übernachtungspreis. Ansonsten aber gut gelegen

Wir waren im artHotel Magdeburg für eine Nacht. Wir sind sehr angenehm überrascht gewesen. Die Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und der Service waren tadellos. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es gab für alle Geschmacksrichtungen etwas.

Von außen sieht das Hotel lustig & einladend aus (Hundertwasser Haus), das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war freundlich. Spätestens in dem beengten & Kantinenhaften Rezeptions- und Barbereich am Eingang wird einem allerdings klar, dass man keinen übermäßigen "Lifestyle" zu erwarten hat. Theke & Getränkeauswahl ähneln eher einer Kantine, und es ist allgemein sehr beengt. Durch ein unbeheiztes Treppenhaus geht man zum Zimmer hoch, welches in meinem Fall kahl & unwohnlich wirkte. Die Einrichtung hat mich teilweise an eine Jugendherberge erinnert, vielleicht muss das so weil Kunst (?) Am nächsten Morgen war es absurd kalt in Zimmer & Bad (Außentemperatur -3 Grad), da 2 von 3 Heizkörpern scheinbar defekt waren. Ich traf dann noch einen kleinen Freund/Ungeziefer im Bett, ekelhaft. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend, zumal das Hotel absolut nicht günstiger ist, als andere Hotels gehobener Kategorie. Ich hätte lieber im lokalen Motel One gebucht, das war aber schon voll.

Nice spacious room.. was clean and had lots of room.. My complaint would only be that indid not understand how the night entey worked.. The guy at desk told menthey leave at a certain hour and i would have to use a side entry if coming back past that hour.. I never could find it.. So i made sure i got back to room before they left.. That said i did not get to enjoy as much of the night life i had hoped to.. The property itself tho was very nice

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Beim Check-In wurde mir die bereits gezahlte Zimmerrechnung nochmals meiner Kreditkarte belastet und die Erstattung erfolgte erst nach Reklamation 1,5 Tage später auf mein Konto. Ich hätte mich über ein Kaffee etc. als Trostpflaster gefreut…..Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Das Hundertwasserhaus, in dem sich das Hotel befindet, ist sehr beeindruckend. Die Zimmer sind einzigartig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert- man hört im Zimmer nicht, dass man an einer großen Hauptstraße wohnt. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt- man ist direkt am Dom, in 10 min zu Fuß in alle Richtungen an irgendeiner Sehenswürdigkeit, am Bahnhof oder in der Innenstadt. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt war es ein kurzer sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Zimmer war für uns fast etwas zu klein und auch das Bad war für ein Studio sehr beengt. Wir reisen immer mit unserem Hund und haben ein Zimmer im Innenhof bekommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da unser kleiner Wufferl dort abends frei laufen konnte. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir werden wiederkommen.
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Zimmer war für uns fast etwas zu klein und auch das Bad war für ein Studio sehr beengt. Sehenswürdigkeiten vor der Tür bzw in der Umgebung Das Comfortzimmer hatte den gemeinsamen Balkon mit dem Nachbarzimmer zur Hauptstrasse. Wenn die Fenstertür zu war, war es ruhig. Neue Matratzen dringend erforderlich Frühstück und Rezeption sind in einem Raum.

Es hat einfach rundum alles gepasst und es war ein wunderbarer unvergessener Aufenthalt. Volle Punktzahl für Personal (gerne mit Zusatzpunkt) Zimmer und andere Räumlichkeiten top. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. (Frühstücksraum ist relativ klein, hat aber ausgereicht.) Parkmöglichkeiten kann ich nicht beurteilen da ich mit dem Zug gekommen bin. Nice spacious room.. was clean and had lots of room.. My complaint would only be that indid not understand how the night entey worked.. The guy at desk told menthey leave at a certain hour and i would have to use a side entry if coming back past that hour.. I never could find it.. So i made sure i got back to room before they left.. That said i did not get to enjoy as much of the night life i had hoped to.. The property itself tho was very nice

Eindrucksvolles Hotel, sehr sauber!Personal beim Frühstücksservice sehr Aufmerksam und nett. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Beim Check-In wurde mir die bereits gezahlte Zimmerrechnung nochmals meiner Kreditkarte belastet und die Erstattung erfolgte erst nach Reklamation 1,5 Tage später auf mein Konto. Ich hätte mich über ein Kaffee etc. als Trostpflaster gefreut…..Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen.

El Art Hotel en Magdeburg tiene una arquitectura muy particular,v diseñada por Friedenreich Hundertwasser. Los cuartos son amplios, llenos de luz y de techos muy altos. El personal muy amable. La ubicación es ideal, en el centro de la ciudad, forma parte de la ciudadela verde de la ciudad que es realmente un hito urbano. Buena relación costo- beneficio.

Everything about the hotel is great. From its design uniqueness to the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms this trip we discovered that for no charge there are larger rooms that are remarkably big. Breakfast were diverse, flavorful and generally excellent even if the seating area is limited they do have a separate café that is also excellent. All the rooms we booked at access to various terraces with seating outside that was also an added treat. The one criticism I have is that why we arrived with a rental car all of the parking spaces which are apparently limited were taken and I had to park elsewhere the first night. There is plenty of safe parking in a nearby garage and on the street. Overall, the hotel is a truly unique experience because of the brilliant and highly joyous architectural features is extremely well located in town as well in terms of shopping, dining, and everything else.
