The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel.

toilet is outdated and small and the air-conditioning in some rooms are not cold, which is a disadvantage in the hot summer!

別館に宿泊しました。お風呂は無料の貸切風呂しかないです。「使用中」「空き」の札を見て客が勝手に利用するという斬新なスタイルですが、いくつか問題がありました。問題1つ目、湯船が前のホテルから丸見え、それどころか柵まで裸で行った日には、貸切風呂の真上上の部屋から丸見えです。問題2つ目、お湯が熱すぎて冷ますのに10分はかかる。問題3つ目、斬新なスタイルゆえに、湯船に入り一息ついて水面を見つめると、色々浮いていて清掃が入っていないのがよく分かってしまいます。

Location

Located in Higashiizu, Umiusagi the annex of Senoumi is near a train station and by the sea. Music Box Museum of Izu and Uehara Museum of Modern Art are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Donkutsu Shrine and Kawazu Hachiman Shrine. Inatori Hosono Kogen and Izu Animal Kingdom are also worth visiting. Snorkeling and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
